Characteristics and evolution of lacustrine turbidite of Chang-7 Member of Yanchang Formation in northern Shaanxi

Lacustrine turbidite of Chang-7 Member in the studied area consists of sihstone and fine sandstone with respect to grain size, which is feldspathic lithie sandstone, syrosem arkose and arkose with respect to mineral constitution affected by provenance. There are such apparent signatures as lithology, sedimentary structure, sedimentary sequence and well logs, to recognize turbidite. During the paleogeographic evolution of Chang-7 Member, lake basin and deep lake are both at their maximum extent during Chang-73 stage, resulting in the deposition of Zhangjiatan shale with widespread extent and of turbidite with fragmental-like. Deep lake line is gradually moving toward lake center and turbidite sand bodies are gradually turning better with better lateral continuity, connectivity and more thickness, from stages of Chang-73, Chang-72 and Chang-7t, which can be favorable reservoir in deep-water.

2008年上半年,矿产品市场持续升温,在铝土资源较为丰富的宝丰县,肆无忌惮地疯狂盗挖铝土资源的活动有所抬头,当地的铝土资源和生态环境遭到了一定的破坏,《大河报》等媒体相继做了批评性报道,震惊了宝丰县的领导层。宝丰县主要领导一致认为,“治重症必须下猛药,必须以铁面孔、铁心肠、铁手腕开展治理整顿工作”。于是,一场声势浩大的铝土资源专项整治行动拉开了序幕。

<土地管理法>第四十三条规定:"任何单位和个人进行建设,需要使用土地的,必须依法申请使用国有土地;但是,兴办乡镇企业和村民建住宅经依法批准使用本集体经济组织农民集体所有的土地的,或者乡(镇)村公共设施和公益事业建设经依法批准使用农民集体所有的土地的除外.前款所称依法申请使用的国有土地包括国家所有的土地和国家征用的原属于农民集体所有的土地."

新形势下修改《矿产资源法》存在的若干问题

1986年《矿产资源法》颁布实施,结束了我国矿产资源管理无法可依的历史。1996年《矿产资源法》修改,为探矿权、采矿权有偿取得和依法转让提供了法律依据,却未从根本上改变行政主导的矿产资源管理配置和矿业权管理模式。当时,不少成功的实践经验和研究成果也未演化为法律条款,致使矿产资源法律法规在很大程度上滞后于矿产资源管理的改革与发展。     

Analysis of types and changes of village-level economy in rural Gongyi city,Henan Province since 1990

Based on the research on the rural living standard in China in terms of annual net income per capita, we define six types of village-level economy, i.e. ＂to be extremely poor＂, ＂to make a basic living＂, ＂to dress warmly and eat one＇s fill＂, ＂to try to enrich （to disengage poverty）＂, ＂to be well-off＂ and ＂to be affluent＂. The data of average annual net income of all the 292 villages between 1990 and 2004 in rural Gongyi City, Henan Province were collected, verified and classified. By using standard deviation, coefficient of variation and regression analysis, it is found that the Gongyi＇s rural economy has boosted up remarkably from the relative-poverty and absolute-poverty stages in 1990 to the well-off in 2004. However, the absolute differences between villages present a trend of enlargement, while the relative differences fluctuating. On the other hand, spatial analysis of village-level economy shows that most villages with relatively high economic development level were located along national expressway and most villages with absolute-poverty lay in remote mountainous areas in 1990. Since the 1990s, the rapid urbanization and industrialization have had strongly positive effects on rural economic growth. Initial economic foundation, natural resources and traditional techniques also contribute to village economy. From the perspective of geography, villages with location advantages, such as near urban center or industrial parks, have more chances for their economic development and the ＂core-periphery＂ economic structure has been presented in the process of rural development.     

1∶600万《中国自然环境系列地图》挂图编制出版

全国性自然环境系列地图挂图不仅可以为中学和大专院校提供地理教学之用,而且也为政府机关和研究单位以及广大读者了解全国自然条件与自然环境提供形象直观的图形显示。国外对编制与出版全国性自然环境系列地图挂图非常重视,有些国家还编制出版了多种中小比例尺的全国自然环境系列地图。例如早从20世纪50年代开始,前苏联先后编制出版了1∶500万、1∶400万、1∶1000万和1∶250万苏联自然条件系列挂图,包括地势、地质、地貌、土壤、植被、森林等六幅地图。波兰于20世纪70年代编制出版了1∶20万波兰环境系列地图。澳大利亚、法国、德国、美国、日本、匈牙利、西班牙等许多国家也都出版了自然条件或自然环境系列挂图。     

印象日本——访日归来话国土

最近借和日本城市友好交流的机会,我们对日本部分地区进行了考察,利用不到半个月的时间走访了日本一都、一道、两府和静冈、爱知、三重等几个县,参观了东京、名古屋、京都、大阪以及北海道的札幌、旭川等城市。给我们留下最深刻印象的是日本丰富的自然资源、开阔的地理空间以及汉字在日本使用的普遍,这些都是我们在国内从来没有想到过的。过去一直有这样的印象:日本领土狭小、资源匮乏、人口拥挤、到处是摩天大厦,而这次日本之行彻底改变了我们原本对日本的看法。
