雌雄比对海带雌配子体发育的影响

本实验进行了不同雌雄比对海带雌配子体发育的影响。结果表明：雌雄比(鲜重)为1：1及2：1，实验组出现排卵时间最早，且发育率高，实验第20天，发育率超过70％，孢子体正常。5：1，10：1，20：1实验组随着雄性比例的减少，发育率逐渐降低，随着培养天数的增加，三个实验组均出现未受精卵及畸形孢子体，雌雄比越大，未受精卵数目越多。     

三疣梭子蟹雌雄隔离养殖技术研究

在193亩池塘中开展三疣梭子蟹雌雄分养和雌雄混养对比试验。其中雌雄分养面积93亩，亩产商品蟹182公斤，平均壳宽12．6厘米，平均个体重230．1克，成活率40．2％。与雌雄混养相比，亩产量提高了53．6％，成活率提高了1.51倍。专家鉴定认为，梭子蟹雌雄分养，方式新颖，效果明显，技术水平属国内先进。     

A New Female Cone, Araucaria beipoiaoensis sp. nov. from the Middle Jurassic Tiaojishan Formation, Beipiao, Western Liaoning, China and Its Evolutionary Significance

A new species of Araucaria, Araucaria beipiaoensis sp. nov., collected from the Middle Jurassic Tiaojishan Formation, southern hill of Shebudai village, near Beipiao city, western Liaoning is based on a permineralized female cone, which is ovate to elliptical in shape, about 11 cm × 7 cm × 4.5 cm in size. The cone bears rhomboid bracts that are spirally attached, texture thicker, with wings on both sides, with a detached lamina-like apex at the tip. In inner structure the ovuliferous scales are thicker and fused with bracts at the end with a ligular sulcns. There is one wingless ovule/seed per seed-scale complex embedded in the ovuliferous scale tissue, with the micropyle directed toward the cone axis. The ovules/seeds are long ovate or elliptical in shape, 1 cm long and near the base about 3 mm in diameter; the ovule/seed integuments have begun differentiation into 3 layers： the sarcotesta, sclerotesta, and endotesta. The nucellus is free from the enclosing integuments except in the chalazal region where it is fused to the inner layer （endotesta） of integument. Some ovules show cellularized nucellar tissue. Mature seeds exhibit the papery-thin wavy nucellus characteristically near to the micropyle. The embryonic tissue appears to be four cotyledons. The morphology and structure of the cone shows a close relationship to the araucarian cones of fossil and living genera but differs from any known species. The new species is distributed in the Middle Jurassic of the northern hemisphere, especially Asia, and has important significance for the evolution of the Family Araucariaceae.     

太原东山二叠纪地层中发现最古老大孢子“球果”及其进化意义

与轴相连的苏铁大孢子叶第一次发现太原东册的下二叠系地层中，它出现如此之早，表明这种球果状的结构可能是所有苏铁类雌性生殖器官的祖先形式，苏铁也可能通过古地中海洋流从华北迁移到欧洲。     

动机、成本、风险：家长视角下研学旅游产品价值感知研究

以中小学生自然教育研学旅游作为具体情境,基于539份家长问卷数据阐释研学旅游动机与价值感知之间的关系,并通过成本感知和风险感知探讨其内在机制和边界条件。结果表明,家长感知的研学旅游动机越强烈,越容易感知到研学旅游产品所传递的价值,验证了研学旅游情境下动机对价值感知的积极影响,也形成了对动机与价值之间关系研究的理论补充。并且,这一动机除了直接作用于价值感知外,还会通过成本感知的部分中介作用影响价值感知,揭示了中国家长对于教育价值的重视会削弱其对“利失”的感知。此外,进一步验证了风险感知的积极影响,即家长感知研学旅游的不确定性水平越高,动机对价值感知的积极影响越明显,且会抑制成本感知对价值感知的负向作用,但风险感知水平达到一定高度时,其对成本感知与价值感知间的抑制作用将不显著。因此,面向需求设计打造产品,突出产品价值、加大宣传营销力度、把控活动安全、合理制定价格,获取家长群体的认同接受,将是研学旅游进一步拓展市场的重要考量。     

Identification of a Putative Tetrasporophyte-Specific Gene in Gracilaria lemaneiformis(Gracilariales, Rhodophyte)

A putative tetrasporophyte-specific gene, designated as SSH466 (GenBank accession No. DQ019223), was one of the genes identified in this work using suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) method in Gracilaria lemaneiformis. The full length of the gene was obtained using SMART RACE strategy. Sequence analysis revealed that the gene had 1 019 nucleotides, including an open reading frame of 498 nucleotides encoding 166 amino acid residues, 158 nucleotides of 5' untranslated region and 363 nucleo- tides of 3' non-coding region. Protein motif and secondary structure prediction showed that there existed a transmembrane domain with a unique β-sheet. Thus, SSH466 protein might be a cross-membrane protein. Sequence homology search in the public GenBank databases did not reveal any significant match with SSH466. Virtual Northern blot analysis confirmed that it was a tetrasporo- phyte-specific gene.     

面向应用的高校GIS教学探索与实践

高校GIS教学是近年来国内探讨的热点教学问题之一,涉及到GIS专业课程体系设置、教学内容设置、实践环节设置、教学体制改革等多个方面;但这些探讨主要是针对GIS专业学士学位与硕士学位教学而引发的,较少关注非GIS专业学位的GIS教学问题.本文通过分析清华大学GIS教学发展与现状,结合作者在GIS教学中的探索与实践,从教学平台、教学内容、授课形式、考试方式、教学效果等几个方面,讨论如何开展针对非GIS专业、面向应用的高校GIS教学模式,与全国高校GIS教育工作者共勉.     

Going Home: The Migration of Puerto Rican-Born Women from the United States to Puerto Rico*

This paper analyzes the migration of Puerto Rican-born women from the United States to Puerto Rico using longitudinal data. We hypothesize that sojourn length in the United States is a function of both structural (macro-level economic and cultural factors) and behavioral (micro-level life-cycle experiences and personal attributes) variables. We test these hypotheses by estimating a proportional hazards model. The parameter estimates of this model indicate that sojourn length in the United States, and thus the decision to return to Puerto Rico, is a function of wage trends and community characteristics on the mainland plus a number of individual attributes that include education, marriage, and childbirth.     

2006年广西气象培训班学员满意度调查与分析

根据2006年广西气象培训中心承办的14期气象培训班的学员满意度问卷调查数据,详细统计分析了学员对培训效果等11项调查内容的评价情况。结果表明,各培训班学员对培训效果表示满意或基本满意的比率在96%以上,远远高于目标考核要求的70%,培训效果比较好。学员对住宿及用餐等后勤保障工作的满意或基本满意率也高于70%,但有一定比例的学员对后勤保障工作不满意,并就如何改进气象培训工作提出了多项设想与建议。
