自动海洋站数据接收与处理软件的功能及特点

采集设备采集数据发送到值班PC机，在无人干预的情况下接收处理软件自动对数据进行回放和进一步处理，为用户提供数据产品和服务，并提供一个界面，使用户能够了解系统的运行状况，获得相关数据和状态参数。     

Progress in Scatterometer Application

Progress in the scientific application of space-based scatterometer data over the past two decades is reviewed. There has been continuous improvement in coverage, resolution, and accuracy. Besides the traditional applications in weather and ocean-atmosphere interaction, which are based on ocean surface wind vectors, emerging applications over land and ice are also described. Future missions and new technology are introduced. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

A novel time-series station in the Wadden Sea (NW Germany): First results on continuous nutrient and methane measurements

In autumn 2002 a time-series station was installed in the tidal inlet between the Islands of Langeoog and Spiekeroog (Southern North Sea, NW Germany) to continuously measure physical, chemical, and meteorological parameters, even during extreme weather conditions (gale-force storms, drifting ice). Inside the pole of the station sensor tubes are installed in direction of the prevailing tidal currents. The tubes are equipped with hydrographic sensors (pressure, temperature, conductivity) and allow retrieval of water for nutrient analysis by automated instruments located inside the pole. Dissolved methane and the nutrients ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate, and silicate are measured at the station.     

浙江主要气象灾害概述

气象灾害每年都有,只是轻重程度不同。就全国和全省范围来说,很少有真正风调雨顺的年份。本文根据1951～1988年38年的气象历史资料及有关政府部门的材料、简报、报道,统计出台风、洪涝、海上大风和强对流等几种主要气象灾害对浙江经济造成损失和伤亡人数。文中对主要气象灾害的特点、一般规律和灾情作了概述,并列出一些典型实例,提出了预防气象灾害的意见。     

等高线自动绘制中断层处理的新方法

提出了一种断层处理新方法——分块法与断层恢复法合成算法，这种方法兼有分块法与断层恢复法的优点同时又克服了其不足，较好地解决了含逆断层时煤层底板等高线自动绘制及任意边界的构网问题，使绘出的等值线图误差较小，更加符合实际。     

南海季风区地域性大气环流的结构

作者使用 NCEP/ NCAR再分析资料 ,在热带 30°S～ 30°N纬带用谐波分析方法分离出超长波之后 ,再采用环流诊断方法 ,发现南海季风区存在地域性环流系统。文中给出冬、夏季风期该系统的三维空间结构和相应的热源分布 ,讨论了该地域性环流系统对南海季风气候及其异常的作用 ,并探讨夏季风爆发北部先于南部的一种可能的气候原因。     

GALILEO局域增强完备性监测网布设研究

完备性是飞机飞行安全的重要指标之一。我国在各种网的布设中一般只注重精度,而忽略了完备性。本文利用GALILEO模拟数据,在飞行轨迹固定的情况下,通过增减监测站的数量以及变换监测网的形状,计算飞机的精度和垂直保护水平(VPL),并分析飞机在不同监测网中精度和垂直保护水平的的变化规律,可以知道飞机在正方形网形的整体精度好于在其他网形中的精度,飞机在在正方形网形中的VPL虽大于在五边网形中的VPL,但两者相差很少。综合考虑,正方形网形是局域完备性监测网的最优布设网形。
