Evaluating urban public facilities of Shenzhen by application of open source data

Abstract

This article applies open source data of public facilities through data mining, not only to evaluate the public facilities from an objective dimension, but also to reflect the sensory opinions of the group factually, eventually realizing the evaluation measurement of urban public facilities. The research takes Shenzhen city as an empirical case and chooses typical public facilities to mine data, resolve address and weight to explore the application of public facilities evaluation under dimension reduction of open source data. The empirical study consists of three parts. First, as the objective evaluation, we estimate the density distribution and per capita of public facility through data mining and address resolution. Second, as the subjective evaluation, we carry on the location analysis to high-score public facility through attention and satisfaction data of Internet evaluation. Finally, as mentioned above, we calculate the weight of objective and subjective evaluation of public facility, eventually formatting the comprehensive evaluation of public facilities.     

首都圈数字地震台网地震事件波形的管理与服务

介绍了首都圈数字地震台网地震事件波形数据的管理和服务系统的基本功能及使用方法,该系统利用GMT,SAC作为后台处理软件,通过perl,Unix Shell程序实现首都圈地震事件波形数据的网络发布。     

局域地区坐标转换七参数的求解及精度分析

针对试验中对坐标转换的应用范围和精度要求,本文从坐标转换七参数的解算方法、精度评定等方面进行了论述、分析,并结合某试验场区CGCS2000建设,进行了数据精度分析,为今后局域地区坐标转换提供了重要的理论依据。     

中朝地台东北缘地区的地震层析成像

根据中朝地台东北缘地区 (东经 1 1 7°0 0′— 1 2 6°0 0′ ,北纬 36°0 0′— 44°0 0′) 1 980— 1 997年的 380 0 0余条P波走时数据 ,利用正交投影法重建了该区地壳和上地幔的三维速度结构 .通过分析及同人工地震测深剖面的详细对比 ,证明了成像结果的可靠性 .结果表明 :中朝地台东北缘地区地壳上地幔介质存在显著的横向不均匀性 ,直至 1 2 0km深度处依然明显 ;地壳上部的速度图像清楚地反映了不同岩石单元的分布与该区不同性质的基岩分布基本吻合 ;从上、中地壳的速度图像中发现了研究区存在海城、朝阳、义县、丹东南、唐山等几个低速异常区(即速度逆反层区 ) ,其中海城、唐山、朝阳等地区的壳内低速层已由深地震测深资料所证实 ;研究区陆地发生的几次强震均发生于壳内低速层上方的高速脆性介质内 ,而渤海发生的强震 ,此现象不明显 ,但都发生于横向介质速度显著突变的位置 ;在地壳不同深度上发现了普兰店至山海关横跨渤海的北西向低速异常带 ;地震层析二维速度图像与深地震测深资料的对比表明 ,研究区利用地震层析成像技术 ,在一定条件下可以获得与人工地震测深相似的效果     

Spatial correlation and ecological characteristics analysis of management area for biodiversity conservation and relevant regionalization

Formulation of different ecological zone plans according to the corresponding protection targets and the necessity of proper conservation policy is one of the measures to achieve the goal of ecological conservation in China.In order to clarify the interrelation among key ecological zone plans,this paper carried out the research on spatial relation of priority areas of biodiversity conservation and three key ecological areas（key ecological function areas,key regions of ecological service function,national nature reserves） and the research on ecological conditions,based on multi-scale ecological spatial theme information,which incorporates elements like ecologi-cal quality and type,and by the aid of spatial information analysis and GIS modeling.The results showed a contrastively fine spatial consistency with 68.8% of priority areas of biodiversity conservation overlapping with three key ecological areas.Although the envi-ronment in priority areas of biodiversity conservation were in good conditions,protection pressure is also increasing,powerful supervi-sion and protection should not be ignored.The environmental conditions in the overlapping areas,as a whole,were superior to those in the non-overlapping areas.Since two areas have different characteristics,targeted protection measures should be formulated based on this difference,which will be very important for biodiversity conservation in priority areas of biodiversity conservation.     

我国地理信息产业的发展现状及思考

基于Windows 2003远程终端服务的气象信息共享平台的开发和应用

Windows 2003 Server提供的远程终端服务功能实现了多用户同时操作,远程终端多用户通过远程终端功能可以同时在远程终端服务上运行程序、保存文件和使用网络资源等,为业务应用提供了便捷.介绍利用Windows Server 2003远程终端(包括远程桌面和终端服务),开发了气象业务中多用户共享MICAPS20、雷达PUP产品及其它气象应用系统的信息服务平台,在实际应用中发挥了很好的应用效果.     

城市GIS数据多级共享交换平台系统

针对目前城市众多管理部门对城市GIS数据共享交换平台不同层次的共享需求,在分析文件级、数据平台级、系统功能级以及Web服务级四种共享交换模式特点的基础上,本文采用业务流技术设计了一种集成多级共享交换模式的数据模型。结合无锡市地理信息共享交换平台项目的建设,给出了模型在城市GIS数据交换平台系统中的具体应用过程,以期对其他城市同类系统的建设提供一定的参考价值。
