Evaluation and forecasting of daily groundwater outflow in a small chalky watershed

The purpose of this research is to include expert knowledge as one part of the modelling system and therefore offer the chance to create a productive interaction system between expert, mathematical model (MMO8) and artificial neural networks (ANNs). In the present project, the first objective is to determine some parameters by the MMO8 model, introduced as ANN input parameters to forecast spring outflow. The second objective is first to investigate the effect of temporal information by taking current and past data sets and then to forecast spring outflow. The good results obtained reveal the merit of the ANNs–MMO8 combination, and specifically multilayer perceptron (MLP) models. This methodology, for a network with lower, lag and number hidden layer, consistently produced better performance. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

国家宏观调控的实质是从社会经济运行和发展的全局出发，按照预定的目标，对社会经济的决量和总体结构进行调节和管理。在社会主义市场经济条件下，人力资源的生产和再生产各个环节的经济关系错综复杂经济，人力资源生产和再生产与物质资料的生产和再生产之间也涉及方方面面的经济利益关系。市场在调节经济关系中发挥着基础性作用，但由于市场机制的运行本质上在于利益驱动，这必然造成市场失灵和市场激励机制作用的局限性，从而要求国家加强对人力资源生产和再生产中的经济关系的宏观调控。     

高职测绘类专业动手能力培养方法探索与实践

本文结合工程测量技术专业的教学实践,从课程设置、集中实训环节安排、仪器操作训练、计算能力培养、技能竞赛、组织学术讲座、开放实训基地、对外技术服务等7个方面,对高职测绘类专业学生实践动手能力培养方法进行了探索。     

A National Survey to Examine Teacher Professional Development and Implementation of Desktop GIS

ABSTRACT

This article examines the results of an online national survey of K–12 educators who attended a series of GIS training workshops conducted by the authors between 1998 and 2004. Data from the self-report survey (N = 186) suggest new information about potential changes in instruction and assessment patterns following GIS training. The survey provides insight for those designing GIS-based professional development, while simultaneously describing relatively little change in instructional methodology. The survey confirms some classroom implementation constraints from an earlier national implementation survey, identifying a lack of time for teachers, variable skill levels among students, and software complexity.     

Teaching American Indian Geography and History with New Perspectives: The Lodge Pole River Project Example

Abstract

A three-year institute called “The Lodge Pole River Project” was designed to change educator perceptions of American Indian historical geography and encourage the creation of balanced and culturally sensitive American Indian K-12 curriculum. This project offered unique opportunities to assess a geography institute's impact upon teacher knowledge and perceptions towards Native people and pedagogical approaches to teaching about American Indians and their landscapes. The assessment suggests that three weeks of field work, archival research, and curriculum writing increased participant knowledge of American Indian history and culture, solidified sympathetic perceptions and attitudes towards Native people, and strengthened the ability of educators to offer different interpretations of American Indian geography and history to their students.     

本科院校交通测量学实训基地建设研究

有效利用教学实训基地能提高学生的职业素养和实践技能。测量学是一门实践性非常强的学科,需要进行实训教学,但目前实训教学基地大多限于高职类院校,本科院校很少进行实训基地项目建设。结合长沙理工大学的交通学科优势和特色,探讨交通类测量学实训基地建设,拓展和完善测量学实践教学的体系,实践证明效果良好。     

面向GIS专业本科生的经济地理学教学研究

GIS专业是一门新兴的综合性交叉学科,《经济地理学》为G1S提供了重要的理论基础和应用基础。本文从GIS专业的学科专业性质、人才培养目标出发,对《经济地理学》课程的定位与目标、教学内容与方法进行了探讨,以期提高GIS专业学生应用《经济地理学》基本理论、基本方法和解决现实问题的能力。     

过完备字典稀疏表示的云图超分辨率算法

提出一种基于过完备字典稀疏表示的云图超分辨率算法。首先,联合训练针对低分辨率与高分辨率云图块的两个字典Dl和Dh,保证对应的低分辨率与高分辨率云图块关于各自的字典具有相似的稀疏表示;其次,通过求解优化问题,获得待处理云图每个低分辨率云图块关于Dl的稀疏表示,并将表示系数用于Dh以生成对应的高分辨率云图块;最后,运用最速下降算法,得到满足重构约束的高分辨率云图。红外与可见光云图的数值实验验证了本文算法的有效性,表明本文算法在视觉效果及PSNR指标上均优于插值方法。     

水平定向钻进虚拟仿真培训系统研究

虚拟仿真技术是目前计算机科学研究热点,将虚拟仿真技术应用到非开挖领域是非开挖教学及研究的发展趋势。针对水平定向钻进（Horizontal Directional Drilling,HDD）这一非开挖的主要施工工法,采用SolidWorks、3ds MAX、Photoshop等软件对三维场景、钻机以及钻头等施工设备进行三维建模,通过研究场景漫游技术、多摄像机跟随技术、物理效应仿真技术和轨迹记录及跟随等技术在Unity3D平台上开发培训系统,并将系统发布至桌面系统。该系统具有场景漫游、多视角显示、控制钻进、显示参数功能。测试结果表明培训系统运行流畅,场景切换迅速,具有良好的三维展示和教学功能。     

测绘行业教育培训现状分析

深入实施人才强测战略,扎实推进测绘地理信息事业改革创新发展,加强测绘地理信息行业职工教育培训工作,成为促进测绘地理信息事业全面发展的关键点。本文以黑龙江省为例分析了测绘地理信息行业职工培训的现状及存在的问题,并提出了建议与对策。
