水文现代化评价指标体系研究

水文是水利和国民经济建设与发展的重要基础工作之一,是实现水利现代化和实施最严格水资源管理制度的基础与保障。研究水文现代化评价指标体系,对于指导各地开展水文现代化建设具有现实意义。通过对已有的研究成果分析与总结,较全面地阐述了建立水文现代化评价指标思路与原则,应用德尔菲法,确定了10个一级评价指标和53个二级评价指标以及相应的平均权重,从而形成了水文现代化评价指标体系。为我国水文现代化建设评价提供了有一定应用价值的评价指标,对各地稳步推进水文现代化建设具有一定的指导意义。     

论农业结构变化及其地理学研究

本文阐述农业结构的内涵，分析我国农业现代化过程引起的农业结构变化，提出发展农业地理学的若干思考。     

2002—2011年江苏省农业现代化发展水平评价

根据《江苏统计年鉴(2002—2012)》的统计数据,运用熵值法和层次分析法相结合的主客观联合赋权法,对"十五"、"十一五"江苏省农业现代化水平进行评价.结果表明:江苏省农业现代化发展状态良好,研究时段农业现代化水平指数稳步上升,且上升势头强劲,2011年已进入完全成熟阶段,但是可持续发展状况起伏较大,尚不够稳定.

关于城市现代化与历史名城保护的思考

城市现代化要以特形式表现出来，必然要求改变城市原来的物质载体，产生新与旧，现代与历史之间的矛盾与冲突，但是，在对待城市物质载体的认识上存在着许多误区，使许多城市在许多现代化的名义下遭到破坏，历史文化名城得不到应有的保护，在匆匆的现代化进程中付出了沉重的代价，我们要记住“建筑性破坏”的教训，处理好发展与保护的关系。     

THE MODERNIZATION OF SUGAR PRODUCTION IN SOUTHEAST ASIA, 1880–1940

ABSTRACT. Southeast Asia is an ideal location in which to study the modernization of sugar production, given that the presence of six colonial powers makes comparisons possible. The Dutch took the lead in modernizing the region's sugar industry by breeding new varieties of sugarcane and by introducing central sugar factories. The article takes these two innovations as indexes of modernization and traces their diffusion through the region. It demonstrates that colonial policy largely determined the speed of acceptance of these innovations. Modernization made the sugar industry dependent on the continuing success of scientific research, restructured the relations between worker and factory, and, by supplanting the previous system of sugar production, Chinese in origin, changed the human geography of the region.     

长三角典型农业区农业现代化水平分区研究——以江苏省兴化市为例

采用因子分析方法,按照兴化市农业现代化水平评价指标体系,以乡镇为评价单元,分析各主因子的空间分布特征及影响因素。根据各主因子得分系数矩阵,采用分层聚类法把兴化市35个乡镇划分为5个农业现代化水平类型区,并对各类型区提出相应的农业发展策略。结果表明:兴化市农业现代化水平具有明显的空间集聚分布特征,以西部的昭阳镇为中心和以东南部戴南镇为中心的区域农业现代化水平程度最高;较高农业现代化水平的地区主要位于南部和东北部的安丰镇、永丰镇和戴窑镇;中等农业现代化水平的区域主要是兴化市区的卫星城镇;较低和低农业现代化水平的区域主要位于兴化市西北和东部,其中,位于西北部的周奋乡和缸顾乡农业现代化水平最低。     

两颗GPS现代化卫星L5载波信号的比较

本文分析了GPS现代化信号L5载波的结构及相对于非现代化信号的改进,比较了GPS L5载波和WAAS L5载波的区别;比较了2颗现代化卫星SVN49和SVN62播发的L5载波的信号结构及信噪比,结果表明:SVN49播发的L5载波演示信号的抗干扰能力较差,而SVN62播发的L5载波具有更强的抗干扰能力,满足设计规范要求。     

GPS现代化信号体制与系统裕量分析

为了加强全球定位系统（GPS）对美军现代化战争的支撑作用、保持其在全球民用导航领域中的领先地位,美国提出了GPS现代化计划。本文总结了GPS现代化信号体制下,新增民码L2C、L5、L1C以及军码M码的特点以及新导航电文的变化。通过理论分析GPS现代化体制下系统裕量的改善状况,说明GPS现代化以后,广播新导航电文,干扰容限将提高8～9dB,系统抗干扰性能将得到较大提升,特别是应用点波束增强技术,M码信号的抗干扰性能将得到很大提升。
