介绍可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ） 应用程序设计的状态识别编码和两种编码方法,及用状态表法设计应用程序时两种方法均可使用,并讨论了编码原理及实现方法。     

Improved design of sliding mode control for civil structures with saturation problem

A systematic and improved design procedure for sliding mode control (SMC) of seismically excited civil structures with saturation problem is provided in this paper. In order to restrict the control force to a certain level, a procedure for determining the upper limits of the control forces for single or multiple control units is proposed based on the design response spectrum of external loads. Further, an efficient procedure using the LQR method for determining sliding surfaces appropriate for different controller types is provided through the parametric evaluation of the dynamic characteristics of sliding surfaces in terms of SMC controller performance. Finally, a systematic design procedure for SMC required to achieve a given performance level is provided and its effectiveness is verified by applying it to multi‐degree‐of‐freedom (MDOF) systems. 一种适用于无人值守台站电源控制器的研究与实现

针对目前无人值守台站仪器因为软件等原因造成的通讯故障问题,研制了以Arduino Uno为硬件基础的电源控制器,其主要特点是,在无人值守台站需要监控的仪器和供电电瓶之间安装控制器,并将控制器接入网络;在远程同一网段的计算机安装管理端,并保持打开状态,可以不间断地实施监控功能,对仪器运行状态进行实时判断;并根据需要,实现多控制器的管理功能。经台站安装使用测试,表明设备运行效果良好。     

电力线通信技术在海洋测量船上的应用探讨

电力线通信技术就是通过电力线网络适配器,把数字宽带信号调制在一定的信号频率范围内并加载到220V市电中进行传输,这样对事先未布置有线网络的地方,就可通过现有电线传输数据,实现扩展网络而无需另外布设网线。主要介绍了电力线通信的基本原理、连接方法及其在测量船上的应用实例分析,并通过试验验证了电力线通信方法的有效性。     

嵌入式图形拼接控制系统在黑龙江省地震应急视频系统的应用

通过对嵌入式图形拼接控制器技术特点的介绍,结合目前黑龙江省地震应急视频系统的现状,提出了其在黑龙江省应急视频系统中的应用方案,并对嵌入式图形拼接控制器与原有的拓展式图形控制器进行对比分析。希望能够为今后相关研究与应用的开展提供一定的参考与帮助。     

The application of the self-tuning neural network PID controller on the ship roll reduction in random waves

In this paper, we present a mathematical model including seakeeping and maneuvering characteristics to analyze the roll reduction for a ship traveling with the stabilizer fin in random waves. The self-tuning PID controller based on the neural network theory is applied to adjust optimal stabilizer fin angles to reduce the ship roll motion in waves. Two multilayer neural networks, including the system identification neural network (NN1) and the parameter self-tuning neural network (NN2), are adopted in the study. The present control technique can save the time for searching the optimal PID gains in any sea states. The simulation results show that the present developed self-tuning PID control scheme based on the neural network theory is indeed quite practical and sufficient for the ship roll reduction in the realistic sea.     

Feedback and Feedforward Optimal Control for Offshore Jacket Platforms

The optimal control is investigated for linear systems affected by external harmonic disturbance and applied to vibration control systems of offshore steel jacket platforms. The wave-induced force is the dominant load that offshore structures are subjected to, and it can be taken as harmonic excitation for the system. The iineafized Morison equation is employed to estimate the wave loading. The main result concerns the existence and design of a realizable optimal regulator, which is proposed to damp the forced oscillation in an optimal fashion. For demonstration of the effectiveness of the control scheme, the platform performance is investigated for different wave states. The simulations axe based on the tuned mass damper (TMD) and the active mass damper (AMD) control devices. It is demonstrated that the control scheme is useful in reducing the displacement response of jacket-type offshore platforms.     

人影决策指挥地理信息平台的建立和应用

在“3S”集成应用技术思想指导下,利用Citystar3.0地理信息系统工具软件的GISOCX控件,将人工影响天气需要的多种气象和地理背景信息集成于同一平台上,从而建立起具有飞机、高炮、火箭人工增雨作业方案决策、实时监控、信息查询和效益评估等多种功能的地理信息平台,该平台可脱离Citystar GIS工具软件环境而单独运行,并实现了多源信息的实时输入、输出。     

蓄电池自动维护控制器的研制

主要介绍了对蓄电池进行定期维护及容量测定的一种控制器的研设过程。实践表明,该控制器配合充电器,可以实现对蓄电池进行放电、修复、估算容量、自动充电等功能,并可以为判断蓄电池是否达到报废程度提供重要依据。同时,减轻了维护人员的工作量,提高了工作效率。     

DZQZ-1地震前兆仪防雷控制器的研制

DZQZ-1地震前兆仪防雷控制器,利用了微电脑时钟控制电路,控制接触器的导通和短开,自动循环地对两组电瓶充电和放电的切换,保证了前兆设备始终处在直流电瓶供电的状态下,真正切断雷电（电源、有线宽带）窜人口,从而达到防雷的目的。
