多系统集成的全球地球观测系统(GEOO S)是一个新概念,它从更高层次上规划全球的地球观测,国际社会十分重视这一系统的建设,其关键是综合、协调、持续的地球观测系统。全球海洋观测系统(GOO S)是GEO SS的重要组成部分,是它的一个子系统。文中阐述了GEO SS的基本概念及与GOO S的关系,综述了海洋环境基本要素观测技术特别是遥感观测技术的最新进展,它也是GEOO S的基本观测手段。  相似文献

为了研究烟曲霉次生代谢产物,我们采用硅胶柱层析、sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、半制备液相色谱等分离方法对来源于印度洋深海区的烟曲霉(Aspergillus fumigatus)的乙醇提取液进行系统的次生代谢产物分离,根据所分离得到的化合物的理化性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。共分离鉴定了15个化合物,其中11个二酮哌嗪类生物碱(diketopiperazine),4个喹唑啉类衍生物(fumiquinazoline),分别为:fumitremorgin B(1),13-oxofumitremorgin B(2),fumitremorgin C(3),12-hydroxyfumitremorgin(13),3-hydroxyfumiquinazoline A(14)和fumiquinazoline E(15)。分离得到的15个化合物,丰富了烟曲霉次生代谢产物的类型,为烟曲霉的开发利用提供了化学研究基础。  相似文献

光照和温度对细基江蓠繁枝变型的生长及生化组成影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
实验研究光照、温度对细基江蓠的生长率及生化组成等指标的影响。结果表明 ,光照、温度及其相互作用均显著影响以上指标。在该实验条件下 ( 15~ 30℃ ,12 0 0~ 12 0 0 0 lx) ,细基江蓠繁枝变型 ( Gracilaria tenuistipitata var.liui)在光照为 10 0 0 0 lx,温度为 2 5℃时生长率最大 ,光照对生长的影响大于温度 ,而且在适宜的温度范围内 ,随着温度的升高 ,细基江蓠繁枝变型生长的光饱和点也增高。光强是影响藻红素、叶绿素 a及碳水化合物 /蛋白质比率的主要环境因子 ,它与藻红素、叶绿素 a含量负相关 ,与碳水化合物 /蛋白质比率正相关。温度则是调节蛋白质及藻红素 /叶绿素 a比率的主要因素 ,它与蛋白质的含量负相关 ,与藻红素 /叶绿素 a比值正相关。温度和光照对碳水化合物的含量影响不明显  相似文献

遥感模型PROSPECT可以反演植物叶片生化组分,不同的波段组合将会导致不同的反演结果。提出了一种带约束波段相关性最小原则的波段选择算法,并用模拟数据和实测数据对所选波段的效果进行了验证。结果表明:对于模拟数据,反演准确率超过99%;对于实测数据,叶绿素和水分的反演精度稍有提高,干物质的反演精度提高较明显。  相似文献

北大西洋地区是全球环境变化研究的热点区域。对IODP(国际综合大洋钻探计划)北大西洋306航次U1313站位深海沉积物陆源组分的粒度分析发现,陆源组分主要由黏土(粒径小于4μm)和极细粉沙(4~8μm)两个粒级构成,以黏土为主,分选性较差。通过与钙质超微化石、有孔虫等生物化石资料和同位素测年等技术相结合,重建了古气候的变化情况:(1)2.415~1.897 Ma BP,气候呈周期性波动;(2)1.897~1.640 Ma BP,气候变化相对平缓;(3)1.640~1.471 Ma BP,气候波动剧烈且频繁。粒度指标所反映的几次粗颗粒增多事件与早更新世期间数次气候变冷事件的发生时间一致。1.6 Ma BP前后粒度参数的突然变化,可能与地球轨道参数的改变有关,进一步证实地球轨道参数作为气候系统外部驱动力的重要性。  相似文献

In the conventional analysis of Biot’s axisymmetric consolidation, the solid phase and the surrounding fluid were often assumed incompressible for simplicity. Such assumption in soil engineering ignored the effect of compressibility of constituents on the consolidation. In this article, the compressible fluid and solid in soil were taken into account for 3-D consolidation. The pore pressure, the displacements, and the stresses were expressed by two displacement functions, and the Laplace–Hankel transform was applied to set up the stiffness matrix between the generalized displacement and stress. The stiffness matrix consisted of negative exponential functions, ensuring that the computation is efficient and stable. Then the global stiffness matrix is extended by embracing the continuity of the interfaces and boundary conditions of soil base. The relationship between the generalized displacement and stress of the soil base reduces the number of unknowns of the global matrix. Such consideration reduced the number of unknowns of the global matrix and brought in more acceptable boundary conditions where the stiffness and the permeability of semi-infinite soil base can be taken into account. After the inversion of the Laplace–Hankel transform, the real solutions were obtained. The results show that the stiffness and permeability of the soil base can change the development consolidation and that the compressibility of solid particles has a great effect on the settlement in the beginning of consolidation.  相似文献

The continental shelf on the west coast of India is widest off Bombay and leads into a strongly converging channel, the Gulf of Khambhat. Tides in the Gulf are among the largest on the coast. We use data on amplitude and phase of major semi-diurnal and diurnal constituents at forty-two ports in the Gulf and surrounding areas to define characteristics of the tides. We then use a barotropic numerical model based on shallow water wave equations to simulate the sea level and circulation in the region. The model is forced by prescribing the tide along the open boundaries of the model domain. Observed sea level at Bombay and currents from the Bombay High region at the centre of the model domain and from a shallow station off the port of Dahanu compare favourably with the fields simulated by the model. The simulated amplitudes and phases of the four most prominent tidal constituents also compare favourably with those observed along the coast, except at a few locations where the model spatial resolution (6.37 km × 6.37 km) appears to be inadequate to resolve the local geometry. Though this encourages us to conclude that the circulation in the region is dominated by barotropic tides, a concern is that the observational database on hydrography and directly measured currents in the region is weak.  相似文献

南海颗粒物质的通量、组成及其与沉积物积累率的关系初探   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
通过大孔径时间系列沉积物捕获器的多年测量及对样品的多学科综合分析表明:南海北部与中部深海区1000m左右水深颗粒通量大约为90mg·m-2·d-1,在多数情况下,季风期间的颗粒通量有比较明显的增高。颗粒物主要组成为钙质生物来源的CaCO3、生物硅、岩源物质及海洋生物来源的有机质。颗粒通量与组成在水柱中的垂向变化表明,生源组分中CaCO3及有机质随深度具有较为明显的减少。颗粒物侧向运动可能是造成某些时段南海中部深层颗粒通量增加的主要原因。颗粒物质在进入深海沉积物之前,CaCO3、生物硅均在深层水与沉积物界面之间发生大量的溶解作用。有机质在沉降过程中的减少,一方面是由于硅质与钙质壳体的溶解而使结合在壳体内部的有机质随之溶解造成;另一方面可能与生物及生物地球化学作用有关。岩源物质除水柱沉降之外,还可以通过浊流等底层搬运机制进入南海北部及中部海盆,其中在南海北部这种搬运作用更为明显。  相似文献

The evaluation of the long-term effects of seawater intrusion into the aquifers due to negative water balance and nitrate pollution of drinking-water quality due to human activities requires detailed knowledge of both the transport of the chemical constituents and the geochemical processes within aquifers. Hydrogeological and hydrochemical studies in the unconfined aquifer of Malia have provided the necessary data to define the areas at increased risk from these phenomena. The solution of the second Fick's low under given boundary conditions gave an estimate of the propagation of groundwater pollution by NO3 . Additionally, in order to simulate the ion concentration changes during a period, for example a period of positive water balance or refreshening, groundwater transport and cation exchange reactions were modelled using the code PHREEQM. Physical simulation experiment on oil displacement is an important approach to understand the mechanism and efficiency of displacement. Physical simulation experiments on water-flooding and chemical flooding in real cores with different lithologies and physical properties, reservoir Rock-Eval, TLC-FID, GC of saturated hydrocarbon fractions and GC-MS of saturated and aromatic hydrocarbon fractions were performed to investigate differences in the geochemistry of residual oils in the cores processed by water-flooding and chemical flooding. After fine sandstone was displaced with the two methods, the preferable replacement efficiency was displayed by the chemical constitutions of residual oils. As to glutenite, water-flooding is less effective, while chemical flooding has excellent performance according to changes in chemical compounds in oils. The results showed that the geochemical characteristics of the reservoir oils and lithology and physical properties of reservoir bed need to be considered in selecting replacement methods. In addition, the geochemical parameters for residual oils slightly changed during water-flooding and chemical flooding, which suggested the water-flooding and chemical flooding could not affect the application of these parameters in geochemistry.  相似文献
