单索面混凝土矮塔斜拉桥的动力特性

以厦门银湖矮塔斜拉桥为例,通过引入拉索自振频率影响度的概念,分析了拉索的存在对矮塔斜拉桥自振特性的影响,探讨了矮塔斜拉桥的自振特性与相应连续梁桥(或刚构桥)的区别;在分析矮塔斜拉桥地震反应的基础上,通过引入振型贡献率的概念,分析了高阶振型对矮塔斜拉桥动力性能的影响;分析了矮塔斜拉桥的振型耦联效应。最后首次较全面地总结了单索面混凝土矮塔斜拉桥的动力特性,对进一步认识矮塔斜拉桥的动力性能有一定的参考意义。     

STUDIES ON THE BHQ ICE CORE FROM THE LAW DOME, ANTARCTICA

The structure of the ice core varies with depth, Its surface layer is firn, followed by an ice layer with random fabric pattern (beginning at 28m depth), then transformed to a small circle girdle pattern (beginning at 147 m depth) through a transition layer, finally to a single-maximum pattern (beginning at 191 m depth). The stratigraphic profile of the ice core is similar to those of other cores on the Law Dome, For BHQ located in the middle of a flow line from the summit to the coast, the initial depth of every specific layer is less than that in the upstream and larger than that in the downstream. The ice was analyzed for trace elememts using instrumental neutron activation technique. No tendency towards a systematic increase or decrease in the element concentrations in the past 4000 years has been found. The mean concentrations of Na and Al over the past 4000 years are higher than those in the Vostok ice core by factors of 9 and 4, respectively.

大陆法系国家通常规定国家租赁、法人破产、涉及因内国登记而发生的诉讼和内国国民的身份关系的涉外民事案件属于国家专属管辖权的范围 ;英美法系国家对当事人选择管辖法院的制度即协议管辖制度持肯定的态度 ,对专属管辖的规定反而不多。

文章运用市场经济发展规律的理论 ,分析地图市场在市场化、公平竞争和宏观调控诸方面的主要问题 ,并试图从市场经济与法治经济这二者的有机联系中 ,探讨依法管理地图市场的有效途径     

Statistical fraud detection in a commercial lobster fishery

In this study we introduce the first step towards a statistical model for the reliability of fisheries data. We applied Benford's Law to catch data from the Atlantic Canadian lobster (Homarus americanus) fishery's lobster fishery areas (LFAs) 33 and 34 and compared our results to those using observations from the “grey zone” (a highly regulated lobster fishery shared by Canada and United States) and a fishery with a different regulatory regime (snow crab, Chionoecetes opilio). Non‐conformity with Benford's Law is often considered as an indicator of human manipulation of accounting data. We found that observations from the grey zone conformed to the distribution predicted by Benford's Law, whereas observations from snow crab and both lobster fishery areas did not conform.     

中越北部湾划界双赢结果对解决南海划界问题的启示

分析了北部湾划界的特点,认为取得双赢结果的北部湾划界主要运用了公平原则、成比例方法、大陆架和专属经济区同一界线法的原则和方法。针对近期骤然升级的南海问题,在分析南海问题特点的基础上,提出北部湾划界的成功经验对解决南海海域划界问题的理论和实践意义。     

广东省城市规模Zipf法则检验及其影响因素分析

利用广东省1990年～2007年各城市市区非农业人口数据计算广东省城市规模分布的Zipf指数,得出广东省城市规模分布由分散分布向均衡的位序——规模分布过渡的结论。同时,选取5个解释变量,建立多元回归模型对影响广东省城市规模分布的zipf指数变化的因素进行分析。研究发现,1990年以来,5个解释变量对广东省城市规模分布的影响作用有所变化。1990年～2000年,促使城市规模分布趋于集中的力量强于分散力量。进入2000年以后,集中力量逐渐减弱,与分散力量趋于平衡。     

Emplacement and the dispossessions of cosmopolitan capital

Ananya Roy’s theorization of the urban land question in terms of ‘dis/possessive collectivism’ is a powerful, eloquent intervention at a pivotal moment of intensified, planetary urban land inequalities. In this commentary, we evaluate Roy’s call to identify sites of “strategic illegality” from which to challenge the racial and class inequalities of capitalist colonization of urban land and property. Our analysis focuses on three transformations – evolving jurisdictional geographies, expanded proliferations of disparate impact, and reinforced infrastructures of monetized universalization – in which old, familiar exploitations are produced through the new multicultural meritocracies of an increasingly transnational, cosmopolitan capitalism.
