分析了COSIX文件系统的主要结构和工作原理,阐述了CD-ROM文件系统的组成结构和实现原理。在COSIX文件系统的基础上设计和实现了光盘文件系统,为用户提供了一致的访问方式,访问符合IS09660标准的CD-ROM上的文件。     

Development of a system of indicators for sustainable port management

The 1998 project ECOPORT, “Towards A Sustainable Transport Network”, developed by the Valencia Port Authority (VPA), established the bases for implementing an Environmental Management System (EMS) in industrial harbours. The use of data and information shall always be required to develop an efficient EMS. The objective of the present research (INDAPORT) study is to propose a system of sustainable environmental management indicators to be used by any port authorities. All activities performed within a port area are analysed for any potential environmental impacts and risks.

An environmental analysis of port activities has been carried out with the objective of designing the indicators system. Twenty-one corresponding activities have been identified for large industrial ports. Subsequently, the same methodology developed to date will be later applied to other Spanish and European ports. The study has been developed by using an original system and a methodology, which simultaneously use stage diagrams and systemic models (material and energy flow charts). Multi-criteria analysis techniques were used to evaluate potential impacts (identification of factors and evaluation of impacts).

根据高校校有企业的现实和改制的要求,对高校经营性资产运行中的风险环节进行了具体、客观的分析,针对存在的风险,引入了ISO9000质量管理体系的思想和管理方法,探索了ISO9000质量管理体系在风险控制上的应用,提出设立独立的风险控制部门,对经营性资产运行过程中可能发生的投资、财务和法律风险进行控制,并使风险控制工作得到持续的改进。     

面向发生的地学数据分类方案及其元数据扩展研究

在分析地学数据特点和共享需求的基础上,阐述数据分类对于人们认识地球以及地学研究的重要性,并综述和评价了目前地学领域已有的各种分类研究。这些分类研究大致可归纳为探索型、应用型和综合型3种。由于地学数据应用的多学科交叉、多源异构等特性,分类系统很难满足系统性、一致性、易扩展性等原则。本文从数据发生的角度,探索新的数据分类方案,将地学数据分为器测数据、调查数据和过程数据三大类。从数据本质特征对其进行描述,学科应用仅作为数据的元数据对其标志,从而很好地消除了上述问题。此外,本文基于ISO19115地理信息核心元数据扩展模型,将地理信息元数据标准拓展到整个地学领域的数据描述,构建适应该地学数据分类方案的元数据体系。

ISO9000标准所规定的要求是通用的,适用于各种类型、不同规模和提供不同产品的组织,同样地,也适用于地图的制作过程。本文试图通过对ISO9000标准调准条款的解读,分析纸质地图出版物的质量特性,以期找出提高地图产品质量的渠道和改进、创新产品的途径。

关于《数字地图产品模式》标准的思考

基于《数字地图产品模式》(以下简称《标准》)研究成果,本文确定了《标准》的目的、编制理由和《标准》的用户;指出了《标准》在相关“参考模型”和“标准体系”中的位置;提出了《标准》的范围;分析了国内外同类标准及相关资料并介绍了其在《标准》中的应用概况;以列出修订前后标准目次和ISO19131草案目录结构对照表的方式,剖析了《标准》研究成果的结构框架;最终得出了《数字地图产品模式》标准的编制已经有了良好的开端和阶段性成果,应当抓紧时间完善成果,使研究成果尽快转化为国家标准的结论。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TROPICAL ISO AND TROPICAL CYCLONE ACTIVITY OVER THE SOUTH CHINA SEA

The relationship between the tropical intra-seasonal oscillation (ISO) and tropical cyclones (TCs) activities over the South China Sea (SCS) is investigated by utilizing the National Centers for Environmental Prediction/National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) global reanalysis data and tropical cyclone best-track data from 1949 to 2009. The main conclusions are: (1) A new ISO index is designed to describe the tropical ISO activity over the SCS, which can simply express ISO for SCS. After examining the applicability of the index constructed by the Climate Prediction Center (CPC), we find that the convection spatial scale reflected by this index is too large to characterize the small-scale SCS and fails to divide the TCs activities over the SCS into active and inactive categories. Consequently, the CPC index can’t replace the function of the new ISO index; (2) The eastward spread process of tropical ISO is divided into eight phases using the new ISO index, the phase variation of which corresponds well with the TCs activities over the SCS. TCs generation and landing are significantly reduced during inactive period (phase 4-6) relative to that during active period (phase 7-3); (3) The composite analyses indicate distinct TCs activities over the SCS, which is consistent with the concomitant propagation of the ISO convective activity. During ISO active period, the weather situations are favorable for TCs development over the SCS, e.g., strong convection, cyclonic shear and weak subtropical high, and vice versa; (4) The condensation heating centers, strong convection and water vapor flux divergence are well collocated with each other during ISO active period. In addition, the vertical profile of condensation heat indicates strong ascending motion and middle-level heating over the SCS during active period, and vice versa. Thus, the eastward propagation of tropical ISO is capable to modulate TCs activities by affecting the heating configuration over the SCS.
