Delineation of groundwater potential zones using remote sensing and GIS-based data-driven models 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
The rapid increase in human population has increased the groundwater resources demand for drinking, agricultural and industrial purposes. The main purpose of this study is to produce groundwater potential map (GPM) using weights-of-evidence (WOE) and evidential belief function (EBF) models based on geographic information system in the Azna Plain, Lorestan Province, Iran. A total number of 370 groundwater wells with discharge more than 10 m3s?1were considered and out of them, 256 (70%) were randomly selected for training purpose, while the remaining114 (30%) were used for validating the model. In next step, the effective factors on the groundwater potential such as altitude, slope aspect, slope angle, curvature, distance from rivers, drainage density, topographic wetness index, fault distance, fault density, lithology and land use were derived from the spatial geodatabases. Subsequently, the GPM was produced using WOE and EBF models. Finally, the validation of the GPMs was carried out using areas under the ROC curve (AUC). Results showed that the GPM prepared using WOE model has the success rate of 73.62%. Similarly, the AUC plot showed 76.21% prediction accuracy for the EBF model which means both the models performed fairly good predication accuracy. Selective omission is necessary for road network generalisation. This study investigates the use of supervised learning approaches for selective omission in a road network. To be specific, at first, the properties to measure the importance of a road in the network are viewed as input attributes, and the decision of such a road is retained or not at a specific scale is viewed as an output class; then, a number of samples with known input and output are used to train a classifier; finally, this classifier can be used to determine whether other roads to be retained or not. In this study, a total of nine supervised learning approaches, i.e., ID3, C4·5, CRT, Random Tree, support vector machine (SVM), naive Bayes (NB), K-nearest neighbour (KNN), multilayer perception (MP) and binary logistic regression (BLR), are applied to three road networks for selective omission. The performances of these approaches are evaluated by both quantitative assessment and visual inception. Results show that: (1) in most cases, these approaches are effective and their classification accuracy is between 70% and 90%; (2) most of these approaches have similar performances, and they do not have any statistically significant difference; (3) but sometimes, ID3 and BLR performs significantly better than NB and SVM; NB and KNN perform significantly worse than MP, SVM and BLR. 相似文献

爆管关阀分析是供水管网地理信息系统中重要的空间分析功能之一,目前已建系统的爆管分析功能存在着算法繁琐或功能简单、不具通用性等缺点。本文以高质量的源数据为基础,根据系统和爆管分析的需求建立合理的数据模型,设计了爆管关阀分析算法,该算法克服现有算法的不足,剔除了可关可不关的阀门,得到正确、经济的关阀门方案,并列出了受影响的用户。将此设计方案应用于"新疆石油管理局供水地理信息系统"中,成功地实现了爆管分析,体现出了该算法简洁、高效、准确、通用的优越性。 相似文献

GPS is a promising tool for real-time monitoring of deformations of slopes or large structures. However, remaining systematic
effects in GPS phase observations after double differencing and application of a priori models affect the resulting coordinates.
They complicate the proper separation of the actual deformations from pseudo-deformations induced by the systematic effects.
This paper shows that for small monitoring networks (baseline lengths <5 km) only affine distortions of the network geometry
are generated by the remaining distance dependent systematic effects, e.g. unmodelled tropospheric and ionospheric propagation
effects, or satellite orbit errors. Hence, a generic correction model is given by a three-dimensional affine transformation
involving a maximum of 12 transformation parameters. For the determination of these parameters, four high quality GPS stations
are necessary which are not affected by the actual deformations to be monitored. Based on the analysis of network geometries
of synthetic GPS networks with large height differences and considering the physics of the GPS observations it is shown, however,
that less than 12 parameters are sufficient for the computation of the corrections. The proposed 8 parameter model was applied
to the GPS monitoring network of the Gradenbach landslide. For this small network with large height differences, it was shown
that the distortions can be reduced by about 75%. 相似文献

Studies on small-world networks have received intensive interdisciplinary attention during the past several years. It is well-known
among researchers that a small-world network is often characterized by high connectivity and clustering, but so far there
exist few effective approaches to evaluate small-world properties, especially for spatial networks. This paper proposes a
method to examine the small-world properties of spatial networks from the perspective of network autocorrelation. Two network
autocorrelation statistics, Moran’s I and Getis–Ord’s G, are used to monitor the structural properties of networks in a process of “rewiring” networks from a regular to a random
network. We discovered that Moran’s I and Getis–Ord’s G tend to converge and have relatively low values when properties of small-world networks emerge. Three transportation networks
at the national, metropolitan, and intra-city levels are analyzed using this approach. It is found that spatial networks at
these three scales possess small-world properties when the correlation lag distances reach certain thresholds, implying that
the manifestation of small-world phenomena result from the interplay between the network structure and the dynamics taking
place on the network.
