本文根据广东沙环核电厂厂址地震地质环境特点和有关核法规的技术要求完成了设计地面运动时程的人工合成。从持续时间、合成精度、包络设计谱、功率谱密度函数、多根合成时程的统计不相关等方面讨论了该人工合成设计时程对ＡＳＣＥ４－８６ＳｔａｎｄａｒｄａｎｄＣｏｍ－ｍｅｎｔａｒｙｏｎＳｔａｎｄａｒｄ和Ｕ．Ｓ．ＮＲＣＳａｔｎｄａｒｄＲｅｖｉｅｗＰｌａｎ两个基本法规技术要求的可接受性。     

Design energy input spectra for moderate-to-high seismicity regions based on Colombian earthquakes

Energy input spectra applicable to the seismic design of structures in moderate-to-high seismicity regions are proposed. Such design inputs are derived from the bilinear envelope of individual spectra obtained for 144 ground motions recorded in Colombia. In the short period region the spectra account for the increase of input energy, due to plastification of the structure, through a new formula derived from extensive nonlinear analyses. The proposed energy input design spectra are compared with the provisions of the Colombian seismic code, and with those proposed for Japan, Spain, Iran and Greece. It is found that the proposed spectra are more demanding than the current Colombian seismic code, and that they agree with those developed recently for six cities in Greece, yet applying a different approach. An empirical equation for estimating the portion of the total seismic input energy that contributes to structural damage is also developed.

关于抗震设计规范与地震动区划图的有关探讨

本文总结了国内外桥梁抗震设计规范和建筑结构抗震设计规范的设计思想和设计方法,介绍了我国和美国地震动参数区划图的发展和现状,对比分析了抗震规范使用地震区划图的情况。针对我国抗震设计规范和地震动参数区划图的现状,提出了两条建议：（1）地震动参数区划图编制部门应直接提供多水准的地震动参数区划图;（2）抗震设计规范应彻底抛弃设防烈度概念,以地震重现期取代原地震危险程度标示方法。     

汶川地震农居震害特征及其成因分析与恢复重建建议

本文总结了汶川地震中农居倒塌、严重破坏与中等破坏的特点,并分析了破坏程度与地震动、地震地表破裂、滑坡、滚石和房屋质量等因素的关系。为了减轻未来地震造成的震害,城镇选址应避开危险地段和抗震不利地段,且农居设计与施工应严格遵循抗震设计规范中的相关条款。同时,本文也强调了当地政府在灾区重建中的重要作用。     

基于面向对象原理的数字地图符号设计方法研究

基于面向对象编程原理，对数字地图的符号按面向对象的分类方法进行分类，详细说明了各类数字地图符号在计算机上的绘制方法，并在对线状符号的处理上改进了以往的传统做法，提出了新的思路，使程序实现更为方便，提高了程序执行效率。     

一种黄土高边坡设计的新方法

根据黄土高边坡破坏面的实际特征,假定最危险滑动面为抛物线型,对高边坡进行可靠度分析,应用数学原理,建立了黄土高边坡的设计模型,并对铜黄一级公路黄土高边坡进行分析验证,结果表明,该方法计算的结果与实际较接近。该方法物理意义明确,易操作,可供设计人员参考。     

Remapping heritage and the garden suburb: Haberfield's civic ecologies

ABSTRACT

Gardens in Australia are considered an important site of heritage maintenance and negotiation for their capacity to materialise transformations in everyday life, design, lifestyles, demographics, environment, as well as social and cultural practices. In the case of conservation areas, gardens tend to be valued in terms of their closeness and potential to preserve specific historical elements. Plants in these gardens are cultivated to evoke period designs, such as Federation (c.1890–1915) and cottage gardens. In this article we turn to gardens and gardening to make sense of entanglements between cultural, historical and environmental elements, and we ask: what role do plants play in shaping our understanding of suburban heritage? To answer this question, we draw on oral histories, archival research and ethnography in Haberfield, the first model garden suburb in Australia. We show how plants channel and mediate multiple concerns that contest and extend ideas of heritage circulating in public discourse. Foregrounding the centrality of plants, this article contributes a dynamic definition of heritage that includes the entanglement of environmental stewardship and individual and collective heritage.
