地质图空间数据库建设数据质量控制研究与实践——以1:25万区域地质图空间数据库建设为例

质量控制是地质数据生产和数据库建设的生命线。本文依据《数字地质图空间数据库标准》(DD2006-06),对采用"数字化地质图"和"数字地质图"的数据建设空间数据库的方法流程和质量控制进行了系统分析,提出了两种建立空间数据库的技术流程和质量控制措施。该方法在全国1∶25万区域地质图空间数据库建设中进行了实践应用,很好地规范了空间数据的生产和数据库的建设,保证了质量。实践证明研究提出的空间数据生产和数据库建设技术流程与质量控制措施先进、实用,可操作性强,具有广泛的推广意义。     

飞信服务在地震软件系统中的集成和应用

通过研究飞信服务在Linux系统中的应用,部署一套基于Linux系统的短消息通知平台,同时根据上海市地震局现有应用系统,分析了局内网络监控系统、OA数据库备份系统、值班系统在用户使用过程中的预警提示的欠缺,提出了一种通过飞信服务解决问题的新方法,即将短消息通知平台集成于上述应用系统中,最终实现了台站设备故障短信告警,值班短信通知及OA数据库自动备份短信通知。     

大面积区域水准资料综合信息管理系统的设计与实现

基于Oracle的区域水准数据库并采用C/S结构(客户机/服务器结构),本文设计和开发了基于该数据库的信息管理软件平台。将大面积区域水准资料经过规范化整理及数据恢复处理后通过软件导入数据库,并通过数据检索、浏览、编辑、备份、恢复等功能实现了对水准数据的有效管理。     

里海沿岸地壳和上地幔弹性参数的3D模型分析

为了解决应力和应变三维模拟问题,研讨了建立里海沿岸地壳和上地幔弹性参数信息数据库的结果及里海沿岸盆地的地球动力学模型。创建了研究区资料信息数据库,得到了研制地壳应力应变状态的计算法。     

基于GIS的广州市海域使用监管系统设计与应用

针对广州海域监管工作对海洋监测数据从人工到计算机智能化管理的实际需求,从总体结构、数据库构建、功能应用等几个角度设计开发了广州市海域使用监管系统。系统在整合现有的监测设备及数据基础上,利用先进的计算机软件技术和数据库管理技术,实现了海面、岸站一体化海域综合监管,极大地提高了海域监测智能化程度并有效降低了管理成本。目前,该系统已投入到广州海域监管应用当中,为海域监管评估提供了决策支持,对海洋可持续发展具有重要意义。     

基于ArcGIS的矢量数据更新方案探讨

本文首先从ArcGIS的空间数据模型(GeoDatabase)入手,在ArcGIS的版本管理方案基础上提出基于工作流的分层存储的数据管理方案,以实例介绍这一方案的基本情况.

对北京市基础地理信息DLG数据库要素标识码的编码原则、结构及编码单元划分等内容进行了探讨和研究,并介绍了自动编码的程序实现,提出了一套适用于北京市基础地理信息DLG数据库要素标识码的编码标准。     

Database of full-scale laboratory experiments on wave-driven sand transport processes

A new database of laboratory experiments involving sand transport processes over horizontal, mobile sand beds under full-scale non-breaking wave and non-breaking wave-plus-current conditions is described. The database contains details of the flow and bed conditions, information on which quantities were measured and the value of the measured net sand transport rate for 298 experiments conducted in 7 large-scale laboratory facilities. Analysis of the coverage of the experiments and the measured net sand transport rates identified the following gaps in the range of test conditions and/or the type of measurements: (i) graded sand experiments, (ii) wave-plus-current experiments and (iii) intra-wave velocity and concentration measurements in the ripple regime. Furthermore, it highlights two areas requiring further research: (i) the differences in sand transport processes and sand transport rates between real waves and tunnel flows with nominally similar near-bed oscillatory flow conditions and (ii) the effects of acceleration skewness on transport rates. The database is a useful resource for the development and validation of sand transport models for coastal applications.     

Wave reflection from coastal structures in design conditions

Based on an extensive database of more than 4000 data, this paper analyses wave reflection for various types of coastal structures in design conditions, such as smooth, rock and armour unit slopes. A new simple formula has been developed that relates the reflection coefficient to the breaker parameter and seems to fit all kinds of revetment materials by changing two coefficients. These coefficients depend only on the correct roughness factor, provided by recent research on overtopping discharges. The effects on reflection due to composite slopes and to low crests are also examined and proper extensions of the formula are provided.
