Methodical series tests for fuller ship hull forms

In recent years many fuller ship hull forms have been designed and constructed in various shipbuilding countries, but the data available for the development of the fuller forms are inadequate from the point of view of preliminary ship design. In this paper the authors describe how they have systematically tested vessel forms of block coefficients ranging from 0.80 to 0.90. The analysis and presentation of the test results have been made in such a manner that designers can produce hull forms like those of tankers and other bulk carriers quickly and reliably.

青岛局地风特征的分析

本文根据位于胶州湾东岸的青岛沧口和流亭两机场气象台和唠山区气象台资料及现场实验资料对胶州湾东岸的海陆风气候特征,来自胶州湾与来自南面黄海水域的两支海陆风相互作用及其对沧口地区的影响,崂山西坡下坡风的气候特征及影响进行了分析。文中还提出了一种根据常规气象观测资料估算海陆风发生频率的方法。

肝素酶Ⅰ对合成的肝素五糖的酶解作用及对其抗Xa因子活性的影响

研究肝素酶Ⅰ(来源于Flavobacterumheparinase，EC4.2.2.7)对人工合成的且含有与抗凝血酶Ⅲ特定结合位点的肝素五糖(SHP)的酶解作用，并对酶解作用的动力学进行研究。利用强阴离子高效液相色谱(SAX-HPLC)对酶解混合物进行分离，利用质谱(ESIMS)和核磁共振波谱(1H-NMR)技术对得到的二糖和三糖的结构进行确证。研究结果表明，这种被作为肝素反向试剂的肝素酶Ⅰ可水解人工所合成的肝素五糖，从而使之丧失抗Xa因子活性。     

Optimum Sample Size to Detect Perturbation Effects: The Importance of Statistical Power Analysis – A Critique

Abstract. The current article describes statistical power analysis as an efficient strategy for the estimation of the optimum sample size. The principle aim is constructively to criticise and enrich the results presented by Mouillot et al. (1999) , who estimate the optimum sample size for evaluating possible perturbations. The authors did not make any reference to statistical power analysis, even though their objective clearly went beyond a simple stock evaluation to assess management strategies in a particular marine ecosystem. Surprisingly, they proposed (a priori) an ANOVA design to test a hypothesis considering both space and temporal scales. However, the authors did not cover important topics related with power analysis and the precautionary principle, both used into environment impact assessment programmes for marine ecosystems. Based on their results and on statistical power analysis, it is demonstrated that the variability (dispersion statistics), a key factor they used to estimate the sample size, is less relevant than the magnitude of perturbation (effect size). Therefore, a greater effort must be devoted to estimate the effect size of a particular phenomenon rather than a desired variability.     

思林水电站通航建筑物高边坡稳定分析和评价

应用ANSYS结构分析软件,模拟了思林水电站通航建筑物高边坡的地形、地质条件以及开挖的过程,建立边坡开挖的有限元计算分析模型,分析边坡在自然状态、分级开挖以及锚杆支护加固等工况下的应力、变形及其整体稳定性.定义单元的局部安全系数,得到了边坡开挖加固后稳定安全系数的分布.根据计算成果,指出现设计加固措施可以保证边坡稳定,无需增加其他工程措施.     

GALILEO系统局域完备性监测设计与实现

根据GALILEO系统局域完备性概念和网络RTK的基本理论,建立导航系统局域网络完备性监测理论和算法。算法主要包括网络系统完备性算法和用户完备性算法,内容包括网络误差模型的建立、插值算法的选择、误差改正数完备性指标的计算、完备性指标的验证和用户保护水平的计算等。仿真结果表明,采用网络RTK技术和完备性监测算法,飞机的平面保护水平和垂直保护水平均小于完备性告警门限值,可以满足飞机Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类精密进近的完备性要求,为卫星导航系统在民航中的应用提供完备性理论基础。
