观测资料的自动备份

1引言 随着气象事业的发展,我们的观测方法,所采用的仪器设备等有了很大的进步,特别是自动站的建成并投入业务运行,我们所获取的观测资料大大增加,观测业务已经离不开计算机了。但计算机这东西让人又爱又怕,你根本不知道它什么时候出现什么问题,所以资料的备份成为我们日常必不可少的工作之一。双机备份比在同一台计算机中备份更能在突发性故障出现时最大程度减少损失。本文就如何有效地进行双机备份谈几点看法。     

不同故障模式下的GNSS ARAIM性能评估

分析只考虑卫星故障以及同时考虑卫星故障和星座故障时,GNSS双星座、三星座以及四星座组合的ARAIM性能,通过实测数据分析地面测站在LPV-200下的ARAIM性能,并进一步仿真GNSS ARAIM在世界范围内LPV-200下的可用性。实测和仿真结果表明,ARAIM可用性由赤道向两极递减,呈对称分布;BDS作为异构星座,能够显著增加亚太地区的ARAIM可用性。相较于双星故障,单星和单星座故障同时发生时,GPS+BDS的ARAIM可用性下降幅度较大;GPS+GLONASS+BDS和GPS+GLONASS+BDS+Galileo的ARAIM可用性下降幅度较小。     

PES 的故障处理

介绍了卫星数据地面站（ＰＥＳ）出现故障的为数极少的个例。提出发判断故障的途径。解决故障的办法是查阅ＰＥＳ５０００的相关资料,遵循先简后繁、由表及时、由外及内的排除故障原则。     

QDQ2型电解水制氢机电解槽常见故障排除

电解槽是电解制氢设备的心脏,是H2和O2产生的地方,掌握电解槽各项性能指标及必要的故障排除方法,是制氢员实现安全制氢的根本保证。故障现象一:电解槽个别小室电压在定时监测过程发现增高,且有时超过3.0V。排除方法:须停机、卸压,打开电解槽正极端压板下排污阀门,排出带有杂物的电解液。用蒸馏水或氮气冲洗电解槽。再向槽内补充过滤沉淀后的或新配制的电解液。开机继续监测小室电压,如果不能达到要求,可将小室电压超过3.0V的相邻极框短接,使其内不再产生气体,这样处理后,一般均能排除故障。故障现象二:绝缘密封垫处漏碱或漏气。排除方法:…

利用雷电定位系统进行电网雷击故障快速查询

At present, lightning is one of the 10 natural disasters, and it is also the top environmental factor of power interruption. It often causes huge losses to the electric system. The Wuhan High Voltage Institute of the State Grid Corporation of China and Huazhong University of Science and Technology have been researching and developing lightning location systems （LLSs） since the late 1980s. In the mid-1990s, a lightning detection network was created in 29 provinces and cities in China. It is primarily applied to rapidly find lightning accidents, which greatly reduces power interruption. Also, it ensures high efficiency and safe operation of the electricity system. Remarkable benefit is achieved. China＇s LLS went through an ＂orientation positioning - time difference positioning - integrated positioning＂ development process. The positioning precision, detection efficiency, degree of automation, practicability and applied range are improved. Also, a lightning information system plan of the national network has been implemented, which services the whole society.     

Correlation failure analysis of an uncertain hysteretic vibration system

In this paper, a numerical method for correlation sensitivity analysis of a nonlinear random vibration system is presented. Based on the first passage failure model, the probability perturbation method is employed to determine the statistical characteristics of failure modes and the correlation between them. The sensitivity of correlation between failure modes with respect to random parameters characterizing the uncertainty of the hysteretic loop is discussed. In a numerical example, a two-DOF shear structure with uncertain hysteretic restoring force is considered. The statistical characteristics of response, failure modes and the sensitivity of random hysteretic loop parameters are provided, and also compared with a Monte Carlo simulation.     

CINRAD/SA天线伺服系统轴角箱多次故障的分析

轴角箱是CINRAD/SA雷达天伺系统中联系数字控制电路与机械电机的关键环节,它的故障造成雷达系统报警不断,方位环节故障将导致终端产品出现蜘蛛网状回波,俯仰环节故障则导致系统无法工作。为了降低轴角箱故障造成对雷达正常运行的影响,通过对广州雷达站前后出现的5次同类故障的综合分析,总结得出问题多出现在轴角箱的激磁电压环节,原因是由于天线罩温度高、湿度大,导致部分元器件出现性能退化。针对薄弱环节,采取相应的改进措施之后,问题得以彻底解决。
