With increasing use of bismuth in industry, a better understanding of its environmental behaviour is required, including an improved knowledge of its background concentration range in (non‐saline) freshwaters. However, the poor analytical sensitivity of previous methods may lead to inaccurate measurement results for Bi3+ in environmental samples. In this work, cobalt ion‐assisted photochemical vapour generation (PVG) was developed for the detection of trace Bi with inductively coupled plasma‐mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS) measurement. The volatile species of Bi was found to be (CH3)3Bi generated under UV irradiation in the presence of formic acid, acetic acid and Co2+. The major parameters potentially influencing the detection of Bi were investigated. Under optimised conditions, the limit of detection (3s, n = 11) of the proposed method was 0.3 ng l?1. The analytical sensitivity was enhanced about 70‐fold for Bi3+ compared with that using classic pneumatic nebulisation of ICP‐MS. Furthermore, the proposed method showed better analytical sensitivity and anti‐interference ability towards co‐existing ions compared with ferric ion‐assisted PVG systems. The accuracy of the proposed method was evaluated by analysis of environmental water samples and certified reference materials with satisfactory results.  相似文献

We examine the equations that are used to describe flows which preserve field lines. We study what happens if we introduce perturbations to the governing equations. The stability of the line preserving flows in the case of the magneto-fluids permeated by magnetic fields is strictly connected to the non-null magnetic reconnection processes. In most of our study we use the Euler potential representation of the external magnetic field. We provide general expressions for the perturbations of the Euler potentials that describe the magnetic field. Similarly, we provide expressions for the case of steady flow as well as we obtain certain conditions required for the stability of the flow. In addition, for steady flows we formulate conditions under which the perturbations of the external field are negligible and the field may be described by its initial unperturbed form. Then we consider the flow equation that transforms quantities from the laboratory coordinate system to the related external field coordinate system. We introduce perturbations to the equation and obtain its simplified versions for the case of a steady flow. For a given system, use of this method allows us to simplify the considerations provided that some part of the system may be described as a perturbation. Next, to study regions favourable for the magnetic reconnection to occur we introduce a deviation vector to the basic line preserving flows condition equation. We provide expressions of the vector for some simplifying cases. This method allows us to examine if given perturbations either stabilise the system or induce magnetic reconnection. To illustrate some of our results we study two examples, namely a simple laboratory plasma flow and a simple planetary magnetosphere model.  相似文献

利用多接收器等离子体质谱建立了快速精确测定铼含量及其同位素丰度的方法。溶液中加入铱元素进行铼同位素的质量分馏校正,在常规的溶液雾化进样条件下,采用同位素稀释法可准确测定纳克级的铼含量。铼标样A的自然同位素丰度的测量结果为185Re(37.437±0.008)%、187Re(62.563±0.008)%(2σ,n=5);铼稀释剂的同位素丰度测量结果为185Re(5.576±0.018)%、187Re(94.424±0.018)%(2σ,n=7);与未进行分馏校正的同位素组成的测量结果相比,精度和准确度均有提高。利用同位素稀释法测得铼标样A的浓度为(516.48±0.35)ng/g(2σ,n=5);测量精度和准确度均优于0.10%;利用反同位素稀释法对铼稀释剂B进行了详细的测量,平均测量结果为(62.74±0.26)ng/g(2σ,n=15),在分析误差范围内与其标定值完全一致;与未进行分馏校正的浓度测量结果相比,铼同位素丰度及铼含量的测量准确度均明显提高。  相似文献

文章报道了用感耦等离子体质谱法测定高纯氧化钪中15个痕量稀土杂质的研究,考察了测定中的各种干扰和影响因素,选择Cs为内标元素补颈体抑制效应和灵敏度漂移。各稀土元素的检出限在0.005-0.027ng/ml范围,标准加入回收率为94.5%-103.7%,精密度为0.85%-1.95%,称取10mg样品,酸溶解后可直接测定高纯氧化钪中总量低于2μg/g的15个稀土杂质。  相似文献

以NIST612玻璃标准为外标校正物质, 采用42Ca为内标校正灵敏度漂移、基体效应、剥蚀效率及进样量的变化.将LSX-2 0 0激光剥蚀进样系统与POEMSIII电感耦合等离子体质谱仪联用, 对国际标准物质BCR-2 (玄武岩) 及国内标准物质GSR-11 (花岗岩) 玻璃熔饼进行了稀土元素的测定, 建立了LA -ICP -MS整体分析岩石样品中稀土元素的方法.结果表明, 绝大多数稀土元素准确度优于15 %, 测定精度(RSD) 小于10 %.稀土元素的检出限(LOD) 在21.4×10-9~23 1.6×10-9之间, 样品分析速度为2 0样品/h.在Excel软件下用VBA语言编制宏, 实现了脱机数据处理的自动化, 极大提高了工作效率.   相似文献

AG MP-1M阴离子分离Cu、Fe、Zn及其在Fe同位素测定上的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用新型阴离子交换树脂AG MP-1M,分别以8.2 mol/L HCl+0.01%HF、4 mol/L HCl、2 mol/L HCI和0.5 mol/L HNO,可以有效分离地质样品中Cu、Co、Fe和Zn,克服了AG MP-1阴离子交换树脂分离Cu时Co随Cu同时淋洗下来,以及在分离Co含量较高的地质样品时Co和Cu需过二次柱分离的弊端.对花岗闪长岩等地质标样的研究结果表明,AG MP-1M阴离子交换树脂能有效分离Cu、Fe和Zn,并且它们的回收率均大于99%.标准样品经过离子交换分离后Fe同位素未发生分馏,可满足多接收器电感耦合等离子体质谱(MC-ICPMS)的同位素测定要求.  相似文献

The chemistry leading to the formation of solid aerosols (tholins) in Titan's atmosphere is simulated by a capacitively coupled plasma in a N2-CH4 gas mixture. The solid grains are produced in volume directly in the gas phase and studied ex-situ by SEM imaging and by light scattering on clouds of particles. The scattered light properties depend on the physical properties of the particles (morphologies, size distribution), as well as on the phase angle and the wavelength of the light. The particles may be aggregated or agglomerated grains. The grains size distribution is studied as a function of plasma parameters such as initial methane concentration introduced into the discharge, gas flow, absorbed RF power and plasma duration. The average grain size increases when the amount of CH4 increases, when the gas flow decreases, and when the plasma duration increases up to a limit for each production condition.For all the samples, the absorption decreases with increasing wavelength in the visible domain. As usually found for irregular particles, the polarization phase curves have a bell-shaped positive branch and a shallow negative branch. The maximum of polarization (Pmax) increases when the average grain size decreases (sub-μm-sized grains). To obtain Pmax values within the range of those measured in Titan's atmosphere; the average grains diameter has to be smaller than 100 nm, in agreement with the space observations results. In the light-scattering experiment, the size of the agglomerates in the clouds is in the 40-80 μm range in equivalent diameter. As a consequence Pmax increases with decreasing wavelength due to the increasing absorption, in agreement with observations of Titan from outside the atmosphere.  相似文献

We consider the processes related to the formation of the so-called foreshock region upstream of the Earth’s bow shock. We suggest a model based on the surfing of pick-up ions in the bow shock front in terms of which the ion acceleration mechanism in the front can be explained. We ascertain the physical conditions under which the accelerated ions lie upstream of the shock front and determine the direction of motion of the energetic ions. We conclude that it is this population of energetic ions (longitudinal beams) that plays a major role in forming the ion foreshock boundary.  相似文献

依据青海地区一次闪电回击过程的光谱,分析了NI 493.5 nm谱线的Stark加宽效应,得到加宽在1.5~2.5 nm左右,通道不同位置的谱线两边显示出稍有一些不对称性;结合NI 493.5 nm线Stark加宽的半经验参数,对通道不同位置的电子密度进行了定量计算,得到平均电子密度是1.657×1017 cm-2,并与各位置处用Hα谱线半宽得到的电子密度进行了比较,证实用NI 493.5 nm和Hα谱线半宽得到的电子密度基本一致,由NI谱线的Stark加宽估算闪电等离子体电子密度是一种实用可信的方法.数据分析表明:随着通道位置的升高,电子密度略呈减小趋势;电子密度与谱线半宽近似呈线性关系.  相似文献
