科学评价海洋经济高质量发展水平是准确把握新时代背景下海洋经济高质量发展的关键环节。基于面板、门槛、贝叶斯等多指标评价模型,考虑指标时效性研究与内在逻辑联系,以海洋经济高质量发展的前提-路径-目的为分析框架,评价2007—2017年中国沿海11省市海洋经济高质量发展水平和区域差异,分析其影响因素及优化路径选择等。结果表明:① 通过指数测算和综合分析,沿海11省市海洋经济高质量发展情况差异较大。从高质量发展前提来看,各省市发展稳定,基础水平呈明显的3个梯队;从高质量发展路径来看,各省市差异较大,上海优势明显,天津与广东有一定的优势,广西、海南需要注重实力与稳定性的共同提升,其他省市发展需要注重稳定性;从高质量发展目的来看,各省市发展较不稳定,实现结果差异小,没有明显的梯队形成,但广东省与浙江省有显著的提升趋势。② 海洋经济创新驱动对实现海洋经济高质量发展目的呈“V”字型影响,目前创新驱动对中国海洋经济高质量发展影响程度最大,潜力较大。③ 海洋经济发展结构优化对实现海洋经济高质量发展目的呈“U”字型影响,目前结构优势红利尚不明显,需推进结构优化向下一个门槛跨越。④ 海洋经济发展效率提升对实现海洋经济高质量发展目的具有正向的显著影响,其发展基础好,潜力最大。⑤ 海洋经济市场环境优化对实现海洋经济高质量发展目的呈现先增加后减少的正向影响趋势,目前红利不明显,需推进市场环境优化向第三门槛跨越。  相似文献

The main objective of this study is to numerically investigate the characteristics of ultimate compressive strength of stiffened panels with opening and also to fit the design-oriented formulae. For this purpose, three series of well executed experimental data on longitudinally stiffened steel plates with and without opening subjected to the uniform axial in-pane load which is carried out to study the buckling and post-buckling up to the final failure are chosen. Also, a nonlinear finite element method capable of efficiently analyzing the large elasto-plastic deflection behavior of stiffened panels is developed and used for simulation. The feasibility of the present simulation process is confirmed by a good agreement with the experimental results. More case studies are developed employing the simulation process to analyze the influence of various design variables on the reduction rate of ultimate strength of stiffened panel induced by opening. Based on the computed results, two design formulae are fitted and the accuracy of design formulae is studied. Furthermore, the viability of the design formulae for practical engineering is proved.  相似文献

The temporal and spatial distribution of solar energy in urban areas is highly variable because of the complex building structures present. Traditional GIS-based solar radiation models rely on two-dimensional (2D) digital elevation models to calculate insolation, without considering building facades and complicated three-dimensional (3D) shading effects. Inspired by the ‘texture baking’ technique used in computer graphics, we propose a full 3D method for computing and visualizing urban solar radiation based on image-space data representation. First, a surface mapping approach is employed to project each 3D triangular mesh onto a 2D raster surface whose cell size determines the calculation accuracy. Second, the positions and surface normal vectors of each 3D triangular mesh are rasterized onto the associated 2D raster using barycentric interpolation techniques. An efficient compute unified device architecture -accelerated shadow-casting algorithm is presented to accurately capture shading effects for large-scale 3D urban models. Solar radiation is calculated for each raster cell based on the input raster layers containing such information as slope, aspect, and shadow masks. Finally, a resulting insolation raster layer is produced for each triangular mesh and is represented as an RGB texture map using a color ramp. Because a virtual city can be composed of tens of thousands of triangular meshes and texture maps, a texture atlas technique is presented to merge thousands of small images into a single large image to batch draw calls and thereby efficiently render a large number of textured meshes on the graphics processing unit.  相似文献

Conventional propellers might undergo severe cavitation at high speeds and this phenomenon not only affects the efficiency of the propeller, but also may result in serious damages in propulsion system. Due to their special geometries, surface piercing propellers (SPPs) overcome this problem and achieve high efficiencies in high speeds. Therefore, SPPs are one of the popular propulsors for high-speed crafts. The present research is aimed to pursue SPP's performance in the off-design conditions. URANS method was used to study the performance of the 841-B SPP (a case with some available experimental results; Olofsson, 1996) in several immersion ratios (I = 33%, 50%, 75% and 100%) and maneuvering conditions (incident angles of 0°, 10° and 20°). The free surface was simulated using VOF method. Off-design conditions might exert extra or less forces and torques on the propeller's blade. In the present research for 841-B SPP, it was found that a maneuver condition would increase the thrust and torque coefficient for some cases. The sliding mesh technique was utilized to simulate the 841-B SPP performance, which unlike the multiple reference frame (MRF) technique, this technique allows to capture the blades hit on the water surface in transient mode simulations.  相似文献

我国铝矿资源丰富,铝土矿占绝对优势.铝土矿集中分布于山西、河南、贵州和广西等19个省(区市).矿床类型以古风化壳沉积型为主,其次为堆积型;成矿时代以晚古生代为主,其次是新生代;成矿大地构造背景以稳定陆块环境最为特色.本文从中国铝土矿资源特点、矿床类型、成矿区带和成矿系列划分等方面深入总结了全国铝土矿成矿规律,划分了15个成铝区带,厘定了7个铝矿成矿系列,圈定了7个重要矿集区,为全国铝土矿资源潜力评价预测工作提供了理论依据.  相似文献

Major features of the Earth's structure and dynamics originate in the contrast between the rigidity of SiO bonds and the softness of SiOSi linkages. Because this contrast results from orbital hybridization, a real understanding of bonding relies on ab initio quantum-mechanical principles. As investigated with first-principles interatomic potentials, the α–β transitions of SiO2 polymorphs illustrate how soft SiOSi linkages give rise to dynamical structures at rather low temperatures and yield the low melting temperatures of SiO2-rich minerals that are at the roots of SiO2 enrichment in magmatic differentiation. The increasing concentration of alkalis throughout this process is another aspect that must also be studied in terms of molecular orbitals in relation with the presence of aluminum in tetrahedral coordination. Finally, calculations of noble gas solubility show that some important features can be treated with “hybrid” calculations when, in addition to quantum-mechanical effects, the energy needed to create a cavity in the silicate melt is dealt with in a classical manner.  相似文献

Impact problems associated with water entry have important applications in various aspects of naval architecture and ocean engineering. Estimation of hydrodynamic impact forces especially during the first instances after the impact is very important and is of interest. Since the estimation of hydrodynamic impact load plays an important role in safe design and also in evaluation of structural weight and costs, it is better to use a reliable and accurate prediction method instead of a simple estimation resulted by analyzing methods. In landing of flying boats, some phenomena such as weather conditions and strong winds can cause asymmetric instead of symmetric descent. In this paper, a numerical simulation of the asymmetric impact of a wedge, as the step of a flying boat, considering dynamic equations in two-phase flow is taken into account. The dynamic motion of the wedge in two-phase flow is solved based on finite volume method with volume of fluid (VOF) scheme considering dynamic equations. Then the effects of different angles of impact and water depth on the velocity change and slamming forces in an asymmetric impact are investigated. The comparison between the simulation results and experimental data verifies the accuracy of the method applied in the present study.  相似文献

长三角地区城市土地与能源消费CO2排放的时空耦合分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
探究城市土地与碳排放的时空耦合关系,是协调城市土地与生态环境亟待解决的重要问题。基于重心模型、总体耦合态势模型和空间耦合协调模型,使用建成区面积、能源消费和DMSP/OLS夜间灯光等数据,分析了1995—2013年长三角地区城市土地与能源消费碳排放的时空耦合特征,并考虑空间因素的影响,构建空间滞后面板Tobit模型分析其驱动因素。结果表明:① 1995—2013年,建成区面积与碳排放量总体上均呈增加趋势。建成区面积由1251 km 2,增加至4394 km 2,碳排放量由30389.49万t,增加至90405.22万t。城市土地与碳排放间呈显著的正相关;② 城市土地与碳排放空间差异明显,上海、南京、杭州、苏州和无锡的城市建成区面积相对较大,碳排放相对较高;③ 长三角地区城市土地与碳排放耦合关系总体上呈减弱-增强-波动的态势。协调关系处于不断演化过程中,低协调阶段的城市数量明显减小,高协调阶段的城市数量明显增加,且呈集聚分布特点。南京、无锡、苏州、杭州和宁波处于高协调阶段;④ 空间滞后面板Tobit模型结果表明:城镇化对城市土地与碳排放耦合协调度具有驱动和制动的双重作用。同时,人口密度、经济水平、产业结构和空间因素对其也具有重要影响。  相似文献
