目的:通过评价羚珠散对C57BL/6幼鼠反复热惊厥的减轻作用,探讨其防治热惊厥的药效和可能作用机制。方法:将7 d龄C57BL/6幼鼠30只分为空白对照组、模型对照组和治疗组,每组各10只。采用热水浴法干预模型对照组与治疗组,生成惊厥模型,每次诱导前30 min治疗组灌胃给药羚珠散(1.5 g/kg),模型对照组灌胃同等体积0.9%氯化钠注射液。观察治疗组与模型对照组幼鼠的惊厥潜伏期和惊厥持续时间的差异,通过HE染色比较各组间幼鼠海马体病理组织学差异,通过Real-time PCR与IHC分析比较空白对照组、模型对照组及治疗组幼鼠海马体中Gabbr1和Kcnt1基因的表达差异。结果:经7次热水浴后,模型对照组幼鼠的惊厥潜伏时间为(32.80±3.27)s,治疗组幼鼠的惊厥潜伏时间为(50.90±6.88)s,治疗组的惊厥潜伏时间长于模型对照组(P<0.05);模型对照组幼鼠的惊厥持续时间为(104.40±14.37)s,治疗组幼鼠的惊厥持续时间为(45.40±7.10)s,治疗组的惊厥持续时间显著短于模型对照组(P<0.01);HE 染色显示热惊厥状态对模型对照组幼鼠海马神经元损伤明显,细胞肿胀、核皱缩,出现空泡现象,治疗组幼鼠海马神经元损伤减轻,细胞水肿及空泡等现象减轻;治疗组幼鼠中Gabbr1和Kcnt1的 mRNA表达水平高于模型对照组幼鼠(P<0.05);免疫组化检测幼鼠海马区中Gabbr1和Kcnt1的阳性细胞比例治疗组高于模型对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:羚珠散具有显著防治幼鼠热惊厥发作的作用,其机制可能与显著提高Gabbr1与Kcnt1表达,增强GABA抑制神经兴奋作用,减轻海马区神经元损伤有关。  相似文献

We present CCD VIC photometry in a field 1.9 − 1.3 square arcmin and positioned about 3 arcmin north-east of the centre of M82. More than 100 stars have been identified and measured above the photometric limits V = 23m.5, I = 22m. Most of the objects fainter than V ≈︁ 20m should be members of M82 as expected from the statistics of foreground stars. Starlike as well as 2–3 somewhat diffuse objects - candidates of globular clusters - preferentially occupy yellow colours in the colour-magnitude diagram; extreme blue and red objects are missing. The colour-magnitude diagram indicates continuing star formation in this part of the disk. The absence of blue stars is caused by reddening; no convincing explanation is found for the missing red supergiants. Young stars are distributed throughout the whole field, the youngest being concentrated in associations at the SW edge of the field. To cope with the very irregular background created by the galaxy' s main body and with the low contrast of many of the stars against this background, a modified photometric method is introduced in which the background is estimated using the intensities in a ring drawn very tightly around the star in the wings of the point spread function.  相似文献

The Toomba flow is the youngest flow of the Nulla volcanic province, located in north Queensland. This 120?km-long flow has yielded a published 40Ar/39Ar age of 21,000?±?3000 years. In contrast, seven published conventional radiocarbon (14C) analyses of carbon-bearing material beneath the flow yielded radiocarbon ages of 16,000 to <2500?BP. These radiocarbon ages are younger than the 40Ar/39Ar age, potentially due to contamination of the charcoal by younger carbon that was not removed by the acid–base pre-treatment. We have re-examined the radiocarbon age of Toomba flow using newly sampled charcoal buried beneath the Toomba flow in combination with hydrogen pyrolysis pre-treatment and accelerated mass spectrometer (AMS) measurements. We determined a calibrated radiocarbon age of 20,815–19,726?cal BP (2σ) for the material beneath the Toomba flow. Our radiocarbon age, therefore: (1) is older than previous radiocarbon ages for the Toomba flow, (2) provides the most precise age yet available for the Toomba flow, (3) is in agreement with the 40Ar/39Ar age, and (4) validates that hydrogen pyrolysis is a robust and effective pre-treatment method, for subtropical conditions where samples are susceptible to contamination by younger carbon. The Toomba flow erupted during the Last Glacial Maximum, but the preserved surface suggests that the rate of weathering and soil formation has been almost negligible in this region, despite being situated in a subtropical climate that experiences highly variable often intense rainfall.  相似文献

分析了花鲈仔、稚、幼鱼的摄食习性与生长.结果表明,在水温为15.5~16.5℃时,花妒仔鱼孵出约140h左右开口摄食,开口饵料为小型臂尾轮虫.全长10mm左右的仔鱼可摄食卤虫幼体,全长11mm左右的个体可摄食枝角类.对431尾仔、稚、幼鱼观察结果,在实验条件下其摄食率高达99.1%,胃饱满系数波动于2.38%~16.48%之间,日摄食指数在45%~60%.其摄食强度具明显的昼夜节律,以16:00~20:00胃饱满度最高.仔、稚鱼夜间基本不摄食,部分幼鱼个体少量摄食.仔、稚、幼鱼个体间生长速度具有一定的差异性.其体重与摄食量的关系符合直线方程y=0.1018+8.3261×10-2x;全长与体重的相关关系可用ω=1.6473×10-3L3.4743表示,全长与日龄的关系式为Lt=5.5242e1.9681×10-2D;体重与日龄的回归方程为ω=0.5836e6.9208×10-2D.  相似文献

印度- 亚洲碰撞后,大陆板块沿着大型的左行走滑断裂挤出。规模最大的哀牢山- 红河剪切带(ASRR)将印支地块(巽他地块)与华南地块分隔开来。长约1000 km的红河活动断裂(RRF)沿哀牢山的北侧延伸,目前呈现出右行走滑兼正断的活动性质。本文在讨论了红河断裂系及其周缘的第三纪和现今变形特征(滑移性质反转、渐新世/第四纪位错、全新世滑动速率、GPS测量、地震机制等)基础之上,重点论述了其在上新世—第四纪从云南东南部到越南西北部、北部湾西部、再到更南的沙巴地区的断裂分布和运动学特征。新的数据证实,跨过三联点和越南西北部的奠边府断层之后,华南地块与巽他地块之间的现今大部分右行走滑主要沿着Da River断裂向Day Nui Con Voi(或称大象山)东南方向延伸。Da River断裂与RRF大致平行,是2020年M w 5. 0莫州地震的发震断层。进一步研究表明,Da River断裂很可能沿着渐新世—中新世莺歌海/宋红盆地西缘和越南东南海岸(归仁剪切带)向南延伸得更远,至少延伸到“Ile des Cendres”火山群,并可能继续延伸到沙巴- 文莱逆冲带的西端,靠近婆罗洲北部的近海活动边缘。最后,我们讨论了在菲律宾群岛、台湾岛和巽他群岛之间南海大部分地区大规模构造反转的运动学效应。  相似文献

The variations of line profiles in the spectrum of FU Ori during several consecutive nights, from January 3 through January 8, 1999, have been traced for the first time in the entire history of studying this star. The variations of the Hα and Na I D line profiles are regular in pattern; at each time, the profiles of these lines were similar to a particular profile observed previously, suggesting that the phenomenon is periodic. We argue that the profile variations result from the axial rotation of the inner accretion-disk and disk-wind regions for which the temperature distribution and the wind-streamline orientation are not axisymmetric. The cause of the asymmetry could be the interaction of circumstellar matter with the stellar magnetic field if the magnetic axis is greatly inclined to the rotation axis. The possible binary nature of FU Ori seems a less likely cause of the asymmetry.  相似文献

The study of Young Stellar Objects (YSOs) is one of the most exciting topics that can be undertaken by long baseline optical interferometry. The magnitudes of these objects are at the edge of capabilities of current optical interferometers, limiting the studies to a few dozen, but are well within the capability of coming large aperture interferometers like the VLT Interferometer, the Keck Interferometer, the Large Binocular Telescope or 'OHANA. The milli-arcsecond spatial resolution reached by interferometry probes the very close environment of young stars, down to a tenth of an astronomical unit. In this paper, I review the different aspects of star formation that can be tackled by interferometry: circumstellar disks, multiplicity, jets. I present recent observations performed with operational infrared interferometers, IOTA, PTI and ISI, and I show why in the next future one will extend these studies with large aperture interferometers.
