两次秸秆焚烧导致辽宁重污染过程的气象条件对比分析

利用环境监测站大气污染物数据、地面自动气象站观测资料、L波段加密探空资料和0.125°×0.125°的EC再分析资料,结合MODIS遥感火点监测和HYSPLIT4后向轨迹模拟结果,对比分析了2015年11月8日和2016年11月5日的两次由于东北地区秸秆焚烧导致辽宁重污染天气过程的大气边界层特征、气象扩散条件和大气污染物输送来源等。结果表明:两次过程地面PM_(2.5)浓度均出现快速上升和下降,其中2015年11月8日重污染过程的污染强度较2016年11月5日强,且持续时间更长。2015年11月8日重污染过程的混合层高度较低,其上层的中性层结转变为逆温层结,抑制混合层高度的发展。同时低层冷平流不断侵入到暖平流下方,使得大气层结稳定性增强,维持时间较2016年11月5日重污染过程更长,低层下沉运动和黑龙江西南部、吉林西部污染物的远距离输送增强使得辽宁地面污染物浓度快速累积。而2016年11月5日重污染天气过程主要受深厚冷空气影响,东北地区西部污染物的区域输送和地面风场辐合是地面污染物浓度快速上升的主要原因。

Energy distributions of the large-scale horizontal currents caused by wind in the baroclinic ocean

Wind is the main energy source for the generation of the internal waves and the ocean mixing. Wunsch[1] estimated that about 1 TW (1 TW = 1012 W) energy was transported into the ocean from the winds by us-ing the altimeter data. Diverging Narratives: Evaluating the Uses of the Ideal-Typical Sequence of Transport Network Development

Abstract

The development of new transport systems has been an important and highly visible component of economic development and spatial reorganization in the past two centuries. The Ideal-Typical Sequence of network development has been a widely used model of transport development. This paper shows that this model has been used in several different ways, with different notions regarding the appropriate use, interpretation, and limitations of the model over time. Students must therefore think critically about ongoing changes to transport and communications systems and their impacts on economic and social conditions, as well as how these impacts are represented in models.     

中国煤炭资源供应格局演变及流动路径分析

利用1949—2008年的相关统计数据,分析中国煤炭资源供应格局和流动路径,结果表明:(1)国家政策变动对中国煤炭资源消费规模影响深刻,每一次政策变化都会造成能源消费规模的波动,近年来强烈的能源需求使得我国煤炭供应不得不面临进口的现实;(2)受能源需求和资源禀赋的双重压力,大规模、跨区域、长距离的煤炭运输成为我国能源运输体系的重要特征;(3)尽管煤炭运输方式在向铁路、水路和公路组合并用的多元化发展,但仍然不能满足旺盛的能源需求,煤炭运输瓶颈始终存在,变输煤为输电是缓解当前煤炭运输困难的一个途径。     

沙尘暴过程中沙尘对流层-平流层输送的数值模拟初步分析

在初步明确东亚沙尘气溶胶对流层-平流层输送监测事实的基础上,利用观测资料、NCEP再分析资料以及基于中尺度天气模式MM5的数值模拟方法,对一次蒙古气旋沙尘暴过程中沙尘对流层-平流层输送问题进行了初步分析.结果表明:斜压不稳定是本次蒙古气旋发展的主要强迫要素,伴随气旋发展成熟,高空切断低涡的形成引导高空急流下落并诱发对流层顶折叠和高空位涡下传.对流层顶折叠区呈漏斗状,底部达500 hPa左右.高空急流产生近似垂直的下落,并在高空切断低涡的南侧和东侧达到最强.在对流层顶折叠区周边的300-500 hPa,上升气流与低涡区偏西、偏南、偏东气流叠加,或水平横穿折叠的对流层顶,或斜升并准垂直地穿过下落的对流层顶到达平流层,且随时间的推移,空气质点能够进一步抵达平流层中部(100 hPa).轨迹分析表明,沙尘天气区对流层低层的空气质点在气旋涡旋上升气流的驱动下呈气旋式盘旋上升,并在对流层高层形成分支,一支穿过对流层顶到达平流层,并在平流层向下游进行反气旋式螺旋运动,另一支则留在对流层高层并向下游进行准水平的气旋式螺旋运动.在高空位涡下传过程中,主要产生平流层到对流层的净输送;高空位涡停止下传之后则出现对流层到平流层的净输送,且强度随时间呈指数型增长.这一特征有利于形成更强的沙尘对流层平流层输送.
