根据船舶气象导航的原理以及影响航线设计的各种因素,通过对北太平洋冬季大气和海洋环境背景的特征分析,指出船舶在设计航线时,应根据气候状况、海洋环境、天气形势分析结合中短期预报充分利用有利的风、浪、流等天气和海洋条件优选航线,不仅可以规避恶劣天气、确保航行安全,而且大大节约海运时间、降低航运成本.  相似文献

This paper attempts to provide a better understanding of the hydrodynamic behavior of a tandem hull form in a floating production platform application where high deck payload capacity and low wave induced motions of this vessel are primary design goals. A simplified hydrodynamic analysis and a more representative radiation and diffraction theory based hydrodynamic analysis are used for wave induced forces and motions. The analysis results are compared with model test results to deduce principal features of these special purpose hull configurations. The motion responses in different wave headings evaluated from the complicated diffraction analysis are compared and discussed in some detail.  相似文献

A framework of risk based inspection and repair planning was presented to optimize for the ship structures subjected to corrosion deterioration. The planning problem was formulated as an optimization problem where the expected lifetime costs were minimized with a eonstraint on the minimum aceeptable rehability index. The safety margins were established for the inspection events, the repair events and the failure events for ship struetures. Moreover, the formulae were derived to calculate failure probabihties and repair probabilities. Based on them, a component subjected to corrosion is investigated for illustration of the process of selecting the optimal inspection and repair strategy. Furthermore, some sensitivity studies were provided. The results show that the optimal inspection instants should take place before the reliability index reaches the minimum acceptable reliability index. The optimal target failure probability is 10^-3. In addition, a balance can be achieved between the risk cost and total expected inspection and repair costs by means of the risk-based optimal inspection and repair method, which is very effective in selecting the optimal inspection and repair strategy.  相似文献

The nonlinear biased ship rolling motion and capsizing in random waves are studied by utilizing a global geometric method.Thompson's α-parameterized family of restoring functions is adopted in the vessel equation of motion for the representation of bias.To take into account the presence of randomness in the excitation and the response,a stochastic Melnikov method is developed and a mean-square criterion is obtained to provide an upper bound on the domain of the potential chaotic rolling motion.This criterion can be used to predict the qualitative nature of the invariant manifolds which represent the boundary between safe and unsafe initial conditions,and how these depend on system parameters of the specific ship model.Phase space transport theory and lobe dynamics are used to demonstrate how motions starting from initial conditions inside the regions bounded by the intersected manifolds will evolve and how unexpected capsizing can occur.  相似文献

A new hybrid method for the time-domain nonlinear simulation of the hydroelastic load effects and the peak over threshold (POT) method for the calculation of the short-term extreme responses are briefly described and applied to a flexible SL-7 class containership and a flexible liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship. Three stiffness levels, three stiffness distributions and three modal damping ratios are used to study the influence of the hull flexibility and structural damping on the short-term prediction of extreme vertical hydroelastic load effects. The results give justification for some simplified treatment of the first vertical flexible mode in early design stage when structural details are not available.  相似文献

首先应用von-Kurman大挠度薄板方程,对有初挠度的船体板进行后屈曲特性分析,以此为基础,导出屈曲后板的减缩有效宽度,进而用减综有效宽度作为双层板架中受压纵杵的带板宽度,将双层板架模型化为四边弹性转角约束的正交异性板,考虑横向剪切变形的影响,提出了一种求解双层板架临界应力的方法。  相似文献
