ABSTRACT

The purpose of the article is to explore the role of participation in organized leisure activities in young teenagers’ emotional place relations. Data from a survey of students in lower secondary schools were analysed using multivariate linear regression models to address the research questions concerning whether participation in organized leisure activities was associated with more positive community assessments in youths in line with early Nordic welfare theory and the role played by socio-economic hardships and gender in the association. The results showed that for boys there were no indications of a general positive association between participation in organized leisure activities and community assessments, while for girls the association was modest. Students who experienced socio-economic hardships had more negative assessments of community compared with well-off students, even when they participated in organized leisure activities. The author discusses the results according to a welfare theory approach to emotional place relations, supplemented by other theoretical perspectives. From a theoretical perspective, the findings point to social exclusion and inclusion dynamics instead of early Nordic welfare theory approaches to leisure participation. The author concludes that gender, class and school relations are strongly associated with young teenagers’ emotional place relations.  相似文献

笔者在西藏南部札达盆地新生代沉积地层中获得了丰富的介形类化石,根据介形类动物群在地层剖面上的分布规律,建立了两个介形类组合带:(1)Ilyocypris bradyi-Cyclocypris orum-Leucocythere dorsotuberosa组合带;(2)Leucocytherella-Candoniella zadaensis-Leucocythere mirabilis组合带。通过对研究区介形类组合带与国内外其他地区相同层位的介形类组合对比研究,将札达盆地托林组的时代厘定为中新世晚期—上新世最晚期。根据介形类动物群在剖面上的分布规律,自下而上建立了7个介形类群落:Candona-Candoniella群落;Ilyocypris-Cyclocypris群落;Leucocythere-Candona群落;Ilyocypris-Leucocythere群落;Leucocythere-Leucocytherella-Candona群落;Leucocythere mirabilis-Candona群落和Ilyocypris-Leucocytherella群落。通过对介形类群落详细...  相似文献

China’s Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau (QTP) is an important area for bird conservation, with many endemic and Threatened species. Colonial burrowing mammals play an important role in structuring bird communities in arid grasslands around the world. On the QTP, the plateau pika Ocho tona curzoniae builds colonies which provide a dense source of resources for many bird species. However, pikas are regarded as a pest by local pastoralists, and they are the target of a population reduction campaign which could have a significant impact on the bird communities. We surveyed bird communities at Gansu Yanchiwan National Nature Reserve to investigate the differences in community structure between sites with pika colonies (on colony) and sites without them (off colony), and between pika colonies which had been poisoned and those which had not. Using non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) combined with permutational multivariate analysis of variance (PERMANOVA) and Wilcoxon rank-sum tests, we found that there was no significant difference in bird community composition or abundance between the poisoned and untreated colonies. However, there was a very large and statistically significant difference in bird community structures between on- and off-colony sites. Only horned lark Eremophila alpestris was consistently observed at sites without pika colonies, while ten bird species were observed on colonies. Six species were significantly more abundant on colony than off. While we could not claim that the poisoning campaign at Yanchiwan is altering bird communities, the presence of pika colonies seems to be an indispensable resource for the resident birds.  相似文献

SD(semantic differential)法是心理学领域运用于空间感知研究的一种方法。以杭州市为案例城市,模拟SD法在城市社区绿色休闲质量评价中的应用。选择杭州市10个样本社区为研究对象,通过调查居民对所居住社区17项有关绿色休闲质量的满意度,运用SD法刻画居民对社区空间休闲感知的基本印象,进而运用SPSS分析评价社区空间绿色休闲质量的5大因子及因子间的关系。居民在评价其居住社区的绿色休闲质量状况时,感知因子贡献率最大,即提高社区绿色休闲质量的关键是增强社区休闲活动与空间所提供的放松与美感层面的功能。  相似文献

The 454 sequencing method was used to detect bacterial diversity and community structure in the East China Sea. Overall, 149 067 optimized reads with an average length of 454 nucleotides were obtained from 17 seawater samples and five sediment samples sourced in May 2011. A total of 22 phyla, 34 classes, 74 orders, 146 families, and 333 genera were identified in this study. Some of them were detected for the first time from the East China Sea. The estimated richness and diversity indices were both higher in the sediment samples compared with in the seawater samples. All the samples were divided by their diversity indices into four regions. Similarity analysis showed that the seawater samples could be classified into six groups. The groups differed from each other and had unique community structure characteristics. It was found that different water masses in the sampling areas may have had some influence on the bacterial community structure. A canonical correspondence analysis revealed that seawater samples in different areas and at different depths were affected by different environmental parameters. This study will lay the foundation for future research on microbiology in the East China Sea.  相似文献

The seasonal dynamics of a crustacean zooplankton community in Erhai Lake was investigated from May 2010 to April 2011. In total, 11 species were recorded, including six (6 genera) cladoceran and five (5 genera) copepod species. The crustacean zooplankton densities ranged from 24.3 to 155.4 ind./L. In winter and spring, the large-bodied cladoceran Daphnia galeata dominated the crustacean plankton community. In summer and autumn, when the colonial or filamentous algae dominated the phytoplankton communities, the small-bodied species (e.g. Bosminafatalis, Ceriodaphnia quadrangular, and Mesocyclops leuckarti) replaced the large-bodied ones. One-way ANOVA and redundancy analysis revealed that community structure was dependent upon total nitrogen, total phosphorus, water temperature, transparency, and the biomass of small algae. The variation in both phytoplankton structure and environmental variables were important factors in the seasonal succession of crustacean zooplankton structure in Erhai Lake.  相似文献

以提取自东海海域两种鲨鱼(尖吻鲭鲨和噬人鲨)鳃耙组织的总DNA为模板,对其真菌菌群rDNA的基因内转录间隔区ITS1序列进行了PCR扩增,扩增产物经变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分离,电泳图谱中的7条主要条带经过二次PCR扩增后进行了克隆测序。NCBI-BLAST比对及分子系统发育分析结果表明,尖吻鲭鲨鳃部真菌菌群的优势种来自四个分类单元,其中一个来自青霉属,三个来自曲霉属;噬人鲨鳃部真菌的优势种来自四个分类单元,其中一种来自青霉属、两个来自梗孢酵母属、一个来自枝顶孢属;青霉属为两种鲨鱼鳃部共同的优势菌;另外DGGE指纹图谱显示还有种类较丰富的劣势菌存在。数据库检索显示多数真菌分类单元具有较好的产生生物活性天然产物的潜力。该PCR-DGGE分析揭示鲨鱼鳃部栖生有较丰富的真菌类群,它们的代谢产物及其与宿主之间的相互作用还有待深入研究。  相似文献

在海南岛形成春旱时,老爷海潟湖内常常发生网箱养殖鱼类因缺氧(DO2mg/L或者30%)而迅速(1—2天内)大规模死亡的事件;然而,其中的缺氧成因至今仍未见相关研究报道。本文在2008—2011年对老爷海执行了7个航次的生物地球化学调查。在形成充沛春雨的2009年春季季风转换期所执行航次(气象条件表现为风速高和多雨)中,很难观察到底层缺氧现象;与此相对应,潟湖水体的垂直稳定度差,浮游植物群落以微微型(2μm)和微型(2—10μm)藻类占优势。在形成显著春旱的2010年春季季风转换期所执行航次(气象条件表现为微风和少雨)中有大规模底层缺氧形成,缺氧水体从内湾深坑水柱(水深约6m)底层一直蔓延到外湾浅水养殖区;与此相对应,内湾深坑水柱明显层化并形成高盐度生境,浮游植物群落以海洋角管藻(硅藻)占优势,而病毒丰度则达到所有7个航次调查中的最高值。在2008、2009和2011年西南季风盛行期所执行航次(气象条件表现为高温、微风和多雨)中都有小规模底层缺氧形成,且仅局限在内湾深坑底层水中;与此相对应,深坑水柱强烈层化并形成低盐度生境,浮游植物群落以微微型和微型藻类占优势。以上调查结果说明,老爷海潟湖内的底层缺氧规模对上界面的南海季风气候节律有着明显响应;其中,春旱气象条件在潟湖内湾所营造的水柱层化(阻碍复氧)和高盐度生境(有利于硅藻成为浮游植物群落优势种)相耦合,则可促成从潟湖内湾深坑底层一直蔓延到外湾网箱养殖区的大规模底层缺氧现象。  相似文献
