中国对虾支原体的电镜研究

1990年7～8月,舟山地区的对虾养殖场暴发了流行性对虾黑鳃褐斑综合症,造成对虾大量死亡。作者根据这一病情,对病虾的主要器官组织进行了电镜观察。结果发现,病虾鳃丝细胞中有支原体感染。寄生部位为鳃呼吸上皮细胞的细胞质和核周腔。支原体多形态,呈近圆形、细长条形不等,无细胞壁,仅有单一膜包围,中心为一电子密度较低的区域。     

深海观测平台技术

介绍了深海观测平台的重要性,以及国内外在此项技术上的发展现状,并提出了一套深海观测平台技术的设计构想以及对于未来发展方向的建议和展望。     

天然感潮河道水流紊动特性分析

采用多谱勒三相流速仪，在长江口徐六泾水文观测断面分别进行了涨潮、落潮时中泓与近岸垂线的流速观测，根据这些观测资料，对天然感潮河段潮流紊动的周期、频率、概率密度函数等进行了定量的数学描述，并对时均流速、紊动强度、雷诺应力等沿垂线分布进行了分析计算。     

Observations and Estimations of Directional Spectrum of Sea Waves

The directional spectrum is one of the basic characteristics of sea waves. The observations of directional spectrum of sea waves were successfully conducted at platform Bohai 8 during 1991 and 1992 using a wave gage array for the first time in China. Based on the field data, the directional spectrum which depends on the wave growth is given in this paper. Before observations, the effects of the type of gage array, the distance between the gages and the platform itself on the measured results and the precision of some methods for estimating the directional spectrum were investigated and compared with the methods of numerical simulations and model tests of multi-direcitonal irregular waves. This ensures the quality of the observations and estimations of the directional spectrum.     

GPS测高技术在无验潮水深测量中的应用

应用双频GPS动态后处理高精度定位技术，建立了一套完整的GPS无验潮海洋深度测量作业模式，通过海上试验与传统作业模式作了数值分析比较，结果表明，该作业模式不仅无需验潮，而且能够有效消除传统作业模式中船只动态吃水和涌浪等因素对测量成果的影响，显著提高水深测量成果的精度。     

SAS测量水体表观光学参数的方法

SeaWiFS航空模拟器（SAS）是专门为在水面之上测量水体表观光学参数的现场设备。文章在介绍SAS现场测量以及数据处理基本方法的基础上，分析了2002年黄海试验SAS的应用效果，并与剖面法测量数据进行了比对。     

SSA1—1型声学水位在长江口潮位站的应用

本文介绍了长江口区水文泥沙概况，举例说明了ＳＳＡ１－１型声水位计在崇头潮位站比测试验和投产应用情况，结果表明该水位计是收集长江口区潮位资料较理想的仪器。     

Use of an optical oxygen sensor to measure dissolved oxygen in seawater

The use of an optical oxygen sensor to measure dissolved oxygen in seawater was investigated. The sensor is based on the dynamic quenching of an oxygen-sensitive fluorochrome embedded in the tip. Dissolved oxygen in seawater samples collected from eight stations at depths ranging from 3000 to 6000 m was analyzed both with the optical sensor and by the Winkler titration method. The two sets of data did not differ significantly. The stability and simplicity of the method and the good agreement of the results with those of the titration method indicate that the sensor would be useful for fieldwork.     

弯睾鲫吸虫[Carassotrema flecterotestis(Zhukov,1971)comb.nov.]及其毛蚴发育观察

本文对取自台湾海峡棱鮻 (Lizacarinatus)消化道的弯睾软穴吸虫 (HapalotremaflecterotestisZhukov, 1971)进行重新描述,并对其毛蚴的体外发育进行观察.根据Yamaguti(1971)区分单孔科 (Haploporidae)和叉盘科 (Waretrematidae)的标准,同意李敏敏(1984)将其从单孔科移出并入叉盘科.在与叉盘科已知属比较后,我们发现该吸虫除睾丸形状外,其他主要特征与鲫吸虫属 (CarassotremaPark, 1938)的相似.因此,我们拟将其作为后者的同物异名,并将该吸虫重新命名为弯睾鲫吸虫 [Caras sotremaflecterotestis(Zhukov, 1971)comb. nov. ].实验结果表明:在室温 7~24℃(均值为 15. 3℃)条件下,其虫卵从单个卵细胞到毛蚴孵出共需 12d.     

对虾封闭式工厂化养殖水环境要素的变化特征及其相互关系

根据2002年8月7～8日对虾工厂化养成中后期A、B代表池的实测数据，分析讨论了该时期养殖水体中环境要素的变化特征及其相互关系．结果表明：研究水体水温、盐度和溶解氧含量适宜．日变化幅度不大．但pH值略为偏低，而COD值明显偏高．与该时期投饵量大，残饵及排泄物明显增加有关．但对A池来说，生物作用的影响占主导地位，而对B池而言．则以化学过程影响为主．
