合肥市耕地和粮食可持续发展研究

收集1980～1999年合肥市耕地、人口、粮食等资料，定量分析在城市化快速发展下耕地的数量、质量变化和耕地减少的形式以及人口、粮食的变化，并用回归法分析它们的变化趋势。研究认为，在2005，2010年合肥市食物保障能力分别为97％和95％，对粮食生产与其影响因素进行了灰色关联分析，提出提高粮食产量的对策和实现途径。     

人类世可持续发展背景下的远程耦合框架及其应用

在全球一体化进程不断加深的背景下,国家与地区之间的联系日益紧密,产生了一系列跨国家、跨地区、多尺度的社会—经济—环境影响,远程耦合（Telecoupling,社会、经济、环境的远距离相互作用）科学概念和综合框架的提出为解决上述问题提供了新方法和新途径。为更好促进远程耦合综合框架的正确使用和规范推广,本文系统解析了远程耦合综合框架,厘清各组成部分的定义和功能,梳理了框架的应用现状;通过对3个中国典型案例的阐释,展示了远程耦合综合框架的使用方法、结果分析及由此得出的科学意义和政策价值;最后描述了远程耦合综合框架使用中需要重点关注的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。远程耦合综合框架的推广应用有助于以跨国家、跨地区、多尺度的视角,重新审视多个人类与自然耦合系统的相互作用,揭示隐藏的远距离地理空间作用的科学价值,服务于有关政策的制定和实施,促进全球社会、经济、环境的可持续发展。     

基于Faster R-CNN的食品图像检索和分类

面向食品领域的图像检索和分类等方面的研究成为多媒体分析和应用领域越来越受关注的研究课题之一.当前的主要研究方法基于全图提取视觉特征,但由于食品图像背景噪音的存在使得提取的视觉特征不够鲁棒,进而影响食品图像检索和分类的性能.为此,本文提出了一种基于Faster R-CNN网络的食品图像检索和分类方法.首先通过Faster R-CNN检测图像中的候选食品区域,然后通过卷积神经网络（CNN）方法提取候选区域的视觉特征,避免了噪音的干扰使得提取的视觉特征更具有判别力.此外,选取来自视觉基因库中标注好的食品图像集微调Faster R-CNN网络,以保证Faster R-CNN食品区域检测的准确度.在包括233类菜品和49 168张食品图像的Dish-233数据集上进行实验.全面的实验评估表明：基于Faster R-CNN食品区域检测的视觉特征提取方法可以有效地提高食品图像检索和分类的性能.     

我国硫资源供需状况及需求预测

全球硫资源特征及国内硫资源供需现状表明,国内硫资源贫乏,硫资源生产与消费逐年增加,尤其磷肥生产对硫资源的需求越来越迫切,预计到2020~2025年磷肥用硫量将达到峰值1620万t左右,不包括出口磷肥耗硫量。因此,加强硫资源的综合利用、加大硫铁矿找矿及矿山设计是非常有必要的。

Distribution of quinnat salmon,Oncorhynchus tshawytscha,off the east coast of the South Island, 1925–78

The distribution of 376 salmon caught at sea between 41 °S and 46 °S up to 48 km off the east coast of the South Island between 1925 and 1978 is discussed. The distribution appears to be related to strong currents in Cook and Foveaux Straits, and to the Southland Current off the east coast of the South Island. Samples from the sea at Moeraki Peninsula had a higher incidence of stream‐reared fish and a lower mean fork length than samples from the Waitaki or Rakaia Rivers at spawning.     

Putting the seafood in sustainable food systems

Increasing attention by consumers to the social and environmental dimensions of the food they eat has generated many different responses, including certification programs, watch lists and local/slow food movements. This article examines the more recent entry of seafood into these consumer social movements. Although a concern with the family farm—as well as tendency to equate national security with food security—has long connected terrestrial food production with other cultural concerns, fisheries have tended to be regarded more as natural resources. Considering seafood as part of the “food system” would enhance the management of fisheries, while the long engagement in fisheries with co- and adaptive management and the politics of knowledge would enrich the debate in the agri-foods literature. The article also offers suggestions on how fisheries management could better govern for sustainable food systems, and provides further ideas about food, sustainability and governance.     

Big Data Resource Planning for Food Safety: a Preliminary Exploration of the “Environment,Food and Health” Information Chain

Environmental pollution, food safety and health are closely linked. A key challenge in addressing the problem of food safety and protecting public health is building an integrated knowledge base to inform policy and strengthen governance. This requires breaking down the trans-departmental information barrier across the environment, food and health domains to ensure the effective flow of data and the efficient utilization of resources, and facilitate the collaborative governance of food safety. Achieving this will be crucial for the development of health and medical care in China in the era of big data. Currently, the information resources commanded by various departments are incomplete and fragmented. Data resources are also organized in vertical silos and there is a lack of data sharing within and across policy streams. To provide the basis for more effective integrated collection and analysis of data in future, this study summarizes the information resources of various departments whose work relates to interactions between environment, food and health, and presents measures to strengthen top-down design, and establish unified data standards and a big data sharing platform. It also points to the need for increased training of data analysts with interdisciplinary expertise.
