海上实习综合信息管理系统的设计与实现

基于院校实习图库的特点,探讨了海上实习综合信息管理系统的设计与实现方法。该系统通过资源共享,提高航海图书资料的利用率;建立快速高效的航海图书资料的查询、检索和借阅,并且实现航海图书资料的增减、及时更新和日常维护,保证了航海图书资料的现势性和准确性,对于实现航海保障模式的信息化、现代化有着重要指导意义。     

A graph edit dictionary for correcting errors in roof topology graphs reconstructed from point clouds

In the task of 3D building model reconstruction from point clouds we face the problem of recovering a roof topology graph in the presence of noise, small roof faces and low point densities. Errors in roof topology graphs will seriously affect the final modelling results. The aim of this research is to automatically correct these errors. We define the graph correction as a graph-to-graph problem, similar to the spelling correction problem (also called the string-to-string problem). The graph correction is more complex than string correction, as the graphs are 2D while strings are only 1D. We design a strategy based on a dictionary of graph edit operations to automatically identify and correct the errors in the input graph. For each type of error the graph edit dictionary stores a representative erroneous subgraph as well as the corrected version. As an erroneous roof topology graph may contain several errors, a heuristic search is applied to find the optimum sequence of graph edits to correct the errors one by one. The graph edit dictionary can be expanded to include entries needed to cope with errors that were previously not encountered. Experiments show that the dictionary with only fifteen entries already properly corrects one quarter of erroneous graphs in about 4500 buildings, and even half of the erroneous graphs in one test area, achieving as high as a 95% acceptance rate of the reconstructed models.

GIS 在县级土地整治规划符号库设计中的实践

在县级土地整治规划中,ArcGIS自带符号库不能很好地表达规划信息,需建立规划专题符号库。本文介绍了基于Font Creator5．6字体编辑器和ArcGIS符号管理器制作点、线、面符号的步骤和方法。在此基础上依据TD／T 1021-2009《县级土地利用总体规划制图规范》建立专题符号库。该符号库的设计方法简单、快捷,具有实用价值。     

基于ArcGIS的矿山资源遥感监测符号库的建立

在矿产资源开发多目标遥感调查与监测项目中,ArcGIS自带的符号库已远不能满足专业需求,须建立新的专业符号库。本文研究ArcGIS符号管理器(Style Manager)及Font Creator 5.0字体编辑器制作符号的方法。针对某矿山区域,建立了矿产资源开发多目标遥感调查与监测专题符号库,并基于ArcGIS Engine和VB.net编程方法,实现地图点、线、面要素的自动符号化显示与管理功能。     

专题数据空间可视化方法在地图服务中的应用

随着地理信息技术的不断发展,传统的服务方式和服务对象也发生着深刻的变化。空间数据成果不再仅仅满足专业测绘部门（人员）的分析需要,面向公共的地理信息服务正在成为目前技术发展的主导方向。因此,如何有效地将复杂的测绘转换成普通民众容易接受和理解的表达形式,就成为目前信息可视化研究中一个重要的问题。本文从统计数据空间可视化的基础原理出发,分析数据关系、图型构成及实现流程,提出相应的设计原则和方法,以对实际应用提供相应参考。
