筼筜湖--钟宅湾运河开通的环境地质影响

论述了筼筜港形成的地质构造成因、演化简史和筼筜港-钟宅断裂带的活动性。指出筼筜湖-钟宅湾运河开通可能存在相关的不良环境地质影响及区内普遍存在的对抗震不利的软土地基等问题。认为筼筜湖-钟宅湾运河的开通不能急于求成，要等有了解决可能产生的影响环境地质问题的办法和防范措施后，才可实施。     

三维港口GIS的场景组织与建设过程模拟

针对港口建设研究了三维场景数据组织和建设过程的动态模拟。首先,介绍了复杂三维场景数据分类分区标准和数据建模流程;然后,详细阐述了基于场景分块、多级模型动态调度和"实体-类"模式的复杂三维场景组织和集成方法;最后,提出要素生存周期的概念,将模型与建设时间进度匹配。在此基础上,设计并开发了天津中心渔港三维动态演示系统,实现港口建设过程的三维动态模拟。     

Marine Stone Columns to Prevent Earthquake Induced Soil Liquefaction

With ports and other near shore structures expanding, and regions previously not considered prone to earthquakes being re-classified after recent earthquake events, ground improvement by stone columns is increasingly considered to improve loose or soft in situ soils. The Dry Bottom Feed Stone Column construction technique can be used under water if a double-lock stone delivery system is attached to the vibroprobe. The use of pneumatic stone transport from the barge into the vibroprobe receiver tank makes it possible to reach large water and treatment depths. Digital recording of all relevant operation parameters provides a very high level of quality assurance, including a diameter-over-depth profile for each stone column. An introduction to earthquake-resistant design of stone columns and guidelines for specifying Marine Stone Columns are given.     

黄骅港一期工程疏浚物倾倒区及邻近海域的底栖动物

本文分析了1995年10月黄骅港一期工程疏浚物倾倒区及邻近海域底栖动物的调查资料,结果表明该海域底栖动物种类和数量均较丰富,底栖动物群落多样性指数为3.52,群落结构处于正常状态.在本文中还捉出了减小疏浚物倾倒对生态资源影响的几点措施.     

粤西沿海渔港物流阻力面模型研究

利用最小累积阻力面模型,计算和绘制了粤西沿海地区渔港公路物流阻力面形态图和最小累积阻力面图。结果表明粤西沿海地区在广湛高速、渝湛高速公路和325国道、207国道附近,形成了两条物流快速通道,一条以阳江、阳西、电白、茂名、湛江、雷州、徐闻等地为基点的沿海快速通道;另一条以遂溪、高桥、博白为基点的西南大通道。物流过程阻力从沿海向内陆方向迅速增强。水产品物流方向在湛江市以霞山为区域核心,指向西南和粤东;茂名市的博贺和阳江市的沙扒、闸坡、东平则直接指向粤东。在粤桂交界的廉江和阳春形成两个水产品物流战略点。     

日照港深水航道泥沙运移及航道选址研究

使用SP2100波潮仪和ADCP海流计等多种先进仪器在台风季节进行了波浪、海流和潮汐观测,在取得大量现场观测子料基础上,结合长期的岸站资料对该海域的水文特征及水动力特征进行了系统综合分析。通过2002年对日照港深水航道海域含沙量和水深测量等成果,进行断面输沙、航道冲淤量及航道海域泥沙数值模拟等方面的计算,并采用POM模式。选择了几种有代表性的风浪情况,分别对港口附近海域进行了“波浪掀沙、潮流输沙和海底演变”的数值模拟。通过上述方法,对1998年12月竣工的-11m水深的航道的淤积状况进行了探讨,并推荐方案1为深水航道的首选方案,方案5居次。     

Computation of Long-Term Statistical Properties of Wave Agitation in Harbors

In this paper,the long-term statistical properties of wave height in an idealized square harborwith a partial opening are studied.The incident waves are propagated into the harbor numerically by the fi-nite/infinite element method using three different wave models:(1)monochromatic wave train,(2)long-crested random wave train,and(3)short-crested random wave train.This study shows that for a giv-en incident wave,the wave height in the harbor is affected by the wave model used.For long-term estima-tion of wave height exceedance probability,it is recommended that the waves be propagated into the har-bor using the random wave model,and that wave heights be computed by use of the Rayleigh probabilitydistribution.     

板桩码头在黄河油港的实践

介绍了建筑黄河油港,采用板桩结构码头设计工艺和施工技术,码头建成投产至今,经历了百扯遇强台风考验,为在淤泥质开敞海底建设板桩码头取得了成功经验。     

A method to determine the incident wave boundary conditions and its application

When studying the harbor water tranquility, cases are often confronted as that the verification point is not located on the generation line or that the angle between the generation line and the isobath is so large that the differences of the wave climates along the generation line can not be ignored. For these cases, the incident boundary conditions are difficult to evaluate. In order to solve this problem, a combined wave model is developed in the present paper based on the Boussinesq equation and the wave action balance equation. Instead of the one-line wave generation method, a multi-line generation method is proposed for the combined model. Application of this method is given to a case that the harbor is designed with two entrances and the angle between the generation line and the isobath is large and the results are shown reasonable. We suggest that the wave generation method on multi-lines might also be introduced to the wave physical model as the replacement for the one-line generation method.     

曹妃甸深水大港与临港工业对环渤海经济圈崛起影响研究

曹妃甸建港条件优越,曹妃甸工业区已列入国家“十一五”规划,天津滨海新区和唐山曹妃甸工业区的开发建设,势必带来京津冀乃至整个环渤海区域发展格局的重大变化。“面向大海有深槽,背靠大陆有浅滩”,曹妃甸的开发对环渤海经济圈的经济发展、产业调整和工业布局、航运中心的确立都具有重要的作用。可以说,曹妃甸是环渤海经济圈起飞的新引擎。
