2014年云南鲁甸M_S6.5地震人员死亡年龄分布特征

通过收集到鲁甸地震分县(区)地震人员死亡统计表,对死亡人员的年龄、性别、死亡原因、死亡地点等情况进行分类分析,得到鲁甸地震人员死亡类型和死亡人员年龄总体分布特征。并分别对因房屋倒塌、因崩塌滑坡、因抢救无效致死人员年龄分布特征,性别—年龄分布特征等地震人员死亡年龄分布特征进行总结分析。同时与国内同类研究相比,鲁甸地震造成的人员死亡具备地震人员死亡的普遍特征,同时具有山区、经济欠发达地区地震人员死亡的特性。     

Salt stress induced apoptotic-like changes in Thellungiella halophila

With a view of studying programmed cell death （PCD） in a halophytic plant at the molecular level, we report here that apop-totic-like changes are induced by NaCl stress in Thellungiella halophila. The dose of 300 mM NaCl induced some apoptotic-like features in Thellungiella halophila cells, including the retraction of the plasma membrane from the cell wall, nuclear condensation, DNA laddering and the release of cytochrome c accompanying the increase of caspase 3-like protease activity. This process re-sulted in ultrastructural changes of mitochondria and Golgi bodies, and the appearance of autophagic vacuoles. This suggests that T. halophila suspension cell culture is an ideal system for studying severe salt stress-induced plant PCD. The results indicate that 300 mM NaCl stress-induced programmed cell death in T. halophila cells is similar to apoptosis and mitochondria play an impor-tant role in the early stage of plant PCD.     

集集地震人员死亡率研究

发生在台湾省车笼埔断层上的集集地震造成了大量人员伤亡。本文搜集了该地震高烈度区的村里级行政单元的死亡率数据,并分析了城市型、乡镇型和农村型居民地的死亡率与地震烈度的关系。表明城市型和乡镇型平均死亡率差别不大,农村型则明显较高。对死亡率与地表破裂带、高烈度分布区和局部场地条件的关系等进行了分析,在此基础上,显示了死亡率随距离分布在断层两侧的不对称性。上述结果加深了对集集地震死亡率分布及其成因的认识,对评估未来地震人员死亡有重要意义。     

云南M≥7．6级地震伤亡因素的探讨

通过云南M≥7．6级地震震亡分布的统计,研究大地震的伤亡分布规律,寻找影响伤亡的主要原因。结果表明,震亡人数主要分布在Ⅷ度以上烈度区,这一区域的震亡人数占震亡总数的94％以上,其中极震区占到70％以上。调查分析认为：在震级相近的情况下,震区地质构造、地形地貌是影响地震烈度的因素;房屋、人口密度、发震时间是震亡人数的重要影响因素;在未来的大地震中,人口密度大的断裂带及其附近是应急救援和医疗救护的重点区域,在断裂带及其附近盆地内的震亡人数比非盆地震亡人数多,要投入更多的救援和医疗救护力量。     

Potential Atmospheric Transport Pathways for Mercury Measured in the Canadian High Arctic

Large-scale transport pathways for atmospheric gaseous mercury emitted from surrounding source regions to reach the Alert sampling site located at the Northwest Territories of Canada between August 1992 and August 1993 were investigated. The 12-month atmospheric mercury data set comprises blank-corrected total gaseous mercury (TGM) concentrations collected on gold-coated sand traps during one-week long sampling intervals. For TGM concentrations above the 12-month mean TGM level, the analysis reveals regions in Eastern Europe (close to East Germany and Poland), areas on Northeastern America in Canada (Northwest Territories), and central Siberia of the former U.S.S.R. Identification of the physical locations of the emission sources was limited by the temporal resolution of weekly averaged data; however, major atmospheric pathways of mercury transport to the Arctic were successfully resolved. The objective of this note is to demonstrate that the potential source contribution function could be applied to resolve the sources and recover transport pathways of atmospheric mercury over a large scale.

辽西中生代燕鸟化石新材料的补充研究

本文记述了一件产自辽宁锦州义县早白垩世九佛堂组燕鸟 (Yanornis)化石的新标本。研究标本不但自身保存非常精美 ,而且其嘴里还完整地保存了它捕获的最后一件猎物——吉南鱼 (Jinanichthys longi-cephalus)。该标本的研究 ,不仅对燕鸟的生存环境、生活习性、捕食类型等研究提供了直接的证据 ,而且对于探讨辽西热河生物群中脊椎动物的“集群死亡”的原因也具有重要的意义     

Analysis of IL-2-1ike factor in lymphocyte culture supernatant of olive flounder, Paralichthys oliveaceus

To study immune mechanism of fish lymphocyte we performed a proliferation assay and ELISA using monoclonal antibody against human IL-2. The result showed that an interleukin-2 (IL-2)-like factor was detected in the supernatant of plant haemoglutinin (PHA)-stimulated lymphocyte culture from peripheral blood, spleen and head kidney of olive flounder,Paralichthys olivaceus. The quantities of IL-2-like factor in the supernatant from different lymphoid tissues were quite different. The IL-2 like factor in the supernatant from cultured head kidney lymphocytes was much higher than those of peripheral blood lymphocytes and spleen lymphocytes (P<0.01). The IL-2 activity was found in either mouse thymocyte proliferation assay or flounder head kidney lymphocyte proliferation assay and shown to have obvious enhancing effect on proliferation of the above two types of cell. The recombinant human IL-2, (rhIL-2) was able to stimulate flounder thymocyte proliferation and used to detect the IL-2 receptor (IL-2R) on the surface of flounder lymphocyte. The cross-reaction between the lymphocytes of flounder peripheral blood and CD25(IL-2R) was detected with flow cytometry and shown that the percentage of CD25-positive cell in peripheral blood was 7.74±0.67%. 以减少地震死亡人数为目标的地震统计决策

在地震统计预测研究的基础上,本文提出一种以减少地震死亡人数为目标的统计决策方法,力图把经验性的地震决策引向定量化的地震决策,减少在实际工作中的决策失误。文中用已发生过的地震的资料进行检验,说明该方法的可用性。
