杨氏模量和泊松比反射系数近似方程及叠前地震反演 总被引:1,自引:9,他引:1
杨氏模量和泊松比等岩石弹性参数是表征页岩气储集体岩石脆性、评价储层含气特征的重要特征参数,而叠前地震反演是从地震资料中获取此类参数的有效途径.地震波反射系数方程是叠前反演的基础.首先,在平面波入射等假设条件下推导了基于杨氏模量(Y)、泊松比(σ)和密度(D)的纵波反射系数线性近似方程(YPD反射系数近似方程),该方程建立了地震纵波反射系数与杨氏模量反射系数、泊松比反射系数和密度反射系数的线性关系;其次,对该方程的精度和适用条件进行了分析,模型分析表明,在入射角为40°时,该方程具有较高的计算精度;最后,建立了一种稳定获取杨氏模量和泊松比的叠前地震直接反演方法.模型试算和实际资料试处理表明,基于新方程的反演方法能够稳定合理的直接从叠前地震资料中获取杨氏模量和泊松比参数,提供了一种高可靠性的页岩气"甜点"地震识别方法. 相似文献

探讨多倍体牡蛎的遗传基础,通过染色体计数法对2龄杂交三倍体太平洋牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)群体的染色体数目组成进行了分析,发现在80个具良好中期分裂相的牡蛎中,有56个三倍体(70.0%);12个非整倍体(15.0%),4个2n/3n嵌合体(5.0%);8个二倍体(10.0%)。12个非整倍体中包括9个29条染色体的亚三倍体(3n-1)和3个31条染色体的超三倍体(3n 1)。非整倍体与三倍体的生长差异不明显(P>0.05)。可能由于数量较少的原因,嵌合体和二倍体的生长没有表现明显生长滞后(P>0.05)。 相似文献

根据1984-1985年地震测深资料,论述了攀西地区的深部地质特征。该区地壳厚50-60km;具高、低速相间的多层结构及断块构造;五个主要速度界面中,界面R4稳定且清晰,为上、下地壳的分界面,R6稳定并有较强的能量反射,为壳、幔之间的界面(莫霍面),莫霍面沿构造带北深南浅(56-50km),横穿构造带西深东浅(60-48km)。构造带内的上地壳较薄,纵横速度变化均较大,而下地壳较厚,速度较均匀,上地壳底部的低速层,在构造带内较带外薄而浅,Pn速度较低,为7.54-7.80km/s,属壳-幔过渡带,厚13-22km。小江、四开、安宁河及金河等断裂为超壳型或壳内断裂,多为逆冲断层。该构造带的各种深部特征表明它为大陆高原型年轻构造带。 相似文献

初步探讨了利用高盐抑制受精卵第2极体(PB2)的释放的方法诱导太平洋牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)三倍体。水温25℃条件下,分别进行不同高盐处理(盐度梯度为40、45、50、55、60、65、70、75、80)、不同处理时机(受精卵出现第一个PB1,30%和50%PB1,出现第一个PB2,50%PB2)和不同持续处理时间(10~25min)的实验,通过胚胎孵化率、三倍体诱导率及综合评价指数的分析表明,高盐诱导太平洋牡蛎三倍体的最适方案为:当50%受精卵出第一极体时,以盐度为65的高盐海水处理受精卵20min,三倍体诱导率最高达65.53%。 相似文献

Young stakeholders are key actors in social-ecological systems, who have the capacity to be agents of sustainability transformation but are also at high risk of exclusion in the unfolding of global change challenges. Despite the focus of sustainability on future generations, there has been little research effort aimed at understanding young actors’ roles as biosphere stewards. In this work we investigate how young stakeholders perceive and participate in the implementation of sustainability objectives in 74 Biosphere Reserves of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization’s (UNESCO) the Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Programme across 83 countries, through participatory group workshops, individual surveys and grey literature review. We explore to what extent youth perceptions are aligned or not with current understandings of Biosphere Reserves and how young stakeholders are acting in pursuit of Biosphere Reserve objectives. We find that young stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by environmental governance, such as resilience and adaptation to global change and the governance challenges of implementing adaptive co-management and increasing stakeholder participation. We also show that young stakeholders can be active participants in a wide range of activities that contribute to achieving conservation and development goals in their territories. They are particularly concerned with youth participation within all levels of Biosphere Reserve functioning and with the creation of sustainable livelihood opportunities that will allow future generations to remain in their native territories. Our study provides evidence of the importance of young stakeholder knowledge and perspectives as central actors in conservation and development initiatives, like Biosphere Reserves, and of the need to increase young stakeholder integration and participation within environmental governance. 相似文献

将中华绒螯蟹三倍体大眼幼体群体 (三倍体率 64.38% )在池塘中养殖 ,对其早期生长及营养进行测定。结果表明 ,从三倍体群体自身的生长状况看 ,放养后 68— 78天是整个测量期间三倍体群体生长最快的阶段 ,其中壳长增长显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,壳宽和体重的增加极显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。与二倍体群体相比 ,放养后 68— 1 0 6天 ,三倍体群体在壳长、壳宽、体重上都表现出明显的生长优势 (P <0 .0 1 )。三倍体幼蟹蟹体氨基酸总量高于正常二倍体幼蟹 ,必需氨基酸中苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、精氨酸、异亮氨酸、组氨酸和赖氨酸的含量高于二倍体 ,而蛋氨酸的含量则低于二倍体幼蟹。蟹体中不饱和脂肪酸所占比例三倍体幼蟹低于正常二倍体 ,EPA、DHA及多不饱和脂肪酸所占的比例也低于二倍体。结果表明 ,三倍体幼蟹的生长比正常二倍体具有优势 ,并且在营养组成上也和二倍体有所差异。 相似文献

Kettle holes are glacially created, small, shallow, depressional wetlands collecting their water from internal or closed catchments in young moraine landscapes. Their water body is defined by having a maximum of 1 ha in extent. Mostly they undergo a wet-dry circle. In North-East Germany, kettle holes are widely spread, mostly on arable land. They are characterised by large differences in hydroperiod (HP), size, shape and edge steepness. They also have a high potential for both, geomorphic structural diversity and biological species diversity. However, kettle holes are subject to pollution, drainage and structural reduction that result from intensive land use practices.Although kettle holes in Germany are protected by law, protection strategies are not specific enough with respect to the variability of kettle holes, especially of HP. Therefore, the study objective was to characterise hydrogeomorphic (HGM) kettle hole types to create a basis for a decision support system with regard to the selection of the type dependent conservation and management measures.In three agricultural landscapes in North-East Germany, geomorphological and hydrological variables of 268 kettle holes (HP, shore overflow tendency, depth, area, form, shore width and slope) as well as those of their catchments (area, wetland to catchment area ratio, relief) were investigated from 1993 to 2003. By statistical analysis of datasets of 144 kettle holes, 10 HGM kettle hole types were defined. The basic types are “silted fen type” and “open-water type”. Basic subtypes of the latter type are “storage type”, “shore overflow type” and “puddle type”. Differences in spreading of kettle hole types in dependency on landscape relief were found. 相似文献
