根据2001年4月~2002年3月在厦门文昌鱼(Branchiostoma belcheri)自然保护区进行4个季度月的环境监测资料整理而成。结果:本调查海域水动力相对较强,水体中溶解氧、化学耗氧量、pH值等项目的测定结果均符合一类海水水质标准。表层沉积物属氧化的沉积环境,未受有机质污染。分析了保护区内环境现状,为保护区的管理和保护提出若干建议。  相似文献

基于厦门2019年的兴趣面(Area of Interest)数据、Landsat遥感影像等多源数据,应用Logistic回归模型、空间自回归模型、衰减模型,分析各类建设用地功能区热力特征和对城市热岛影响程度及升温效应的分异规律。结果表明:各类功能区均具有高温现象。交通运输区高温现象显著,仓储区、工业区次之,居住区、公共设施区则较弱;各功能区比例均对形成城市热岛效应有正向影响,影响大小依次为:工业区>仓储区>公共管理与服务区>居住区>商业服务业区>交通运输区>公共设施区;各功能区比例均与热岛强度呈正相关关系,且空间溢出效应显著。交通运输区、商业服务业区比例对热岛强度的正向影响较强,仓储区、工业区次之,公共管理与服务区、居住区、公共设施区比例的正向影响较弱;工业区、商业服务业区、仓储区、交通运输区的升温效应比较显著。功能区面积越大,则其升温效应越显著,但大面积功能区的升温效应可能出现“饱和现象”。  相似文献

所研究的沉积物样品采自福建省厦门市的港湾潮问带地区,选择了10μg/dm’的汞标准使用液对采集回来的沉积物样品进行了预污染处理,利用预污染后的沉积物样品,在实验室中进行了一系列的汞释放动力学实验.实验结果表明,汞的释放量较低,达到释放平衡时的释放量小于5μg/kg,释放过程可分为2个阶段:前8h为快速释放阶段,之后为慢速释放阶段,大约在24h达释放平衡.采用了Tessier五步提取法对未污染过的沉积物原样及进行过预污染处理的沉积物样品进行了汞的形态分析,结果表明通过污染实验吸附到沉积物上的汞的各形态含量大小顺序为:HgS为主的惰性汞〉单质汞〉盐酸溶无机汞及甲基汞〉有机结合、螯合态汞〉水溶态、交换态等活性汞.  相似文献

Dover is located at the mouth of a narrow valley that forms the only significant break in almost 20 km of chalk cliffs along the Kentish Channel coast. This, together with the close proximity of the Continent, has ensured the site's standing as a port since pre-Roman times. However, little is known of the sequence of events associated with the transformation of the area since the later prehistoric period, and in particular the evolution of the harbour which has had at least four different locations. Work to regenerate central Dover has however provided opportunities to address these issues and we report here on geological evidence for harbour development and coastal change from the middle Holocene period to the present day.Foraminifera and ostracods recovered from boreholes and excavations in the town centre allow patterns of sedimentation to be identified and linked to archaeological finds such as the Dover Bronze Age Boat and Roman harbour installations. Radiocarbon dating, and archaeological spot-dating provides a chronological framework for these changes. In particular the later Prehistoric environments and their transformation to estuarine environments by the time of Roman activity in the area are examined (including the role of sea level change and coastal erosion). The history of sedimentation within the Roman harbour and the role played by human activity in accelerating sedimentation in the old valley mouth is also considered. Finally dune formation across former estuarine habitats is documented in the Anglo-Saxon period creating the topographic template on which the modern town is based.  相似文献

采用PAM叶绿素荧光技术,于2013年5月在厦门大嶝岛潮间带,对不同底质类型(泥质、泥砂质和砂质)底栖微藻的光合作用特征进行了初步研究.结果显示:底栖微藻的光合系统II最大光量子效率(Fv/Fm)呈泥质(0.33)〉泥砂质(0.28)〉砂质(0.01);底栖微藻叶绿素a含量亦呈上述变化趋势.不同温度(15-35℃)和不同光照透射率(0-100%)的短期(0.5-2.0 h)培养实验表明,底栖微藻光合作用的最适温度(27℃左右)接近于环境温度,体现了其对生长环境的适应;过高的温度(35℃及以上)会抑制光合作用活性,进而限制其生长;此外,光照实验表明底栖微藻可通过自身的运动和变化来适应光照强度的变化,不同底质类型可能存在不同的光适应策略.  相似文献

This contribution presents a method for assessing the risk of water degradation in harbour domains. The method describes a normalized Index of Risk, ranging from 0 to 1, which determines the risk of water degradation due to a pollution event. A branch-decision scheme of decision-making theories was implemented in order to obtain this index. This method evaluates the cost of each decision as a function of the vulnerability, proximity and toxicity of the potential contaminant. A novel feature of this method is that the risk is defined by considering the physical behaviour of the harbour (i.e. water circulation patterns). Regions where water residence time is high are considered more vulnerable to pollutant releases. This method could be implemented from an operational perspective, in which case an oceanographic operational system could be used to obtain current forecasts which in turn would be used to forecast risk maps.  相似文献

Quantitative application on remote sensing of suspended sediment is an important aspect of the engineering application of remote sensing study.In this paper,the Xiamen Bay is chosen as the study area.Eleven different phases of the remote sensing data are selected to establish a quantitative remote sensing model to map suspended sediment by using remote sensing images and the quasi-synchronous measured sediment data.Based on empirical statistics developed are the conversion models between instantaneous suspended sediment concentration and tidally-averaged suspended sediment concentration as well as the conversion models between surface layer suspended sediment concentration and the depth-averaged suspended sediment concentration.On this basis,the quantitative application integrated model on remote sensing of suspended sediment is developed.By using this model as well as multi-temporal remote sensing images,multi-year averaged suspended sediment concentration of the Xiamen Bay are predicted.The comparison between model prediction and observed data shows that the multi-year averaged suspended sediment concentration of studied sites as well as the concentration difference of neighboring sites can be well predicted by the remote sensing model with an error rate of 21.61% or less,which can satisfy the engineering requirements of channel deposition calculation.  相似文献
