基于磁力耦合器的载人潜水器电力推进装置研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
基于磁力耦合传动技术,对载人潜水器电力推进装置进行了系统设计与传动特性研究。采用电磁场有限元方法研究了永磁式磁力耦合器的运行机理和矩角特性,分析了其稳定传动区域和失步条件;分析了螺旋桨的负载特性,采用切比雪夫多项式研究了螺旋桨的四象限全工况动态模型;建立了水下无刷直流推进电机的数学模型和传递函数,设计了推进电机的转速闭环控制系统以抑制转速波动,提高输出推力的平稳度。完成了样机的设计与制造,通过水池试验验证了该推进装置在载人潜水器上的可行性与适用性。 相似文献

针对十万吨级深远海养殖工船在波浪中的阻力和运动响应开展了船模试验与模拟计算,并对其最小推进功率进行了校核。以试验流体力学(EFD)模型试验与模型尺度计算流体力学(CFD)模拟计算的结果进行对比作为方法验证,将实尺度CFD模拟计算的结果直接用于最小推进功率的校核。结果显示,EFD模型试验结果与模型尺度CFD计算结果误差在10%左右,计算精度满足工程要求。在规定的恶劣海况下该船型波浪增阻占总阻力的比例最高可达56.3%,螺旋桨转矩可达最大转矩的63.9%。等级2简化评估法得到的最小推进功率为等级1线评估法给出的最小功率线值的58.9%。研究表明实尺度CFD模拟计算可直接用于船舶最小推进功率的校核,此深远海养殖工船使用等级2简化评估方法进行校核更容易满足规范要求,其最小推进功率应不小于6 833 kW。 相似文献

In the water jet propulsion system with a positive displacement (PD) pump, the nozzle, which converts pressure energy into kinetic energy, is one of the key parts exerting great influence on the reactive thrust and the efficiency of the system due to its high working pressure and easily occurring cavitation characteristics. Based on the previous studies of the energy loss and the pressure distribution of different nozzles, a model of water jet reactive thrust, which fully takes the energy loss and the nozzle parameters into consideration, is developed to optimize the nozzle design. Experiments and simulations are carried out to investigate the reactive thrust and the conversion efficiency of cylindrical nozzles, conical nozzles and optimized nozzles. The results show that the optimized nozzles have the largest reactive thrust and the highest energy conversion efficiency under the same inlet conditions. The related methods and conclusions are extended to the study of other applications of the water jet, such as water jet cutting, water mist fire suppression, water injection molding. 相似文献

移动观测平台是海洋环境立体观测系统的重要组成部分。遥控水下机器人(ROV)、自治水下机器人(AUV)等移动平台由于需要支持船只和能源供给的限制,影响了它们长时间和大范围使用。本文利用波浪垂荡运动设计一种新型波浪能驱动的机动浮标,该系统由水上浮体和水下推进机构两部分组成,利用波浪垂荡运动,推动水下推进机构叶片的摆动,引起水下推进机构在水平方向向前的升力,使水下推进机构以及水上浮体实现无外在能源供给的自主运动。本文设计制造了波浪驱动机动浮标的实验样机,并进行了海试。实验表明,在中等海况条件下可以实现机动浮标的无动力前进。该设计为海洋环境调查、海洋生态监测和溢油跟踪等提供了一种有效的移动监测平台。 相似文献

为研究鱼类高速游动机理,以金枪鱼月牙形尾鳍为对象,采用面元法计算分析了其非定常水动力性能。假设尾鳍在横移和摇摆的同时,以某一匀速向前运动,并假设其在弦向和展向以某一给定规律发生变形,以模仿柔性变形。探讨了前进速度、横移和摇摆的幅度、频率及其相位差对柔性尾鳍推进性能的影响,并与做相应运动的刚性尾鳍进行了对比。 相似文献

Waterjet propulsion system is widely used to thrust high speed marine vessels in excess of 30–35 knots by virtue of high propulsive efficiency, good maneuverability, and less vibration. Since, however, approximately 7–9% of the total power is lost in intake duct due to flow separation, nonuniformity, etc., detail understanding of flow phenomena occurring within intake duct is essential to reduce the power loss. The present work solved 3D incompressible RANS equations on multiblocked grid system of the flush type intake duct of waterjet. The numerical results of surface pressure distributions, velocity vectors, and streamlines were compared with experiments and good agreements were obtained for three jet velocity ratios. Strong suction flow through the inlet was shown and the vortex induced by the separation along the corner of the side wall was clearly shown. Flow separation on the lip was also observed. The location of stagnation point on the lip was well predicted, in accordance with PIV measurement. 相似文献

This paper introduces a newly developed Unmanned Wave Glide Vehicle (UWGV), which is driven only by extracting energy from gravity waves, and presents a comprehensive study on the propulsion performance of the UWGV’s propulsor―Wave Glide Propulsor (WGP) in a regular wave. By simplifying the WGP as six 2D tandem asynchronous flapping foils (TAFFs), a CFD method based on Navier?Stokes equations was first used to analyze the hydrodynamic performance of TAFFs with different parameters of non-dimensional wave length m and non-dimensional wave height n. Then, a series of hydrodynamic experiments were performed. The computational results agree well with the experimental results when n≤0.07 and both of them show the thrust force and input power of the WGP are larger at smaller m or larger n. By analyzing the flow field of TAFFs, we can see that a larger m is beneficial to the forming, merging and shredding of the TAFFs’ vortices; as TAFFs are arranged in tandem and have the same motions, the leading edge vortex and wake vortex of the TAFFs are meaningful for improving the thrust force of their adjacent ones. 相似文献
