Astrometric control of the inertiality of the Hipparcos catalog

Based on the most complete list of the results of an individual comparison of the proper motions for stars of various programs common to the Hipparcos catalog, each of which is an independent realization of the inertial reference frame with regard to stellar proper motions, we redetermined the vector ω of residual rotation of the ICRS system relative to the extragalactic reference frame. The equatorial components of this vector were found to be the following: ω_x=+0.04±0.15 mas yr^?1, ω_y=+0.18±0.12 mas yr^?1, and ω_z=?0.35±0.09 mas yr^?1.     

中国南海北部潮汐主要分潮的变化趋势分析

基于中国南海北部6个长期验潮站逐时水位资料,对该海域O1、K1、M2和S2的4个主要分潮的振幅和迟角变化趋势分别进行分析。结果表明:各验潮站的O1、K1和M2分潮振幅呈现显著的周期性变化,S2分潮振幅年变化量基本在毫米级,具有较高的稳定性。厦门站1954~1997年期间的M2分潮振幅存在18.98年的周期变化,与交点潮18.61年的变化周期相吻合。基于最小二乘原理,通过曲线拟合方式能够对主要分潮振幅在一定时间内进行比较准确的预报。     

On the determination of a set of material constants for a high‐cycle accumulation model for non‐cohesive soils

The paper discusses the determination of a set of constants for the high‐cycle accumulation model (HCA) proposed by the authors. The HCA model predicts permanent strains or excess pore water pressures in non‐cohesive soils due to a cyclic loading with a large number of cycles and with small to intermediate strain amplitudes. 太湖梅梁湾南部水体有机污染物降解表观动力学初步分析

有机污染是太湖水质恶化的重要原因之一．本文在20℃和30℃恒温振荡条件下,应用化学反应动力学原理定量模拟和研究了太湖梅梁湾南部附近水体中,有机污染指标COD（Mn）降解的一级反应过程．应用Arrenius系列公式,分别得到20℃和30℃下的降解速率常数（k20＝0．01856d（－1）,k30＝0．0364d（－1））、表观活化能（Eu＝4．9×104J）及指前因子A．提出太湖梅梁湾南部水体COD衰减表达式为：Ct＝C0·exp［－1．49×10e7（－4．9×104／RT）t］．     

潮流准调和分析的软件实现

较之潮汐分析、预报的研究而言,目前关于潮流的计算还相对落后。简要论述潮流准调和分析与预报的基本原理,编程实现了潮流准调和分析、准调和预报以及潮流椭圆绘制,并具体给出了实际算例,用以说明该程序的可用性和正确性。     

A kinematic study of the Galaxy

Using the proper motion and parallax data for 1011 O-B stars in the Hipparcos Catalogue we have derived the Oort constants, A = 17.60 ± 0.21 (km/s)/kpc, B = −14.62 ± 0.20 (km/s)/kpc, and a solar velocity V = 16.7 ± 0.10 km/s in the direction l = 45.3° ± 2.8°, b = 21.0° ± 2.3°. For a galactocentric distance of the sun of R₀ = 8.5 kpc, we then get a galactic rotational velocity of the solar neighbourhood of V_lsr = 273.9 km/s, obviously much higher than the IAU published value of 220 km/s. We have investigated the cause for this difference.
