Noise suppression for microseismic data by non‐subsampled shearlet transform based on singular value decomposition

The existence of strong random noise in surface microseismic data may decrease the utility of these data. Non‐subsampled shearlet transform can effectively suppress noise by properly setting a threshold to the non‐subsampled shearlet transform coefficients. However, when the signal‐to‐noise ratio of data is low, the coefficients related to the noise are very close to the coefficients associated with signals in the non‐subsampled shearlet transform domain that the coefficients related to the noise will be retained and be treated as signals. Therefore, we need to minimise the overlapping coefficients before thresholding. In this paper, a singular value decomposition algorithm is introduced to the non‐subsampled shearlet transform coefficients, and low‐rank approximation reconstructs each non‐subsampled shearlet transform coefficient matrix in the singular value decomposition domain. The non‐subsampled shearlet transform coefficients of signals have bigger singular values than those of the random noise, which implies that the non‐subsampled shearlet transform coefficients can be well estimated by taking only a few largest singular values. Therefore, those properties of singular value decomposition may significantly help minimise overlapping of noise and signals coefficients in the non‐subsampled shearlet transform domain. Finally, the denoised microseismic data are obtained easily by giving a simple threshold to the reconstructed coefficient matrix. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated on both synthetic and field microseismic data. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed method can eliminate random noise and preserve signals of interest more effectively. 相似文献

可控源电磁法具有分辨率高及抗干扰能力强等特点,是一种重要的地电磁勘探方法.目前,可控源电磁法的高精度正演计算一直是其核心研究问题之一.传统积分方程法一般采用近似积分公式、简单矩形网格和近似的奇异性体积分计算技术,制约了体积分方程法处理复杂地下异常体的能力,降低了计算精度.针对上述问题,本文基于完全积分公式、四面体非结构化网格和奇异体积分的精确解析解来高精度求解复杂可控源电磁模型的正演响应.首先,从电场积分公式出发,推导了可控源电磁问题满足的积分方程;其次,借助于非结构化四面体网格离散技术,实现了地下复杂异常体的有效模拟.最后,利用散度定理把强奇异值体积分转换为一系列弱奇异性的面积分公式,并通过推导获得了这些弱奇异性的面积分公式的解析解,从而最终实现三维可控源电磁问题的高精度积分求解.以块状低阻体地电模型为测试模型,采用本文提出的积分方程方法获得的数值解与其他公开数值算法解进行对比分析,其对比结果具有高度的吻合性,验证了算法的正确性;同时,设计了球状及复杂地电模型进行算法收敛性测试,进一步验证算法的正确性以及能够处理地下复杂模型的能力. 相似文献

分析实际桥梁结构的各种损伤状况,采用矩阵摄动理论分析桥梁结构发生损伤时固有频率及振型向量的一阶、二阶摄动结果,并讨论了固有振动特性对结构单元损伤的灵敏性。在理论分析的基础上,编制桥梁结构固有振动特性及其在损伤下的摄动分析程序,并用以分析简支梁、连续梁及拱结构损伤引起的固有振动的摄动结果。分析结果表明:单一单元损伤引起固有频率的摄动结果很小;不同位置处单元损伤与固有频率摄动结果的关系曲线与对应振型曲线具有相似性,但在中间支承处或结构端部有扭转约束处单元损伤影响显著;而单元损伤对振型向量影响极小。 相似文献

A new analytic expression for the position of the infinitesimal body in the elliptic Sitnikov problem is presented. This solution is valid for small bounded oscillations in cases of moderate primary eccentricities. We first linearize the problem and obtain solution to this Hill's type equation. After that the lowest order nonlinear force is added to the problem. The final solution to the equation with nonlinear force included is obtained through first the use of a Courant and Snyder transformation followed by the Lindstedt–Poincaré perturbation method and again an application of Courant and Snyder transformation. The solution thus obtained is compared with existing solutions, and satisfactory agreement is found. 相似文献

When Kozai (1962) studied the secular resonance of asteroids, he found the so-called Kozai resonance and expressed the analytical
solution with the use of Weierstrass ℘. Here we discuss the case where the disturber is outside a disturbed body and give
the analytical solution of the eccentricity, the inclination and the argument of pericenter with the use of the Jacobi elliptic
functions, which are more familiar than the Weierstrass ℘. Then we derive the Fourier expansion of the longitude of node and
the mean anomaly. The analytical expressions obtained here can be used for any value of the eccentricity and the inclination.
Finally we applied these analytical expressions to several dynamical systems – Nereid, that is a highly eccentric satellite
of Neptune, and newly discovered retrograde satellites of Uranus.

The paper analyzes the elastic deflection of submerged pipelines laid with a stinger by taking into account the overall effects of the ovalization of the cross section. The analysis is performed by means of a singular perturbation technique and the analytical solution obtained is shown to offer different advantages over the finite element method. Two examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the procedure by means of a comparison with results from other less refined analytical solutions and from the commercial finite element code
