Kohonen网络与BP网络的集成应用研究

本文介绍了 Kohonen神经网络对输入数据进行聚类方法在卷烟配方中的应用 ,提出了从核心样本动态搜索 BP网络训练样本的新探索 ,摒弃了过去 BP算法中训练样本固定不变 ,互不相交的方法 ,实现了 BP网络和 Kohonen网络动态无缝集成。     

Nonlinear dynamic analysis of deep water risers

The paper presents a theoretical and numerical approach to the dynamical behaviour of risers in deep water which takes into account two types of nonlinearity; that due to viscous drag forces and that due to the large displacements of the riser when submitted to strong axial loads. As the second nonlinearity may have a significant influence upon the behaviour of risers in deep water, a method for automatically updating the structural geometry during the dynamic analysis is given. A computer programme has been written for this purpose.     

Co-management from the top? The roles of policy entrepreneurs and distributive conflict in developing co-management arrangements

This research examines attempts to develop co-management arrangements in the Maine lobster and Chesapeake Bay blue crab fisheries. It finds that the attributes of user groups and resources as well as government support are important in facilitating the development of co-management, but are not sufficient. This study highlights that the process of developing institutions for co-management is lengthy and time consuming and that user groups do not necessarily embrace changes to the status quo. I argue that the nature of distributional conflict and the affiliation of policy entrepreneurs account for variation in the development of co-management regimes in these cases.     

Evaluation of the ocean governance system in Korea

Considering the small land, dense population and poor natural resources, the oceans are important to Korea, but the recognition of oceans has been weak in Korean society. So ocean governance was fragmented in both institution and policies, which resulted in serious problems in the coastal waters and oceans. However, a series of maritime accidents and failures of policies increased the recognition of the coastal waters and resources and led to the establishment of one single ocean-related governmental agency in 1996. Over the last decade, the ocean governance in Korea has been successful and strong.     

The South East Regional Marine Plan: Implementing Australia's Oceans Policy

In 1998, the Australian Government released Australia's Oceans Policy (AOP), a world first policy initiative focused on providing a framework for integrated ecosystem-based management of Australia's vast marine domain. The South East Regional Marine Plan, the first regional marine plan to be implemented under AOP, was released on 21 May 2004. This paper argues that although full integration across sectors and jurisdictions has not occurred, new AOP initiatives, institutions and governance processes have considerably increased sectoral and jurisdictional coordination in the South East region.

框架预应力锚杆边坡支护结构的稳定性分析方法及其 应用

以边坡极限平衡理论及框架预应力锚杆边坡支护结构的圆弧滑动破坏模式为基础,在考虑框架、锚杆对土体边坡稳定性影响的情况下,基于圆弧滑动条分法的思想利用积分法建立了内部稳定性安全系数计算模型和最危险滑移面搜索模型。确定滑移面圆心坐标为几何控制参数,推导了安全系数计算模型中各变量与滑移面圆心坐标之间的函数关系式,从而获得了滑移面几何控制参数与内部稳定性安全系数之间的函数关系。利用网格法对框架预应力锚杆支护结构最危险滑移面的圆心坐标进行动态搜索和求解。最后采用Matlab语言编制了框架预应力锚杆边坡支护结构的稳定性分析程序,并结合工程实例进行了验算,讨论了此种方法的适用条件,结果表明该方法简明适用,较传统的经验分析方法更加合理。     

GENTOOLS在国家1∶50000数据库更新工程中的应用研究

1∶50000地形数据库更新是一项复杂的地形数据库制作工程。传统的缩编技术工艺与相应的工具难以适应新的生产需要,适应于数字环境下的缩编生产工具的需求则变得非常迫切。GENTOOLS很好地解决了1∶50000数据库更新工程中的诸多难题,采用半自动和手动相结合的方法,大大提高了缩编效率,同时也为地形图缩编提供了一种新的选择。
