四一八队地勘院改革的意义

四一八队１９９２年下半年组建地勘院，实行单独核算，自负盈亏，定额上交，突破了计划经济体制下的地勘业运作方式，提高了职工闯市场、求效益的积极性，２年来上交大队２７２万元，为地勘业的改革建立了雏形。     

Delivering pro-poor water and sanitation services: The technical and political challenges in Malawi and Zambia

Meeting Millennium Development Goals on water and sanitation services in developing countries are fraught with difficulties, as can be seen most clearly from the experiences of Malawi and Zambia, two of the world’s poorest countries that have committed to meeting these goals. The challenges are not only technical, requiring programmatic or engineering solutions, but are also and most importantly political, because solutions will most often cause a rearrangement of the peculiar forms of power relations that have emerged within institutional and political environments of the two countries. The challenges include weak state support for water and sanitation provision, unreliable and contested indicators of coverage, poor sectoral co-ordination, and fragmented donor efforts. This field note examines these challenges in greater detail to cast new light as well as draw attention to possible solutions that can be implemented.     

Complications for traditional land consolidation in Central Europe

An integral part of post-socialist transformation under the Washington Consensus has been the privatisation of previously state owned and/or co-operative farms. In many instances, there have been attempts at ‘turning back the clock’ to pre-War conditions, including land ownership structures. Frequently, the result has been the division of large, economically efficient units into numerous, small and economically barely viable private plots. Following accession to the European Union, these re-constituted peasant-scale structures pose a major challenge to the Union’s agricultural policy. As this paper demonstrates, a simple transfer of western European practices, such as land consolidation, is not possible. The particular legacies of the communist system have given land ownership particular values, legitimacy and personal identity, and emotional bonds. Simple technocratic solutions, as applied in the West earlier, are thus not feasible. Consequently, the paper points out, new forms and instruments of tackling disadvantageous agricultural structures need to be found.     

关于建立公共教学实验中心的探讨

以深化教学改革和调整学科结构为基础,打破以课程设置实验室的条块分割局面,在实验室体制的建设上实行集中管理,建立公共教学实验中心,以适应２１世纪人才培养的需要。     

疫情背景下基于仿真实训平台的“测量学”实验教学改革

虚拟仿真实验是疫情背景下测量学实验教学的主要模式,是实验教学智能化的重要环节。文中结合南方测绘虚拟仿真教学系统,以东华理工大学测绘工程专业基础核心课程—“测量学”为例,从虚实融合的混合式实验教学模式和课程考核模式两个方面对疫情背景下“测量学”实验教学进行了改革。实践结果表明,混合式实验教学能有效增强学生的实训兴趣与激情,通过线上反复练习、线下实操,显著提高学生的实践技能,为后疫情时代“测量学”实验教学课程改革提供新模式。     

大数据智能时代地图学课程内容改革探索

为了适应当前智能时代大数据的特点和地图应用的发展,本文结合当前地图学课程内容设置现状,分析在大数据时代地图学教学的特点,多源地理信息的参考体系差异、多维度地理信息高效可视化、多尺度表达的灵性化、地图用户需求的多样化等对地图学教学提出的新要求,在此基础上,结合地图学课程教学的理论与实践目标,提出在地图数学基础、地图可视化技术、地图综合和地图分析等进行课程教学内容改革的主要思路,增设新型坐标系知识、多维动态可视化技术、地图应需综合的多尺度表达方法、全息地图理论等主要知识点,并给出了课程实验教学改革的设计。     

虚拟野外地质实习系统(VFGTS)——野外地质实践教学平台

虚拟野外地质实习系统是根据野外地质教学实践性特点,采用计算机图形、图像和多媒体技术模拟野外地质教学过程的软件系统,具有三维野外地质场景显示、多媒体、虚拟记录本、直观地质过程模拟、飞行漫游、GPS、罗盘和学习效果测验等功能,是重要的野外地质教学平台,对辅助野外地质教学,提高野外地质教学效率和质量,改变传统教学观念具有重要作用。

专业认证制度下变形观测分析与预报课程教学改革

文章从落实专业认证的现实需要出发,论述了工程教育专业认证的核心理念.并籍此对变形观测分析与预报课程的教学现状进行了深刻反思,提出了以目标导向为主的课程体系改革,以学生为中心的课堂教学改革,以内外反馈信息为导向的持续改进的课程教改方案.教学各环节中,以专业“产出”衡量专业人才培养质量,“看学不看教”,阶段性考核,确保教学改革落到实处.     

基于工作过程导向的高职《数字测图》课程考核改革与实践

现阶段我国高等职业教育人才培养评价机制大多沿袭高等本科教育的考核评价方式,忽视了职业教育的职业性。考核评价的客观性受到质疑,不利于教学质量的提高,特别是不能满足当前基于工作过程导的高职教学改革的需求。因此,探索适合职业教育特征,能够结合行业要求和学校教育特点来评价学生的职业能力,使考核评价有效促进教学质量的提高,为课程教学的实施提供有效保障的课程考核方案已成为摆在每一位高职教师面前的迫切任务,本文根据基于工作过程的高职课程教学理念,介绍了高职测绘类专业中基于工作过程的《数字测图》课程教学考核方案的设计改革与实践,通过江西环境工程职业学院2个班级的考核实践,证明了本课程的考核方案改革取得了预期的成效。
