改革开放以来广东省利用外资的时空差异特征

本文阐述了改革开放以来广东省利用外资的时空差异特征，结合国际内国政治经济形势将广东省利用外资的过程划分为５个阶段，并分析各阶段的主要特点，借助于定量分析方法考察外资在广东的地域分布特征及其形成原因，研究表明，改革开放以来广东省利用外资的不稳定增长过程和明显地域差异是省内各区投资环境的地域差异和国家外资政策综合作用的结果。最后，对广东省的经济发展和利用外资工作提出了建议。     

改革成教课程体系,培养技能型实用人才——以数控技术教育为例浅谈成教课程体系的改革

数控技术的广泛应用使制造业发生了根本性的变革。我国要成为“世界工厂” ,需要培养数十万数控技术应用领域的操作人员、编程人员和维修人员。目前 ,在经济发达的珠三角地区的各类企业中 ,已普遍使用数控设备进行生产 ,而数控方面的技术人才却极其缺乏。因此 ,为社会培养大批能熟练掌握数控技术的技能型人才 ,已成为广东省有关高校所面临的紧迫任务。以数控技术教育为切入点 ,结合我校成人教育机电专科数控专业的教学改革 ,提出了培养技能型实用人才的课程体系和人才培养模式。

探讨“三个代表”重要思想与党的改革精神之内在联系 ,从“三个代表”的高度发扬改革精神 ,以改革精神落实“三个代表” ,对于推进党的建设和建设小康社会意义重大。中国特色社会主义事业是改革的事业 ,党的改革事业与党的改革精神密切联系 ,而“三个代表”重要思想使改革精神全面升华 ;发展先进生产力、发展先进文化和实现人民根本利益要求发扬改革精神 ,改革精神是“三个代表”重要思想的时代特质 ;“三个代表”重要思想与改革精神统一于党的事业发展 ,二者的根本要求是一致的。要围绕发展第一要务 ,发扬改革精神 ,落实“三个代表”。     

Agricultural performance on marginal land in Eastern Inner Mongolia,China – Development in the pre- and post-1978 reform periods

Rapid economic development in the aftermath of the Chinese post-1978 reforms has resulted in a shrinking of grain grown area in the southern and eastern regions of the country which in turn is believed to have put the marginal northern regions under increased pressure. This paper examines key indicators of agricultural performance as well as cultivated land area development of the pre- and post-1978 reform periods focusing on the agro-pastoral Tongliao City Prefecture, eastern Inner Mongolia. The results are related to the village level development through a case study as well as to the provincial level. Average annual grain per capita production increased from about 400 kg in the late 1970s to more then 1000 kg in the late 1990s. This was achieved through a combination of intensification and reclamation of cropland, with the latter restricted to pastoral classified counties. Production variability, in particular for the low producing counties, has also increased possibly as an effect of the substitution of traditional mixed pattern of crops with HYV monocultures. Average living standards have improved but have been accompanied by widening income gaps. Poor farmers’ livelihoods continue to be insecure, particularly during dry years. Concern is raised regarding the sustainability of the rapid agricultural development; an increased use of costly fertilisers constrains poorer farmer’s economy and may lead to deteriorating water quality while increasing irrigation depletes water resources.     

Wide-angle observations of ALP 2002 shots on the TRANSALP profile: Linking the two DSS projects

Dynamite shots of the crustal-scale refraction seismic project ALP 2002 were recorded by an array of 40 seismological three-component stations on the TRANSALP profile. These observations provide a direct link between the two deep seismic projects. We report preliminary results obtained from these data. In a first approach, we verified the TRANSALP refraction seismic velocity model computing travel times for several shots and comparing them to the new observations. The results generally confirm this model. Significant first-break travel time differences in and near the Tauern Window are explained by anisotropy. Large-scale features of the model, particularly the Moho structure, seem to be continuous towards the east. Travel time residuals of wide-angle reflections indicate a slight eastward dip component of the Adriatic Moho.     

Rural diversification in Bulgaria

Agriculture has always been very important for the Bulgarian economy, but during the socialist period there was considerable progress made in the diversification of employment opportunities in rural areas. While many people commuted to non-agricultural jobs in the townships (and there was a large permanent transfer from rural to urban areas), there were additional opportunities in small factories and local services in the villages themselves. The transition has seen these opportunities much reduced, at precisely the time when full-time paid work in agriculture has declined due to market restructuring while complex problems have emerged associated with liquidating the state-run cooperatives and establishing a viable alternative. The paper discusses the general issues and presents a case study from the north-central part of the country. The rebuilding of a cooperative farming system (along with other forms of consolidation) is a positive trend which could increase spending power in the villages and help in the growth of employment in rural industries and services. WHITHER CHINA'S MARKET ECONOMY? THE CASE OF LIJIN ZHEN

ABSTRACT. Soon after Deng Xiaoping became China's premier in 1978, a program of reform and openness was initiated. Its goals were to introduce free-market mechanisms into the command economy, to eliminate Mao-era inefficiencies, and to bring China to parity with developed countries of the West and to a leadership role among Asia's newly industrialized countries. Drastic changes quickly transformed China's planned economy into one of mixed-market socialism. Although the economic achievements have been impressive and commendable at the national and provincial levels, questions have been raised as to the role of economic reform and openness in the growth and development of Chinese cities. To answer them, we examine Lijin Zhen, the seat of Lijin County, Shandong Province.     

2002年上半年全球地震活动

2002年上半年，全球发生MW≥6．5地震16次，其中13次浅源地震，2次中源地震，1次深源地震；发生MW≥7．0地震6次。上半年MW≥7．0地震的地震矩释放是1976年以来的偏低水平。中国及邻区地震活动比较活跃：3月3日，在兴都库什地区发生了1次MW7．3中源地震；6月28日，在中国吉林汪清发生了1次MW7．3深源地震。统计检验表明，地震矩释放表现出持久性质。
