北黄海菲律宾蛤仔帕金虫流行病害的研究 总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15
2000年7-11月,对我国北黄海沿岸滩涂增养殖的菲律宾蛤仔Ruditapes philippinarum大规模死亡进行了研究,并对病害暴发与温度、盐度的相关性进行了探讨.利用FTM培养和组织切片方法对病害流行海域的菲律宾蛤仔进行了检测.结果表明,蛤仔体内寄生了大量病原帕金虫Perkinsus sp,感染率为20%-100%,感染强度为3-3 565 936cell/ind或2-1 670 615cell/g组织.感染强度与蛤仔大小有关,个体越小,感染程度越轻.经感染试验,进一步确定了帕金虫大量繁殖是引起蛤仔大规模死亡的原因.病害始于7月下旬,止于10月下旬;最初暴发于庄河栗子房海域,尔后逐渐向东西两侧海域蔓延.病害暴发时机主要受温度影响,高于20℃易于暴发帕金虫病害;流行范围主要受盐度影响,盐度为20-32海域适宜帕金虫病害的流行. 相似文献

In an attempt to learn more about the cytochrome P450 (CYP) system of mussels, we used protein databases and alignment software to extract highly conserved CYP sequences. From these alignments synthetic peptides were produced and used for rabbit immunisation, which yielded polyclonal antibodies against the CYP families 2 and 4. The antibodies were evaluated with Western Blot and ELISA assays, using digestive gland microsomal samples from the mussel Mytilus edulis. Western Blots revealed immunoreactions for both antibodies. The anti-CYP2 sequence rendered one major immunopositive protein of ≈49 kDa size, and weak signals for proteins of ≈41 and 56 kDa size. The anti-CYP4 sequence rendered two major bands of ≈56 and 59 kDa size, and also a weak immunoreaction with a protein of ≈43 kDa size. ELISA rendered only weak signals even with a 1:50 dilution of IgG-purified serum. A 10-day exposure to Aroclor 1254 did not appear to affect any of the immunopositive proteins, while total PCBs in soft bodies increased from 14–40 ng/g DW in controls to 373–638 ng/g DW in exposed mussels. 相似文献

Fossil leaves resembling Nothofagaceae have been investigated from the Eocene of western Antarctica and a new form genus Nothofagofolia is proposed for these kinds of fossils. Some new specimens belonging to this form genus are described. They were collected
from the Fossil Hill locality of Fildes Peninsula, King George Island, South Shetland Islands, western Antarctica. Two new
species, two new combinations and an unnamed species are reported. A number of published Nothofagus leaf fossils from the same locality are discussed and revised. As a result of these studies of Nothofagus leaf morphology, we conclude that (1) Nothofagus probably originated in high latitudes of the Southern Hemisphere during the middle-late Late Cretaceous and diversified,
dispersed gradually to the lower latitudes of the same hemisphere; (2) leaf morphological characters are significant for the
systematics of the family Nothofagaceae, especially at the intrageneric level; and (3) extant species of Nothofagus known from southern temperate areas have more primitive leaf morphological characters and lower leaf ranks than those from
tropical mountains as well as those of the Fagaceae and Betulaceae.

在模拟条件下,通过深入研究光照强度对隐藻生长率的影响,以及不同光照强度下藻细胞对Fe和P的吸收差异,提出了光照强度控制藻细胞对营养元素的吸收,最终限制赤潮藻爆发性增殖的作用途径.研究表明,藻细胞的生长率与光照强度之间呈指数相关关系;隐藻生长的光饱和值与光半饱和值分别为150 μmol/(m2·s)和47 μmol/(m2·s);在低光照强度下藻细胞的生长率较低,但是藻细胞却需要吸收更多的Fe和P,以及Zn、Mn、Co和Mo等微量元素,在光照强度为10 μmol/(m2·s)时,藻细胞生长率仅为光照强度150 μmol/(m2·s)时的十分之一,而藻细胞对Fe和P的吸收量分别提高了1.5倍和1倍.这些研究结果为揭示导致赤潮常在光照良好天气后发生的根本原因提供了全新的认识. 相似文献

For 3 years aspects of the population dynamics, growth, and bioactivity (measure of biologically active metabolite biosynthesis) of the Demospongiae Latrunculia sp. nov. and Polymastia croceus (Kelly‐Borges & Bergquist) were examined on a subtidal reef on the Wellington south coast, New Zealand. For both species, survival of adult sponges was high in all seasons, whereas juvenile sponges had poor survival. Recruitment of Latrunculia sp. nov. occurred in all seasons indicating that this species is reproductively active throughout the year. P. croceus recruited mostly in autumn, supporting previous work that found the sponge to be reproductively active in summer and early autumn only. For both sponge species, growth rates varied greatly between individuals and were unaffected by initial sponge size within the range examined. Sponges generally grew during winter and spring as the water temperature rose, and shrank during summer and autumn as the water temperature fell. This growth pattern may relate to seasonal variation in food abundance, and for P. croceus it may result also from seasonal differences in reproductive investment. After 2 years, Latrunculia sp. nov. and P. croceus had on average, halved and doubled in size, respectively. Latrunculia sp. nov. showed a seasonal pattern of bioactivity, being most active in spring possibly to prevent the surface overgrowth of fouling organisms. P. croceus had no seasonal pattern of bioactivity, but individuals were either very active or inactive. The bioactive metabolites in both species possibly aid in competitive interactions and prevent predation and biofouling. 相似文献

In 1994 a major biotoxin event occurred along the east coast of the South Island, New Zealand. Gymnodimine, a unique bioactive spiroimine, was isolated and characterised from Foveaux Strait dredge oysters (Tiostrea chilensis = Ostrea chilensis) collected during this outbreak. This study reports the results of liquid chromatographic‐mass spectrometric analysis for gymnodimine in 217 samples from eight species of shellfish over the years 1993–99. Of these samples 155, covering six species of shellfish, contained detectable gymnodimine with a range in concentration from 14.8 to 23 400 μg/kg. Gymnodimine‐containing shellfish occurred at 37 of the 63 sites sampled from around New Zealand. This study demonstrates that accumulation of gymnodimine is not limited to T. chilensis and can occur in other shellfish species over much of New Zealand. Gymnodimine is a possible cause of the numerous historical biotoxin screen‐positive results. 相似文献

微生物聚合物聚-?-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)具有良好的生物降解性、生物相容性和热塑性,在环保、医药和农业领域具有广阔的应用前景。高PHB积累菌株的获得及其发酵条件的研究具有很好的实用价值。作者从渤海湾日晒盐场盐田卤水中分离出一株杆状细菌,经16S r DNA序列测序比对,确定为盐杆菌属(Halomonas),命名为Halomonas 100-16-2,其最适生长盐度为50~100,最适生长p H为7~8,属中度嗜盐菌。在酸水解酪蛋白(7.5 g/L)的基础培养基中分别添加0、10、20和30 g/L葡萄糖,研究盐度100条件下不同葡萄糖添加量对Halomonas 100-16-2生长和PHB含量的影响。结果表明,随着葡萄糖浓度的增加,该菌株的生长和PHB积累显著提高。葡萄糖质量浓度为30 g/L时,细胞干质量达8.60 g/L,PHB含量达到5.57 g/L(即达到细胞干质量的65%)。本研究为渤海湾盐田微生物资源的开发和利用提供了有价值的基础数据。 相似文献
