北极海冰减少的气候效应研究

本文采用了OSU两层大气环流模式对特定的北极海冰进行数值模拟,研究北极海冰减少的气候效应.试验中海温一律取为气候平均值,北极海冰作为外强迫源影响大气,大气响应完全是环流内部调整的结果.本文对北极海冰减少后的大气环流特征进行了分析,特别是与中国的气温和降水之间的关系.     

Mach Effect of Oblique Nonlinear Irregular Waves Interacting with Vertical Walls

Based on Hong‘s theory, previous random models, and a generalized expression suitable for FIT calculation, the interaction between irregular waves and vertical walls is numerically simulated. The results of simulation demonstrate that the wave energy changes with the incidence angle and the distance from the wall. Particularly, the Mach effect and the combined wave spectrum characteristics are analyzed in detail, which are significant in both theory and practice.     

满足给定数字特征和谱的随机信号的产生

本文给出了满足给定数字特征和谱的随机序列的产生方法，即用无记忆非线性变换实现非正态随机信号的模拟．该法与Ｇｕｊａｒ法相比较，放宽了变量概率分布的限制，只要求变量矩的存在。同时考虑无记忆非线性变换对谱的影响，用异于Ｌｉｕ的方法在频域上求解输入正态分布随机序列的谱．     

随机载荷下的疲劳损伤计算公式

本文推导了随机载荷下的疲劳损伤计算公式。数值计算结果表明：Ｐ．Ｈ．Ｗｉｒｓｃｈｉｎｇ给出的公式在宽带情况下与实际情况不符；Ｇ．Ｃｈａｕｄｈｕｒｙ给出的公式在窄带情况下与实际不符；本文绘出的公式不仅适合于窄带，也适合于具有各种不同带宽的宽带随机载荷。     

星载激光后向反射镜阵列的技术参数

我国的HY-2海洋二号卫星已处于研制之中，它将装备星载激光后向反射镜阵列，以便实施星载激光定轨。依据对星载激光后向反射镜阵列的研制实践，提出了完整表述星载激光后向反射镜阵列技术参数的建议。     

赤道深层急流动力机制初步探讨

多年现场观测揭示,在大洋深层许多区域存在出人意料的高能区,诸如在赤道1000～3000m深度间存在着东西流向随深度交替变化的急流,本文提出连系不同密度水体输运的局部浮力振荡所产生的波动以及关连的能量辐射和沿赤道产生的局部能量辐聚是形成赤道深层急流的主要动力机制.本文结果还揭示,铅垂向湍粘系数和湍扩散系数的大小与赤道深层急流的结构和强度间存在密切的关系.对应大的铅垂向湍粘系数和湍扩散系数,急流强度减弱且其纬向相干尺度和铅垂尺度增大.另外不同周期的浮力振荡产生不同结构和强度的急流.振荡周期越长,急流的核心位置离东边界越远、沿赤道的相干尺度也越大.     

Zn^2＋对缢蛏胚胎和幼虫的效应及EDTA解毒作用

本文研究了Zn~(2 )对缢蛏受精卵、担轮幼虫、D型面盘幼虫和稚贝生长发育的影响,及EDTA对上述不同发育阶段生物体中Zn~(2 )的解毒作用。     

Dynmnic Response Analysis for Embedded Large-Cylinder Breakwaters Under Wave Excitation

A numerical model is developed for dynamic analysis of large-cylinder breakwaters embedded in soft soil. In the model, the large cylinder is taken as a rigid body divided into elements and the soft soil is replaced by discrete 3D nonlinear spring-dashpot systems. The numerical model is used to simulate the dynamic response of a large-cylinder breakwater to breaking wave excitation. The effects of the dynamic stress-strain relationship models of the soil, the radius and embedded depth of the cylinder, the nonlinear behaviors of the soil, and the limit strength condition of the soil on the dynamic responses of the large-cylinder structure are investigated with an example given. It is indicated that the above-mentioned factors have significant effects on the dynamic responses of an embedded large cylinder breakwater under breaking wave excitation.     

Second-Order Solutions for Random lnterfacial Waves Under Steady Uniform Currents

In the present research, the study of Song (2004) for random interracial waves in two-layer fluid is extended to the case of fluids moving at different steady uniform speeds. The equations describing the random displacements of the density interface and the associated velocity potentials in two-layer fluid are solved to the second order, and the wave-wave interactions of the wave components and the interactions between the waves and currents are described. As expected, the extended solutions include those obtained by Song (2004) as one special case where the steady uniform currents of the two fluids are taken as zero, and the solutions reduce to those derived by Sharma and Dean (1979) for random surface waves if the density of the upper fluid and the current of the lower fluid are both taken as zero.     

6个虾种基因组DNA多态性分析

采用RAPD方法检测了罗氏沼虾（Macrobrachium rosenbergii)、绿须虾（Aristeus virilis)、长毛对虾（Penaeus penicillatus)、日本对虾（P.japonicus)、斑节对虾（P.monodon)和周氏新对虾（Metapenaeus joyneri)等6个虾种的基因组DNA的多态性。用20个随机引物扩增得到492个DNA片段，根据这些片段的共享度计算出遗传距离并构建系统树。所得结果从DNA水平上反映出虾类在科属种不同分类阶元亲缘关系的远近，并为虾类现行的分类系统提供了分子生物学依据。
