Environmental Redox Changes of the Ancient Sea in the Yangtze Area during the Ordo-Silurian Transition

Extensive organic-matter （OM） rich facies （black shales） occur in the Ordo-Silurian boundary successions in the Yangtze area, South China. To investigate the redox changes of the Yangtze Sea during the Ordo-Silurian transition, two OM sections （Wangjiawan in Yichang, Hubei Province, and Sanjiaguan in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province） straddling the Ordo-Silurian boundary are studied. The measurements finished in this study include contents of the total organic carbon （TOC）, pyrite sulphur, and different species of Fe, including dithionite-extractable Fe （FED）, pyrite Fe （FeP）, HCl-extractable Fe （FeH）, and total Fe （FeT）, in black shales, as well as other redox proxies, such as the SIC ratio, the ratio between highly reactive Fe （FeHR = FeD ＋ FeP） and FeT, and the FeP/（FeP ＋ FeH） ratio, known as the degree of pyritization （DOP）. In the Wangjiawan section, the Middle Ashgill sediments have high FeHR/FeT ratios （0.20-0.77; avg. 0.45）, high DOP values （0.21-0.72; avg. 0.54）, and a relatively constant sulfur content independent of the organic carbon content. By the contrast, the mid-early Hirnantian deposits generally have low FeHR/FeT ratios （0.10-0.35; avg. 0.21）, low DOP values （0.11- 0.40; avg. 0.28）, and SIC values are clustering on the normal marine value （SIC = 0.36）. The late Hirnantian and early Rhuddanian deposits, similar to those of the Middle Ashgill deposits, are characterized by high FeHR/FeT ratios （0.32-0.49; avg. 0.41）, high DOP values （0.46-0.68; avg. 0.53） and fairly constant sulfur contents. These data suggest the occurrences of marine anoxia on the Yangtze Sea shelf during intervals of the Mid Ashgill, Late Hirnantian and Early Rhuddanian, and ventilated and oxygenated marine conditions during the mid-early Hirnantian time. The mid-early Hirnantian ventilated event was concomitant with the global glacial period, likely resulted from the glacio-eustatic sea-level fall and subsequent circulation of cold, dense oxygenated waters     

东明县城区第二次城镇土地调查项目控制测量权属调查阶段成果率先通过验收

2008年5月31日,省、市第二次城镇土地调查办公室组成验收组,对东明县城区第二次城镇土地调查项目控制测量、权属调查阶段成果进行了验收。验收组采用内外业相结合的方式,听取了工作报告、技术报告、检查报告,实地抽查检视了部分城区D级、E级GPS控制点。验收组一致认为：东明县提交的验收成果资料基本完整,齐全,技术设计方案合理,技术总结和工作总结能反映整个工作过程的组织、计划、统计情况;质量控制措施严密,检查项目齐全,格式规范;控制测量成果符合技术设计书要求,技术路线正确,工作流程合理,GPS控制网布测方案能满足城区地籍调查和相应精度分级的要求,点位选择合理,     

邹平火山岩盆地铜矿地质成因地球物理特征探讨

邹平铜矿处于齐河-广饶深大断裂带南部的邹平火山岩盆地中,形成于破火山口火山通道充填的石英正长闪长岩岩颈中央上部,包括伟晶岩型铜矿和细脉浸染状斑铜矿床两种类型。前者矿体较小,但品位高;后者品位较低,但规模中等。含矿石英正长闪长岩等密度小、磁性弱,故在火山岩系中呈现高背景重力场上的重力低和杂乱高磁场背景中的低负异常,即“重磁同低”,且高极化。重磁同低异常区和高极化率异常带,是本区寻找铜矿的有利部位。     

一种DBS多普勒中心的估计算法

多普勒中心估计是DBS成像的重要问题,其估计的准确性决定了扫描中心角补偿、距离走动校正等多项性能的精度.对DBS基本原理和多普勒中心估计进行了介绍,提出了采取相关函数法完成精确多普勒中心估计,利用距离走动率进行解模糊的方法,并进行了仿真分析.还提出了采取三重频法来避开多普勒盲区,从而得到无模糊的多普勒中心,保证高精度的成像.     

Fe-Cu-Zn-Mo同位素示踪氧化还原过程

非传统稳定同位素（Fe-Cu-Zn-Mo）理论与数据相结合提高了科研工作者对地质体系氧化还原过程的理解。本文对这一相对较新的领域进行了综述,包括与氧化还原过程相关的同位素分馏理论和实验约束、时空尺度下的氧逸度以及同位素示踪氧化还原过程。稳定同位素理论预测,Fe-Cu-Zn-Mo同位素应该对氧化还原状态的变化能够做出响应。结果表明,Fe同位素作为岩浆过程、表生过程、俯冲带流体性质"氧逸度计"应用前景广阔;Cu同位素在岩浆、热液、陆地系统可以很好地示踪氧化还原过程;Zn同位素由于络合过程分馏已经被用在许多不同环境中作为含硫/碳流体迁移的敏感示踪剂;Mo同位素作为古氧逸度计可有效重建古海洋-大气氧化还原状态。     

岩石破裂与氡含量变化关系的实验研究

为探索氡含量的变化能否视作地震前兆,作者进行了岩石破裂与氡含量变化关系的模拟实验。实验结果表明,可以认为岩石破裂是引起地震之前氡含量异常的原因之一。文末,根据实验结果对在地震区某些实际观测中的问题进行了初步讨论。     

赣榆矿山企业年检率达百分之百

日前,江苏省赣榆县矿山企业年检工作通过省市的检查验收。赣榆县应提交矿山企业年度报告书112家,实际提交112家,实际年检率、年检合格率和抽检合格率均达100%。2006年以来,根据省市的统一布置,年检作为整顿和规范矿产资源开发秩序的一项主要措施,为确保按时完成矿山企业年检工作,赣榆县国土资源局成立由副局长为组长的年检工作领导小组,矿管、执法、监察等相关部门密切配合,18个镇所也成立矿山企业年检工作组,并确定一名矿管员为年检人;印发有关年度报告的法规摘要等宣传材料2 000份,并在县电视台打出滚动字幕100条(次),各镇所年检人还登门…     

Catalytic ozonation of phenol in water with natural brucite and magnesia

Catalytic ozonation has attracted much attention in treatment of wastewater for its mild conditions. Phenol and its ramifications are common components in a wide variety of wastewaters including those from coal conversion processes, coking plants, petroleum refineries and several chemical industries. In this paper, natural brucite and magnesia have been successfully used in catalytic ozonation of phenol. And the mechanisms of catalysis were also investigated. From Figs. 1 and 2, it can be found that both brucite and magnesia have remarkable catalysis on degradation of phenol and removal of Chemical Oxygen Demand （COD）. The pH of solutions on the process of ozonation alone, catalytic ozonation with brucites and with magnesia were 6.35-2.76, 10.18-8.52 and 10.58-10.83, respectively. It can be concluded that alkali environment plays a critical role for catalytic ozonation of phenol. We also found that the alkaline minerals reacted on the surface with oxalic acid and other low molecular-weight acids which are intermediate products in ozonation, but those intermediate products could be mineralized into carbon dioxide completely with enough ozonation time.     

江苏全力推动建筑节能

新建民用建筑必须强制性达到节能率50％的标准，在我省推行已有半年。在最近一次的建筑节能专项检查中发现，我省绝大部分新建建筑正在实行这一标准，建筑节能已由试点向全面实施发展，自然、节能的“绿色风”吹向了整个建筑领域。记者了解到，“十一五”期间，江苏为全力推动建筑节能要打出系列“组合拳”。     

台闽北部地区海岸阶地之对比

针对台湾海峡东岸台湾北部的海岸阶地进行调查研究，并与西岸福建东北部的海岸阶地进行分析比较；着重阐述台湾西北部4个海岸区域阶地的特性（阶序、分布、高度、崖差、构成等）及其变动情况（阶地抬升、变窄、延伸等）；通过推断形成年代、测算隆升速率等，探讨研究区域的海岸线变化与构造升降运动，结果发现：台湾岛的海阶变化不仅受到海平面变动的影响，尚受到区域性地壳隆升的控制；福建沿海地区受蓬莱造山运动的影响极小，海岸阶地的形成主要是受到数次海平面变化的影响；福建沿海的隆升速率由北向南逐渐减少，总体上低于海峡东岸台湾岛的隆升率（平均2mm／a）．该研究印证了：相对于台湾岛地区，福建沿海地区的地壳活动相对稳定，其海阶发育可能仅受到海平面变动的影响．’
