东白令海三种经济鲽类捕捞群体结构与生长特性比较

对东白令海水域双线鲽(Lepidopsetta bilineata)、太平洋拟庸鲽(Hippoglosso-ides elassodon)和阿拉斯加鲽(Pleuronectes quadrituberculata)等三种经济鲽类的捕捞群体结构和生长特性进行比较。得出结论是:(1)捕捞群体结构复杂;(2)渐近体长和渐近体重较大、寿命长、K值小;(3)雌鱼比雄鱼个体大、生长快、寿命长;(4)三种鲽类的捕捞群体结构和生长特性有明显差异。     

Analytic Solution of Interaction Between Surface Waves and Floating Elastic Plates with Elastic End-Restraints

Based on the dynamic theories of water waves and Mindlin plates,the analytic solution of interaction between surface waves and two-dimensional floating elastic plates with edge-restraint is constructed by use of the Wiener-Hopf technique.Firstly,without regard for elastic edge restraint,the wave-induced responses of elastic floating plate analyzed by the present method are in good agreement with the results from literature and experimental results.Therefore,it can be shown that the present method is valid.Secondly,three end-restraint cases(i.e.,the left-end elastic restraints,the both-end elastic restraints,and the right-end elastic restraints)are proposed to reduce the vibration of floating plates,in which the spring is used to connect the sea bottom and the floating plate's left(or right)edge.The relations between the spring stiffness and the parameters of wave-induced responses of floating plates are discussed.Moreover,the effective method to reduce the vibration of floating elastic plates can be obtained through comparison.     

黄鳍鲷视网膜结构和超微结构的研究

于1983—1984年,作者以光镜和电镜对采集于厦门海区的黄鳍鲷(Sparus latusHouttuyn)视网膜结构和超微结构进行观察,结果表明:视网膜中存在大量视锥和视杆细胞,其视锥细胞可分为单锥(SC)和双锥(TC)两种;视网膜颞侧边缘区为视锥、双极、无长突和神经节细胞的高密度区,该区单位面积(0.01mm~2)有双锥169—177个,单锥80—86个;双锥与单锥之比约为2:1。视网膜中央区到背-鼻侧边缘区为视杆细胞高密度区,该区单位面积(0.0lmm~2)有视杆细胞5017—4883个。水平细胞四层,最外一层水平细胞与单锥有一对一对应联系。 视锥细胞中,微管存在于椭圆体边缘区和肌样体;微丝分布于细胞内向突起中。视锥带状突触,在明适应视网膜中数量增加;在暗适应视网膜中数量减少。突触小泡密度在明、暗适应视网膜中未见有明显差异。色素上皮细胞中存在多种形态的溶酶体,黑色素颗粒与微丝相联系。     

一种基于电子地图的GPS导航定位技术

阐述了三种微机与GPS接收机间通讯的方法，并剖析了数种常见GPS接收机数据格式，基于图层结构用面向对象方法（OO）成功地构律字适用于导航定位的电子地图，该种导航定位技术已成功地应用于面向多波束数据后处理的成图系统MBChart，并在多波束勘测中得到初步试用，已取得预期效果。

本文分析了９２１９号台风登陆前后的动力结构及其变化，得出其动力结构具有明显不对称，并对其结构的成因作了物理解释，最后得出该台风的不对称结构有利于减小动能消耗。     

藻类分子生物技术两年评─—与藻类活性物质研究有关的生物技术

根据１９９２年６月－１９９４年６月国内外发表资料，评述海洋藻类活性物质研究的生物技术及最新成果。认为，海洋生物活性物质研究的重心正转向与海洋生物技术有关的研究。运用生物技术筛选、提取并生产藻类活性物质已经成为这一领域的主流。综合文献表明，藻类活性物质的生物技术正走向成熟，大量的活性物质被发现，光生物反应器将成为主要的下游生产技术，通过藻类基因工程生产药物已初现端倪。     

马蹄礁底栖海藻的研究

In this paper, the composition, distribution, seasonal variation and biomass of benthic algae of Qingdao Mati Reef were studied during the period from May of 1981 to April of 1982.The results of the investigation are as follows: 1. 83 species of benthic algae of Qingdao Mati Reef were found,and they are indentified as: 13 Chlorophyta, 16 Phaeophyta and 54 Rhodo-phyta.2. According to the flora of 83 species of benthic algae in Qingdao Mati Reef, it seems that they belong to warm temperate.3. The annual biomass and biomass variation of benthic algae in March were hightest of the west part of Qingdao Mati Reef.     

Stuidies on the Technology for Mass Production of Abalone Breeding

Based on the traditional way of abalone breeding,the technological process of industrial abalone breeding suitable for the coastal areas of southern China has been developed.The process is simple and easy to handle,and results in a high yield of young abalones after being applied.
