风沙路基施工技术初探

路基施工中保证路基填筑密实度，通常沙土路基采用水夯；普通路基采用振动碾、羊角碾等重型机具振密夯实。但在缺电、缺水，高气温、大风沙的沙漠气候等恶劣的施工条件下，风沙路基的施工如何保证路基填筑的密实度和施工机械在风沙路基上作业而不陷车的问题，就目前没有合适的经验可借鉴，也没有规范可参考。因此把在包西线神木北至延安北段的铁路工程建设中风沙路基施工所取得的经验和施工技术作一介绍。     

渐近极值理论在气候极值降水预测中的应用

采用渐近极值理论中的Ｇｕｍｂｌｅ第１和第３种类型的渐近分布，对成都地区日最大降水量的气候极值问题进行了研究，同时对不同的多种计算方法进行了比较，都取得了较满意的结果。     

成都及附近地区旅游气候资源研究

通过对成都及附近等7个地区多年气候资源及人体舒适指数进行分级比较，得出了7个地区的人体舒适指数的时间分布特征及对当地旅游的影响。     

项国土资源部“金土工程”正式立

由国土资源部向国家申报的“金土工程”一期建设项目建议书，于5月31日得到国家发改委正式批准。“金土工程”成为2002年确定的国家“十二金”电子政务重点工程之外第一个正式批准立项的电子政务工程项目。按照国家发改委对项目建议书的批复，“金土工程”一期建设包括：制定相关国土资源信息化标准；在国土资源部、31个省（市、区)和32个城市，建立相关土地基础数据库和耕地保护业务管理应用系统：建立重要矿产的矿产资源基础数据库和管理应用系统；     

A New Combination and Two Varieties of Polystigmate Gomphonema （Gomphonemaceae Bacillariophyta） from Heilongjiang Province, China

The authors discribed a new polystigmate combination, Gomphonema turris Ehr. var. okamurae (Skv.) Fan et Bao.comb.nov., and two new varieties, Gomphonema tuttis Ehr. vat. latum Fan et Wang. var.nov. and Gomphonema acum/natum var. obtusum Fan et Bao, var. nov., that were distinguished by frustule morphology under LM. The samples were collected from freshwater of Heilongjiang Province, China.     

冰川目录数据库软件设计及其应用

冰川目录数据库应用软件设计分汉字DBASEIII和英文DBASEIII两种类型,前者主要考虑便于科研人员对冰川资源的综合分析评价以及对冰川资源环境动态监测。后者便于国际资料交换,主要考虑库中资料的方便显示和输出。应用软件由13个模块组成,具有多方面的功能,通过本软件可以实现分布在我国11个大山区45000余条冰川和每条冰川26项主要参数的自动检索、编辑、区域内统计、打印、绘图等。     

江苏省同位素地质年龄数据库建设

系统介绍了江苏省同位素地质年龄数据库的建库工作及取得的主要成果，并针对同位素地质年龄数据库、工作指南和同位素地质测年工作等方面存在的问题提出了对策和建议。     

APPLICATION OF GEOGRAPHICAL PARAMETER DATABASE TO ESTABLISHMENT OF UNIT POPULATION DATABASE

Now GIS is turning into a good tool in handling geographical, economical, and population data, so we can obtain more and more information from these data. On the other hand, in some cases, for a calamity, such as hurricane, earthquake, flood, drought etc., or a decision-making, such as setting up a broadcasting transmitter, building a chemical plant etc., we have to evaluate the total population in the region influenced by a calamity or a project. In this paper, a method is put forward to evaluate the population in such special region. Through exploring the correlation of geographical parameters and the distribution of people in the same region by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, unit population database (1km× 1km) is established. In this way, estimating the number of people in a special region is capable by adding up the population in every grid involved in this region boundary.
