三维城市模型的研究与实践(英文)

The way we interact with spatial data has been changed from 2D map to 3D Virtual Geographic Environment (VGE). Three-dimensional representations of geographic information on a computer are known as VGE, and in particular 3D city models provide an efficient way to integrate massive, heterogenous geospatial information and georeferenced information in urban areas. 3D city modeling (3DCM) is an active research and practice topic in distinct application areas. This paper introduces different modeling paradigms employed in 3D GIS, virtual environment, and AEC/FM. Up-to-date 3DCM technologies are evolving into a data integration and collaborative approach to represent the full spatial coverage of a city, to model both aboveground and underground, outdoor and indoor environments including man-made objects and natural features with 3D geometry, appearance, topology and semantics. 科学找矿是实现新突破的重要保障

矿产是人类社会赖以生存和发展的重要自然资源。随着社会生产力的提高和社会进步,人类使用矿产的种类和数量在急剧增长。据统计,近半个世纪以来,全球的矿产开采量已超过人类几千年历史中开采矿产量的总和,利用矿产种类已达160种以上（包括能源、金属和非金属矿产等）。随着全球人口的增长和人民生活水平的提高,将需要更多品种和更大数量的矿产资源作支撑。因此,树立科学找矿意识,加强基础地质研究,拓展地学功能,已成为实现找矿新突破和地质勘查可持续发展的关键。     

空间信息服务模式研究

通过分析空间信息服务中的典型空间信息流动增值过程,建立了三种空间信息服务模式:线性传递的链状模式、共建共享的星状模式、基于Web2.0的网状模式.分析了每种模式的空间信息流模型与增值过程,并讨论了适合的空间信息服务应用,以及在Internet上未来会形成的空问信息增值服务网络,展望了空间信息服务的大众化发展方向.结合应用案例,分析了网状服务模式在网格GIS中的应用.

本文从学校定位及专业实际出发,探讨了测绘工程专业目前存在的问题,研究测绘工程专业人才培养模式和培养计划的基本思路及课程结构体系.从专业设置管理体制的建立、测绘工程专业专项建设经费的设立、实训基地的建设、现代化教学手段等方面对人才培养模式及培养计划实施的保障体系进行了探讨.     

The effect of the wave-induced mixing on the upper ocean temperature in a climate model

The significant underestimation of sea surface temperature （SST） and the temperature in the upper ocean is one of common problems in present climate models. The influence of the wave-induced mixing on SST and the temperature in the upper ocean was examined based on a global climate model. The results from the model coupled with wave-induced mixing showed a significant improvement in the simulation of SST and the temperature in the upper ocean compared with those of the original model without wave effects. Although there has still a cold bias, the new simulation is much closer to the climatology, especially in the northern ocean and tropical ocean. This study indicates that some important physical processes in the accurate simulation of the ocean may be ignored in present climate models, and the wave-induced mixing is one of those factors. Thus, the wave-induced mixing （ or the effect of surface waves） should be incorporated properly into climate models in order to simulate or forecast the ocean, then climate system, more accurately.     

对虾传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒衣壳蛋白基因的克隆表达及抗体制备

本文根据GenBank登录的对虾传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒(IHHNV)的全基因组序列(NC-002190),设计出主要结构蛋白基因的相应引物,从厦门发病的对虾中,提取DNA,以此为模板,利用PCR扩增目的基因.再将目的基因分别与pGEX-6p1载体和pET-28a载体连接,构建重组表达载体pGEX-Ⅳ、pET-Ⅳ,重组子经酶切和测序鉴定后导入表达型大肠杆菌BL21,IPTG诱导表达,SDS-PAGE检测,大小约为62KDa和41KDa,与预测大小一致.将pET-Ⅳ表达重组蛋白经纯化,免疫小鼠,Western免疫印迹反应结果表明其抗体均可与pGEX-Ⅳ和pET-Ⅳ表达的蛋白发生特异性反应.本研究的结果为对虾IHHNV的快速检测及其免疫提供了研究基础.     

尖刀蛏生化成分和营养价值评价

分析了尖刀蛏(Cultelles scalprum)肉的生化成分,并对其营养价值进行评定.结果显示:尖刀蛏的含肉率为60.3%,鲜肉中的水分、蛋白质、脂肪和灰分含量分别为84.21%、10.85%、1.31%和1.71%,人体必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的37.3%,不饱和脂肪酸含量占总脂肪的43.1%,其中廿碳五烯酸(C20:5,EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(C22:6,DHA)的含量分别占总脂肪的7.8%和15.7%.研究结果表明,尖刀蛏含肉率高,营养丰富,有较高的营养价值和保健价值.
