Effect of Bacillus baekryungensis YD13 Supplemented in Diets on Growth Performance and Immune Response of Sea Cucumber（Apostichopus japonicus）

The effect of a potential probiotic on the growth performance and immune response of sea cucumber（Apostichopus japonicus） was investigated. Bacillus baekryungensis YD13 isolated from sea cucumber culturing ponds was added to sea cucumber basal feed as a probiotic in different doses（0, the control; 1×10^4（YD134）, 1×10^6（YD136） and 1×10^8（YD138） CFU g-1 of diet）, and administered orally to A. japonicus（initial mean wet weight 5.44 g ± 0.17 g）. The sea cucumbers were fed in 20 aquaria, 5 each treatment, for 60 d. At the end of growth trial, 20 sea cucumbers from each treatment were challenged with Vibrio splendidus. A. japonicus in YD134 and YD136 exhibited significantly better growth performance than control（P 〈0.05）. Five non-specific immune parameters including lysozyme, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, superoxide dismutase and catalase in coelomic fluid were measured to evaluate the immune response of A. japonicus to the probiotics. Results showed that all parameters were significantly improved when YD11 was supplemented in the dose of 1×10^6 CFU g^-1（P 〈0.05）. The cumulative incidence and mortality after the Vibrio splendidus challenge decreased significantly in sea cucumbers of YD136. Accordingly, 1×10^6 CFU g^-1 of YD13 in diet was recommended for the growth promotion and immune enhancement of A. japonicus.     

巩义市开展打击非法采矿专项行动

正为有效打击无证开采和超层越界违法开采行为,促进矿产资源开发秩序和矿山安全生产形势进一步好转,巩义市从6月1日起至10月20日,在全市范围内开展打击非法开采和超层越界违法开采专项行动。据悉,此次专项行动检查的范围是全市持证矿山企业和各类无证开采矿点,重点是有超层越界查处记录和嫌疑的矿山企业。排查治理分自查自纠(2014年6月1日至7月1日)、集中排查(7月2日至8月1日)、集中整治(8月2日至10月1日)、总结完善四个阶段进行。

从我国宪法实施的总体状况来看,执政党一直将宪法作为一个重要的政治文件,因此政治化实施是宪法实施的一个重要特点。     

江苏南部汛期降水日变化特征分析

利用江苏南部20个气象观测站2008—2012年汛期(5—10月)逐小时降水资料,应用降水频率来分析了江苏南部地区降水日变化基本特征和区域差异。研究表明:降水日变化特征地域性差异较强,西部站、东部站和东北沿海站都存在一定的特征差异。东部站降水量的最大值主要出现在下午和傍晚;西部站降水量主峰值出现在下午,并且在清晨和夜间还有两个次峰值;东北沿海站呈现出午前、午后的双峰值形式。2008—2011年降水量下午高值区有先减弱后增强并提前的趋势,而上午的高值区有总体减弱并推迟的特征。2011年后有明显减弱的趋势。江苏南部总体来说,短时强降水(大于20和25 mm/h)在16—19时出现主峰值,07—09时也有相对较小的次峰值。     

中海达杯第三届全国高等学校大学生测绘技能大赛落幕

Progress in Studies of the Precipitation Diurnal Variation over Contiguous China

This paper summarizes the recent progress in studies of the diurnal variation of precipitation over con- tiguous China. The main results are as follows. （1） The rainfall diurnal variation over contiguous China presents distinct regional features. In summer, precipitation peaks in the late afternoon over the south- ern inland China and northeastern China, while it peaks around midnight over southwestern China. In the upper and middle reaches of Yangtze River valley, precipitation occurs mostly in the early morning. Summer precipitation over the central eastern China （most regions of the Tibetan Plateau） has two diurnal peaks, i.e., one in the early morning （midnight） and the other in the late afternoon. （2） The rainfall diurnal variation experiences obvious seasonal and sub-seasonal evolutions. In cold seasons, the regional contrast of rainfall diurnal peaks decreases, with an early morning maximum over most of the southern China. Over the central eastern China, diurnal monsoon rainfall shows sub-seasonal variations with the movement of summer monsoon systems. The rainfall peak mainly occurs in the early morning （late afternoon） during the active （break） monsoon period. （3） Cloud properties and occurrence time of rainfall diurnal peaks are different for long- and short-duration rainfall events. Long-duration rainfall events are dominated by strat- iform precipitation, with the maximum surface rain rate and the highest profile occurring in the late night to early morning, while short-duration rainfall events are more related to convective precipitation, with the maximum surface rain rate and the highest profile occurring between the late afternoon and early night. （4） The rainfall diurnal variation is influenced by multi-scale mountain-valley and land-sea breezes as well as large-scale atmospheric circulation, and involves complicated formation and evolution of cloud and rainfall systems. The diurnal cycle of winds in the lower troposphere also contributes to the regional differences     

数字地图制图原理与技术课程思政元素挖掘与实践

以地理信息科学领域的数字地图制图原理与技术课程为例,提出了知识传授、能力培养、思政育人“三位一体”的教学目标,提炼了辩证思维方法、爱国情怀、使命担当、版图意识等课程思政元素,构建了思政典型案例库。教学实践表明,在知识传授中融入课程思政元素不仅可以实现铸魂育人的目标,还可以极大地提高学员主动学习的自觉性和积极性。     

拉日铁路雅江峡谷地质特征及选线原则

拉日铁路为青藏铁路延伸段,全长约253 km,穿越雅鲁藏布江峡谷区,区内地质条件极为复杂,断层发育,最宽断层可达700余m,各向断层相互交织;不良地质分布广泛,如滑坡、错落、危岩落石、泥石流及地热等,不良地质作用也异常强烈,落石可达10余m,局部地温高达60度以上。针对复杂的地质条件,提出相应的选线原则,对相近工程地质条件下的线路工程选线有一定指导意义。
