《内蒙古气象》主要刊登气象科技领域的综合评述及研究论文,包括:天气、气候诊断分析与预测;气象业务技术经验及业务现代化建设;人工影响天气的有关技术;气象灾害的发生、发展规律及防灾减灾决策;专业气象服务技术方法;气象科技信息动态等。1来稿要求1.1来稿务必论点明确,论据充分,数据可靠,文字通顺精炼。每篇论文(含图表)一般不超过5000字。     

Eco-environmental spatial characteristics of Fildes Peninsula based on TuPu models

This study applies a TuPu analysis to investigate ecological and environmental aspects of an Antarctic ice-free area, using Fildes Peninsula as an example. The TuPu unit was determined using a vector-grid mixed data model. Information from the eco-environment elements was effectively extracted, and was generalized into different classes by means of data mining technol- ogy. A series of single-factor thematic information TuPu models, such as topography, soil, animal and vegetation, and human activities for Fildes Peninsula were built in this study. The topography TuPu model contained information on elevation and slope. The soil TuPu model involved soil development stages and soil thickness information. The animal and vegetation TuPu model contained the distribution of animals, plant types, lichen cover and lichen height. The human activities TuPu model included popu- lation density and human disturbance index information. The landscape comprehensive information TuPu model of Fildes Penin- sula also was established, and contains twenty-nine landscape units and twelve types of combined environments. The study quan- titatively revealed the spatial morphology and correlation of the regional eco-environment based on the analysis of these TuPu models. From these models, we can draw the conclusion that there is a regular differentiation of eco-environment from the coastal bands to the central hills in Fildes Peninsula, and that the eco-environment condition of the eastern coasts is different from that of the western coasts. The eco-environmental spatial variation also differs greatly from north to south. Based on analysis of spatial correlation, the vegetation in Fildes Peninsula has the greatest correlation with human activity, and has a certain correlation with topography and soil. This research may provide a new technical approach and scientific basis for the in-depth study of Antarctic eco-environments.     

Preliminary investigations on Arctic microalgae by joint aDDlication of fluorescent instruments

In vivo fluorescence has a wide application in analyzing microalgae, including assessing phytoplankton biomass, rates of primary production and physiological status. This study describes a preliminary investigation on the joint application of the three kinds of fluorescence analysis in the physiological study of microalgae. Flow cytometry and fluorescence spectrometry were used to obtain the in vivo static fluorescence information of pigments, and a Pulsed-Amplitude-Modulation chlorophyll fluorometer was used to detect the dynamic fluorescence of chlorophyll. The validity of the joint application was proved by analyzing two labora- tory cultured Arctic microalgae, Pseudo-nitzschia delicatissima （Bacillariophyceae） and Thalassiosira sp. The higher value of minimum fluorescence yield in dark-adapted state （Fo）, actual photochemical efficiency of PSll （ФPSII）, and electron transport rate （ETR） exhibited positive results in a higher cell abundance and chlorophyll a content of P. delicatissima; whereas higher fl-carotene content of Thalassiosira sp. played an important role in the protection of photosynthesis.

改革开放以来,建筑设计行业是与时俱进的,企业发展和产业技术都有进步,综合素质不断提升,企业效益和个人收入也不错。但与工业、交通先进设计企业来比,总感到有些不尽人意,是思想不解放吗？还是生产关系阻碍着生产力的发展,我想两者均有,可能后者多些。从战略发展上考虑,还要进一步解放思想,改革某些不适应生产力发展的上层建筑,才能使建筑设计行业跟上时代,进一步解放生产力,使之又好又快持续发展。

基于DInSAR技术与WorldView-2影像的煤矿塌陷区信息提取研究

结合DIn SAR与World View-2光学遥感解译技术,对研究区进行多源数据处理,提取研究地区的煤矿塌陷区信息,然后对处理后的两种结果进行对比。二者既有区别,又可以互补,最终在研究区形成完整的塌陷区信息。
