海浪非线性性的实验研究——Ⅰ.波面高度分布的非正态性

本文介绍海浪非线性性实验研究的第一部分。利用实验室测得的在各种背景下具有不同非线性强度的风浪波面记录,通过波面统计分析,并与非线性波面理论分布比较,揭示了海浪非线性性的外观特征及其随风速、风区等的变化规律。

Numerical Solution of Lock-Release Gravity Current with Viscous Self-Similar Regime

Lock-release gravity currents with a viscous self-similar regime are simulated by use of the renormalization group(RNG) k - ε model for Reynolds-stress closure. Besides the turbulent regime with initially a slumping phase of a conslant current front speed and later an inviseid self-similar phase of front speed decreasing as t^-1/3(where t is the time measured from release), the viseous self-similar regime is satisfactorily reproduced with front speed decreasing as t^-4/5,consistent with well known experimental observations.     

Characteristics of Scour and Deposition in Front of Breakwaters Under Irregular Broken Clapotis

First the scour and deposition patterns of the sandy seabed in front of a vertical breakwater under the action of irregular broken clapotis are investigated experimentally and classified into five types: scour type Ⅰ , scour type Ⅱ, scour type Ⅲ, deposition type Ⅰ, and deposition type Ⅱ . Secondly, the processes of formation of scour and deposition patterns are probed in comparison with those induced by regular broken clapotis and standing waves. Thirdly, the criteria for distinguishing scour and deposition patterns under irregular broken clapotis are presented.     

风浪波分量相速度的测量及其结果的解释

线性海浪谱理论认为：风浪是由多数频率和振幅不等、位相紊乱的简单波动线性叠加的结果。按照此种理论，风浪波分量的相速度应遵从线性波动弥散关系c=g／n(n为圆频率，g为重力加速度)。这种理论究竟在多大程度上符合实际风浪的情况?     

地震折射波的虚拟速度—临界角谱的原理与制作方法

虚拟速度-临界角谱是地震折射波虚拟射线理论的应用之一。根据共始点或共折射点记录的相似性，利用第一虚拟时距曲线方程，对时距曲线进行扫描计算，可以制作共始点谱和共折射点谱。文中，通过实际介质模型的计算机试算结果，对该方法作了验证。     

豹皮菌中两种氨基酸成分对N－甲基D－门冬氨酸（NMDA）受体的作用

报道豹皮菌（Ａｍａｎｉｔａｐａｎｔｈｅｒｉｎａ）中两种氨基酸成分ＫＩ－Ⅰ、ＫＩ－Ⅱ对ＮＭＤＡ（Ｎ－Ｍｅｔｈｙｌ－Ｄ－Ａｓｐａｒｔａｔｅ）受体的活性研究。ＫＩ－Ⅰ和ＫＩ－Ⅱ对ＮＭＤＡ受体的作用是通过大鼠大脑皮质和脊髓突触部分的受体结合实验进行的。实验结果指出：ＫＩ－Ⅰ是一种高活性ＮＭＤＡ受体激动剂；ＫＩ－Ⅱ是ＮＭＤＡ受体拈抗剂。     

鲤鱼疖疮病病原菌的分离与鉴定

鱼类的疖疮病在我国各地养殖区虽不是一种严重的流行病，但也时有所见，而且无明显的流行季节，一年四季常有发现，感染的对象也很广泛，几年来我们在实际工作中，常见到鲤、青及草等几种主要养殖鱼类均时有罹及。该病的特征是在鱼体表皮的局部组织上生有与人类疖疮病相似的脓疮，发病的部位没有一定，常处于鱼体的两侧或背鳍基部附近，罹病的鱼在将死亡时，观察到脓疮内部肌肉组织溃疡成脓血交加的液体，
