有色噪声作用下的卡尔曼滤波

利用GPS载波相位三差观测量进行动态定位(或精密导航),就必须研究有色噪声滤波的理论问题.根据需求,推导了动态噪声、观测噪声为有色噪声的线性系统滤波公式,并证明白噪声卡尔曼滤波是有色噪声卡尔曼滤波的特例,或者说有色噪声的卡尔曼滤波是白噪声卡尔曼滤波的推广.     

Long-term seismic noise investigations on Shikotan Island: First results

In 2003–2004, long-term seismic noise observations were launched on Shikotan Island (Lesser Kuril Range) based on the “Shikotan” dormant regional seismic station. The geological and geophysical data on the registration area are reported. Information about the equipment and its technical specifications is given. The precursors to the strongest local earthquakesthat occurred in the Shikotan Island region in January 2005–March 2007 are identified.     

TheROSAT survey of extreme UV sources: a new window on the universe

This paper discusses the first all-sky suvey of cosmic extreme ultra-violet sources, discovered by theROSAT Wide Field Camera. Details of the instrument and the survey are presented, with comparisons made to previous selected surveys in the X-ray regime. The subsequent optical identification program is described, and the major results summarized. I then discuss the main classes of EUV emitters: active chromosphere stars and hot white dwarfs, and describe the importance of EUV obserevations in understanding the astrophysics of these objects. Many bright, and relatively nearby, sources have been identified with hitherto unrecognized active stars, representing the extremes in chromospheric and coronal activity, be it binary or age related. Many new hot DA white dwarfs have also been indentified, and the most exciting result in this area is the discovery that significant traces of heavier elements (e.g. C, N, O, Si, Fe & Al) exist in their atmospheres, substantially increasing their EUV opacities. The importance of hot white dwarfs as standard candles in probing the local interstellar medium is also discussed. Miscellaneous counterparts (AGN, PNN, O-B stars and CVs) that make up the rest of the sample of EUV sources are also briefly mentioned. I conclude the paper with a discussion of the new magnetic cataclysmic variables discovered at SAAO, which have been the subject of intensive follow-up observations.     

Assessing the Vibrational Frequencies of the Cathedral of Cologne (Germany) by Means of Ambient Seismic Noise Analysis

Ambient seismic noise measurements were conducted inside the Cathedral of Cologne (Germany) for assessing its frequencies of vibration and for checking whether these occur in the range where soil amplification is expected. If this is the case, damages may increase in case of an earthquake due to an increased structural response of the building. Analysis of the ratio between the horizontal and vertical components of the spectra recorded at stations located inside the building as well as the ratio between the corresponding components of the spectra recorded simultaneously inside the building and at a reference station placed in the basement of the cathedral indicated several modes of vibration. Facilitated by these results an assessment of the seismic vulnerability was attempted for a 2D ground motion scenario using the finite element method.     

基于可分解马尔科夫网的极端椒盐噪声图像滤波

提出了一种基于可分解马尔科夫网(decomposableMarkovnetworks,DMN)的极端椒盐噪声的均值滤波方法,指出其网络节点的阈值衰减特性和网络节点的连接特性具有很好的对椒盐噪声污染图像的噪声定位的作用,并提出一种在该网络控制下,只对与噪声相关的像素进行均值计算以替代噪声像素的亚均值滤波算法,实现了图像的较强自适应滤波。实验表明,本文方法具有良好的滤波性能。     

图像平滑算法比较研究及改进策略

图像平滑作为去除图像中含有噪声的图像增强处理技术，是各种与图像有关软件中必不可少的功能模块。文中在分析噪声模型的基础上，对均值平滑、中值平滑、边缘保持平滑等技术从图像处理空间域中的算法原理、实现方法及效率等方面进行了详细比较。针对图像中含有的不同噪声模型，通过多次试验，得出了值得从事图像处理研究者参考的结论。这将有助于提高图像处理软件开发的效率。     

基于复小波变换的SAR图像斑点滤波方法

斑点噪声的存在使得SAR图像的应用受到较大的限制.文中首先介绍了SAR图像斑点噪声模型以及几种常用的SAR斑点噪声抑制方法;然后对小波变换斑点噪声滤波方法进行分析,提出了基于二元树复小波变换的SAR图像滤波方法.实验比较表明,二元树复小波变换抑制SAR斑点噪声效果明显,较小波变换更具有优越性.
