Owing to the multipath effect, the source localization in shallow water has been an area of active interest. However, most methods for source localization in shallow water are sensitive to the assumed model of the underwater environment and have poor robustness against the underwater channel uncertainty, which limit their further application in practical engineering. In this paper, a new method of source localization in shallow water, based on vector optimization concept, is described, which is highly robust against environmental factors affecting the localization, such as the channel depth, the bottom reflection coefficients, and so on. Through constructing the uncertainty set of the source vector errors and extracting the multi-path sound rays from the sea surface and bottom, the proposed method can accurately localize one or more sources in shallow water dominated by multipath propagation. It turns out that the natural formulation of our approach involves minimization of two quadratic functions subject to infinitely many nonconvex quadratic constraints. It shows that this problem (originally intractable) can be reformulated in a convex form as the so-called second-order cone program (SOCP) and solved efficiently by using the well-established interior point method, such as the software tool, SeDuMi. Computer simulations show better performance of the proposed method as compared with existing algorithms and establish a theoretical foundation for the practical engineering application. 相似文献

In this study, a reliability index vector formula is proposed for series system with two failure modes in term of the concept of reliability index vector and equivalent failure modes. Firstly, the reliability index vector is introduced to determine the correlation coefficient between two failure modes, and then, the reliability index vector of a series system can be obtained. Several numerical cases and an analysis on offshore platform are performed, and the results show that this scheme provided here has better computational accuracy, and its calculation process is simpler for the series systems reliability calculations compared with the other methods. Back analysis is a powerful tool to determine geomechanical parameters. In this article, a practical approach that employs the response surface method and MS Excel solver for back analysis is presented. The least square support vector machine (LSSVM)-based response surface is utilized to represent the nonlinear relationship between the geomechanical parameters and the monitored information and Excel solver is used to search the geomechanical parameters based on the monitoring information. We analyze the robustness and search ability of the proposed approach. On the other hand, two numerical cases on a circular tunnel and a slope are used to verify the proposed approach. Results clearly indicate that LSSVM-based response surface is effectively able to be used to identify the geomechanical parameters from the monitoring displacements. 相似文献

针对多源遥感影像土地覆盖分类结果一致性与分类精度改进的要求,对两组中等空间分辨率的光学影像进行土地覆盖分类,以支持向量机分类结果为基础,采用Kappa统计量、双错误测量、Q统计量、相同错误率从不同角度评价了不同分类结果的一致性。实验表明,多源遥感数据分类结果总体上常规一致性程度较好,二值先验一致性程度尚可,错误一致性程度较小;不同土地覆盖类别的一致性程度并不相同,有的类别甚至出现不一致现象。提出组合法和替换法两种策略以综合数据优点、实现多传感器数据集成应用,能够有效提高分类精度。 相似文献

针对最小二乘支持向量机的参数选择问题,用遗传算法来搜索最小二乘支持向量机的相关参数,避免了人工搜索参数的盲目性,提高了模型的推广性能。根据大量的实际边坡工程数据,建立了基于进化-最小二乘支持向量机的边坡稳定性模型,并将其应用于估计丁家河磷矿自然边坡稳定状况。计算结果与工程实际情况一致,表明了该方法的有效性和合理性。 相似文献

提出了一种基于均匀设计原理、最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)和粒子群优化算法(PSO)的快速位移反分析方法。该方法利用均匀设计和有限差分法获得学习样本,再用粒子群算法搜索最优的最小二乘支持向量机模型参数。并用最小二乘支持向量机回归模型建立反演参数与监测点位移值之间的非线性映射关系,最后用粒子群算法从全局空间上搜索与实测位移最吻合的反演参数。该反演模型利用了粒子群算法高效简单、均匀设计构造高质量小样本以及最小二乘支持向量机的小样本、泛化性能好的特点。将该模型应用于龙滩水电站左岸地下厂房区岩体地应力场的反演分析中,计算结果与实测的位移值和地应力值均吻合较好,说明了该模型在岩土工程快速反演分析中具有良好的应用价值。 相似文献

角度域成像道集是叠前深度偏移的重要输出结果,它是偏移速度分析、各向异性分析和AVA分析等研究工作的基础.目前存在的角度域成像道集的生成方法受计算效率或角度分辨率的影响,仍然满足不了实际生产的要求.角度域成像道集的生成方法可以大致分为直接法和间接法两大类.在直接方法中,波矢量方向计算和局部平面波分解是两个最重要的内容,它们共同决定角度域成像条件的实现效率和角度域成像道集的质量.为了完善现有的角度域成像道集生成方法,本文提出一种新的波矢量计算方法和局部平面波分解方法.本文先用波动方程任意时刻的柯西条件构造一个只含原波场负频率成分的柯西波场,然后根据柯西波场在时间波数域的振幅谱计算波场的波矢量方向.该方法仅在需要计算波矢量方向的时刻合成柯西波场,不需要增加额外的数据读写操作,是一种高效的波矢量计算方法.本文还以柯西波场为基础提出一种高效的局部平面波分解方法,保证角度域成像条件的实现效率.结合柯西波场和局部平面波分解方法,本文最后给出一种新的角度域成像方法.文中最后的数值实验证明该方法得到的角度域成像道集具有理想的角度分辨率,可以反映地下构造的角度照明情况. 相似文献

Earthquake‐induced slope displacement is an important parameter for safety evaluation and earthquake design of slope systems. Traditional probabilistic seismic hazard analysis usually focuses on evaluating slope displacement at a particular location, and it is not suitable for spatially distributed slopes over a large region. This study proposes a computationally efficient framework for fully probabilistic seismic displacement analysis of spatially distributed slope systems using spatially correlated vector intensity measures (IMs). First, a spatial cross‐correlation model for three key ground motion IMs, that is, peak ground acceleration (PGA), Arias intensity, and peak ground velocity, is developed using 2686 ground motion recordings from 11 recent earthquakes. To reduce the computational cost, Monte Carlo simulation and data reduction techniques are utilized to generate spatially correlated random fields for the vector IMs. The slope displacement hazards over the region are further quantified using empirical predictive equations. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to highlight the importance of the spatial correlation and the advantage of using spatially correlated vector IMs in seismic hazard analysis of spatially distributed slopes. 利用2013年3月3日洱源5.5级地震前后所获得的2种流动地磁资料,分析了地磁总强度与矢量观测的异常变化特征。(1)地磁总强度观测结果表明:地震前,测区内相邻期总强度变化的正负值区大致均衡,逐渐演变为整个测区都是正值并出现高梯度带,正值的高梯度带再演变为正负值交界的高梯度带,此时震中位于正值高梯度带的边缘;地震后,正负值交界的高梯度带远离震中,正负值区又大致均衡;(2)地磁矢量观测结果表明:地震前,岩石圈磁场变化的水平矢量、垂直矢量在震区均有显著差异,磁偏角、磁倾角和总强度变化的零等变线均在震区周边穿过;地震后,岩石圈磁场变化的水平、垂直矢量在震区的显著差异消失,磁偏角和总强度在震区正负值交界的高梯度带逐渐消失,磁偏角的零等变线在震区未出现。 相似文献
