筒型基础负压沉贯就位后,筒内表面土的沉降会使土层上部产生一层水膜。严重的水膜现象会影响到筒基平台的正常使用,为此专门设计本项试验来模拟筒内水膜形成的机理,并且提出了向筒内灌浆的方法解决水膜问题的方案。该试验通过配土、设计模型筒基、负压沉贯和筒内灌浆等操作过程,设置土槽、安装孔压传感器等实验手段,从土体破坏的角度,寻求负压沉贯过程中沉贯负压、沉贯阻力及孔隙水压力等因素对水膜形成的影响,试图探询水膜形成的规律,并且通过不同泥浆的灌浆试验来寻找有效解决水膜现象的方法。  相似文献

本文介绍了昆明长水国际机场航站楼1m直径隔震橡胶支座的更换技术。针对机场航站楼隔震承台轴力不同,隔震橡胶支座自重大,人工无法移动,且隔震层上下承台之间距离小等实际情况,定制了特殊的柴油机械传动叉车和液压千斤顶。更换支座的上承台顶升与周边上承台的顶升采用异步顶升方法。本文介绍了异步顶升方法千斤顶的布置和上承台顶升位移限值的确定方法。通过现场测量上法兰板螺栓孔在下法兰板投影的位置,按照投影位置加工上法兰板螺栓孔的方法,解决了由于隔震支座发生水平剪切变形使上下法兰板孔竖向不对齐的问题。通过两个措施大大减小了上承台顶升高度:(1)提前施加压力,减小了新支座的高度;(2)把旧隔震支座上下法兰板连接起来,阻止了支座竖向压缩变形的恢复。该技术成功应用于昆明长水国际机场42个侧鼓变形隔震橡胶支座的更换。该技术简单、经济、可行,可为其他工程隔震橡胶支座更换提供借鉴,为相关规范标准的制定提供参考。  相似文献

本文对一基础隔震模型进行了软着陆保护振动台模拟地震动试验,展示了该隔震体系在发生水平向大变形条件下,在不同后备支座以及滑移面摩擦系数不同情况下,轴压力从承载支座向后备支座转移的情况。结果表明:软着陆隔震保护体系不仅保护了承载支座免遭大变形失稳破坏,同时还能提供摩擦阻尼,将隔震层位移和上部结构层间位移控制在允许范围内。文中对隔震层位移、上部结构最大层间位移及绝对加速度等进行了分析,所得理论曲线与试验拟合曲线吻合较好。具有很大的应用前景。  相似文献

文章运用Malmquist-DEA指数方法考察中国沿海省、市、自治区2006—2015年海洋科技创新全要素生产率(TFP)变化情况,并将其分解为TEC、TC、PC及SE等4个指标用以分析海洋科技创新TFP增长的内在原因,并对沿海各地区海洋科技创新TFP增长的差异进行收敛检验。研究发现:(1)海洋科技创新TFP呈现总体增长趋势,但总体规模处于规模报酬递减阶段。(2)在观察期内,沿海地区TEC、PC和SE这3个指数指标走势基本相同,较为稳定,都在1.000这条水平线附近做微小波动,对海洋科技创新TFP的增长影响较小。海洋科技创新TC是海洋科技创新TFP增长的决定性因素。(3)海洋科技创新TFP增长存在α收敛和绝对β收敛,沿海地区海洋科技创新TFP之间存在"追赶效应"。  相似文献

Prediction of the peak break‐up water level, which is the maximum instantaneous stage during ice break‐up, is desirable to allow effective ice flood mitigation, but traditional hydrologic flood routing techniques are not efficient in addressing the large uncertainties caused by numerous factors driving the peak break‐up water level. This research provides a probability prediction framework based on vine copulas. The predictor variables of the peak break‐up water level are first chosen, the pair copula structure is then constructed by using vine copulas, the conditional density distribution function is derived to perform a probability prediction, and the peak break‐up water level value can then be estimated from the conditional density distribution function given the conditional probability and fixed values of the predictor variables. This approach is exemplified using data from 1957 to 2005 for the Toudaoguai and Sanhuhekou stations, which are located in the Inner Mongolia Reach of the Yellow River, and the calibration and validation periods are divided at 1986. The mean curve of the peak break‐up water level estimated from the conditional distribution function can capture the tendency of the observed series at both the Toudaoguai and Sanhuhekou stations, and more than 90% of the observed values fall within the 90% prediction uncertainty bands, which are approximately twice the standard deviation of the observed series. The probability prediction results for the validation period are consistent with those for the calibration period when the nonstationarity of the marginal distributions for the Sanhuhekou station are considered. Compared with multiple linear regression results, the uncertainty bands from the conditional distribution function are much narrower; moreover, the conditional distribution function is more capable of addressing the nonstationarity of predictor variables, and the conclusions are confirmed by jackknife analysis. Scenario predictions for cases in which the peak break‐up water level is likely to be higher than the bankfull water level can also be conducted based on the conditional distribution function, with good performance for the two stations.  相似文献

The food sovereignty movement proposes a localist approach to meeting food security while delivering broader social, economic and environmental benefits. The movement is spawning multiple local projects of food sovereignty, whereby people are empowered to define their own culturally and environmentally appropriate food systems. As the number of enacted examples increases, the movement is also affecting change at national (and international) levels, with a number of countries creating national strategies or legislation for food sovereignty. We reflect on the challenges created by such scaling up within the existing food system. We propose a focus on issues of institutional interplay in order to identify and critique challenges. We highlight three interplay situations between multiple, diverse enactments of food sovereignty at multiple levels, and between food sovereignty and the broader institutional contexts within which they are embedded.  相似文献

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are types of hazardous contaminants, which their ingestion could cause severe consequences on human health. Leakages from storage tanks, underground pipelines, and evaporation ponds are the main sources of soil and groundwater contaminations at the Tehran Oil Refinery area (TOR site), located in south of Tehran, Iran. In this study, soil samples were collected from different locations at and adjacent to a polluted stream in the south of the refinery. The samples were analyzed for two hazardous PAH compounds, namely benzo[a]anthracene and acenaphthene. The clean up levels due to the accidental ingestion of contaminated soils at the site were also investigated in accordance to the U.S.EPA guidelines. Comparing the soil analysis results indicated that the benzo[a]anthracene concentrations in the samples varied from 53 to 299 mg/kg, which were higher than the clean up level of 1.17 mg/kg. Thus, soil remediation is required for this contaminant. The acenaphthene analysis results denoted that the average concentration of this contaminant was below the clean up level of 116.67 mg/kg, indicating that no treatment for this contaminant is necessary at the TOR site. Also, because the slope of the ground extends to the south of the stream, which stimulates the migration of the contaminants in this direction due to advection and dispersion mechanisms, the average of benzo[a]anthracene concentrations in south samples was higher than north samples (i.e., Cavg(S) = 160 ppm, Cavg(N) = 113 ppm). Various treatment techniques such as thermal desorption, soil vapor extraction (SVE), and solidification/stabilization (S/S) were investigated for this site. Due to moderate to high plasticity and relatively low permeability of the soil and low volatility of benzo[a]anthracene, however S/S method is recommended as a practical approach for the remediation of the soil at the site.  相似文献

Spatial and temporal patterns of spring break‐up flooding in the Slave River Delta (SRD), Northwest Territories, are characterized during three years (2003–2005) using water isotope tracers and total inorganic suspended sediment (TSS) concentrations measured from lakewater samples collected shortly after the spring melt. Strongly contrasting spring melt periods led to a moderate flood in 2003, no flooding in 2004 and widespread flooding in 2005. Flooded lakes have isotopically‐depleted δup>18up>O (δup>2up>H) signatures, ranging between ? 19·2‰ (?145‰) and ? 17·1‰ (?146‰) and most have high TSS concentrations (>10 mg Lup>?1up>), while non‐flooded lakes have more isotopically‐enriched δup>18up>O (δup>2up>H) signatures, ranging between ? 18·2‰ (?149‰) and ? 10·6‰ (?118‰) and low TSS concentrations (<10 mg Lup>?1up>). These results, in conjunction with the isotopic signatures of Slave River water and snowmelt, are used to estimate the proportion of river‐ or snowmelt‐induced dilution in delta lakes during the spring of each study year. Calculations indicate river flooding caused dilution of ~70–100% in delta lakes, while snowmelt dilution in the absence of river flooding ranged from ~0–56%. A positive relationship exists between the spatial extent of spring flooding in the SRD and level and discharge on the Slave River and upstream tributaries, suggesting that upstream flow generation plays a key role in determining the magnitude of spring flooding in the SRD. Parallel variations in the 46‐year instrumental Slave River discharge record and flood stratigraphy in the active delta indicate that there is potential for extending the flood history of the SRD, a development that will contribute to a more robust understanding of the drivers of historic, contemporary and future flood frequency in the delta.
