We study the effect of magnetic-field axial asymmetry on the magnetocentrifugal acceleration of plasma when it flows in a source’s rotating magnetosphere (propeller effect). For an axisymmetric steady plasma flow, the first corrections to the energy that arise when the source rotates slowly are proportional to Ω4, suggesting a highly inefficient plasma acceleration. Magnetic-field axial asymmetry is shown to substantially modify the acceleration. The first corrections arise even in the first order in Ω. The plasma acceleration turns out to be considerably more efficient in a nonaxisymmetric magnetic field.  相似文献

针对曲线桥梁在地震中因固定支座处及桥墩底部受力过大而破坏严重的现象,提出考虑支座摩擦滑移隔震的曲线桥梁抗震设计方法,通过大型振动台模型试验,研究曲线桥梁考虑支座摩擦滑移时的隔震机理。试验结果表明:支座摩擦滑移可有效减小地震作用下曲线桥梁的桥墩加速度响应,但同时会增加桥墩与梁体间的相对位移;曲线桥梁进行隔震设计后,桥墩的应变响应明显减小,证明该设计方法可有效避免地震作用下桥墩底部产生较大的损伤;最后,探讨了考虑支座摩擦滑移时曲线桥梁的隔震机理并与震害进行了对比验证。研究成果可为曲线桥梁的减震隔设计提供新的视角。  相似文献

在华FDI的区域差异及其区位选择的演化过程与机制,受企业属性、产业特性及来源国和承接国社会经济环境等多种因素影响.在国际金融危机冲击下,全球虚拟与实体经济波动、国际产业转移新趋势与国家宏观政策新导向等内外部因素不断重构在华FDI时空格局演变过程与机制.基于路径依赖、外部冲击等理论分析框架,本文以泛长三角地区为例,首先从总量、行业与区位选择等方面分析了金融危机前后FDI的时空演变过程;其次通过计量模型对FDI区位选择影响因素演变过程进行实证研究.研究表明,金融危机前后泛长三角FDI区位选择及其影响因素转变遵循路径依赖动态演化模式,主要表现为原有演化路径受到金融危机冲击,伴随市场环境、生产要素成本、创新环境、集聚经济和沉淀成本、制度环境等内外生因素影响,FDI总量、行业与区位选择的演化趋势也呈现出复杂性与多样化.  相似文献

本文研究了地球弓激波前内透射离子动力学横场流不稳定性.电子速度分布函数采用平顶形式.对包含电磁效应的完整色散方程进行了数值求解.结果表明,增长率峰值比采用电子Maxwellian速度分布情形的值要大得多.同时在高速离子横场流和近乎垂直传播情况下,在色散方程中需要计入与电子贡献有关的含高阶Bessel函数的项.  相似文献

用紫外线辐射处理野生型龙须菜果孢子体放散刚附着的果孢子,并通过耐高温的筛选,初步获得了2株具有耐高温,生长快速等优良性状的四分孢子体突变株,命名为BZT-11和BZT-18,将其与981和野生型藻株进行了比较分析。结果显示,这2株突变体在实验室内和海上的日平均生长速率为均明显高于981和野生型藻株。在热胁迫时间内,BZT-11和BZT-18的丙二醛(MDA)含量均明显低于野生型,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显高于野生型;而在整个胁迫过程中2株突变体与981藻株的MDA含量和SOD活性水平差异不显著。经过4h的热激后,藻株BZT-11和BZT-18的hsp70基因表达水平也显著高于野生型。这些结果进一步证明了该2株突变藻体的耐高温优势。本研究提供了耐高温突变体的筛选技术。  相似文献

Small heat shock proteins encompass a widespread but diverse class of proteins,which play key roles in protecting organisms from various stressors.In the present study,the full-length cDNAs of two small heat shock proteins(MgsHSP22 and MgsHSP24.1)were cloned from Mytilus galloprovincialis,which encoded peptides of 181 and 247 amino acids,respectively.Both MgsHSP22 and MgsHSP24.1 were detected in all tissues examined by real-time PCR,with the highest expression being observed in muscle and gonad tissues.The real-time PCR results revealed that Cd signifi cantly inhibited MgsHSP22 expression at 24 h and MgsHSP24.1 at 24 and 48 h under 5 μg/L Cd 2 + exposure.MgsHSP24.1 expression was also signifi cantly inhibited after 50 μg/L Cd 2+ exposure for 48 h.With regard to antioxidant enzymes,increased GPx and CAT activity were detected under Cd 2+ stress(5 and 50 μg/L),while no signifi cant difference in SOD activity was observed throughout the experiment.Overall,both MgsHsps and antioxidant enzymes revealed their potential as Cd stress biomarkers in M.galloprovincialis.  相似文献

During strong earthquakes, structural poundings may occur between adjacent buildings because of the limited separation distance and the deformations of their stories. A potential mitigation measure for this problem is the incorporation of layers of soft material, such as rubber, which can act as collision bumpers, in order to prevent the sudden impact pulses. In an effort to investigate the effectiveness of such an impact mitigation measure, relevant numerical simulations and parametric studies can be performed. However, none of the known impact models, which are available in the literature, is able to represent the usage of rubber bumpers with sufficient accuracy. The current study presents a simple but efficient methodology that can be used to simulate the incorporation of rubber layers between neighboring structures with relatively narrow seismic gaps. Such methodology will enable us to numerically investigate the effectiveness of using rubber bumpers to mitigate potential earthquake‐induced pounding. In particular, a new nonlinear inelastic force‐based impact model, able to appropriately describe the behavior of rubber under impact loading, taking also into account the limited thickness of the bumper, is introduced. Finally, a numerical example of simulating earthquake‐induced pounding between two multistory buildings with the consideration of rubber bumpers at impact locations is presented. 玉树地震滑坡分布调查及其特征与形成机制   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
On April 14, 2010 at 07:49 (Beijing time), a catastrophic earthquake with MS7.1 occurred at the central Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. The epicenter was located at Yushu county, Qinghai Province, China. A total of 2036 landslides were determined from visual interpretation of aerial photographs and high resolution remote sensing images, and verified by selected field investigations. These landslides covered a total area of about 1.194km2. Characteristics and failure mechanisms of these landslides are listed in this paper, including the fact that the spatial distribution of these landslides is controlled by co-seismic main surface fault ruptures. Most of the landslides were small scale, causing rather less hazards, and often occurring close to each other. The landslides were of various types, including mainly disrupted landslides and rock falls in shallows and also deep-seated landslides, liquefaction induced landslides, and compound landslides. In addition to strong ground shaking, which is the direct landslide triggering factor, geological, topographical, and human activity also have impact on the occurrence of earthquake triggered landslides. In this paper, five types of failure mechanisms related to the landslides are presented, namely, the excavated toes of slopes accompanied by strong ground shaking; surface water infiltration accompanied by strong ground shaking; co-seismic fault slipping accompanied by strong ground shaking; only strong ground shaking; and delayed occurrence of landslides due to snow melt or rainfall infiltration at sites where slopes were weakened by co-seismic ground shaking. Besides the main co-seismic surface ruptures, slope fissures were also delineated from visual interpretation of aerial photographs in high resolution. A total of 4814 slope fissures, with a total length up to 77.1km, were finally mapped. These slope fissures are mainly distributed on the slopes located at the southeastern end of the main co-seismic surface rupture zone, an area subject to strong compression during the earthquake.  相似文献
