本文讨论以工业KCI和NH4HCO3为原料、采用离子交换法(国产732钠型树脂)生产K2CO3的工艺。小试验的结果:以20%KCI溶液上柱,以分段交换率在50%以前为穿漏点、流速为0.033(ml/min.ml树脂)时,总交换率达83.3%,工作交换容量达2.24(毫摩尔钾/ml树脂);当以饱和NH4HCO3溶液进行解脱、流速在0.033(ml/min.ml树脂)时,解脱率达91.8%,产品的含量为98.2%。 相似文献

东濮凹陷是渤海湾盆地南缘极具油气开采潜力的凹陷,本文揭示该凹陷新生代埋藏史、热史及烃源岩演化史.利用凹陷各构造单元18口井的镜质体反射率数据,恢复其埋藏史、热史.结果显示,东濮凹陷经历“一升两降”的构造沉降,并具有“马鞍型”的热演化特征.自沙四段沉积开始至沙三段,地温梯度逐渐增加,在沙三段沉积末期达到最大,为45.2℃~48℃/km.自沙二段沉积开始至今,地温梯度总体逐渐降低,仅在东营组沉积时期出现微弱回升,现今地温梯度为30℃~ 34℃/km.以埋藏史和热史为基础,结合构造及有机地球化学资料,对东濮凹陷18口井烃源岩演化史进行模拟.结果表明,烃源岩热演化受东营组沉积时期的古地温控制,3套烃源岩成熟度均在27Ma(东营组沉积时期)达到最大. 相似文献

Determination of thermal properties of soils (viz., thermal resistivity, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and heat capacity), which primarily influence heat migration through the soil mass, is essential in situations where geomaterials are relentlessly subjected to higher temperatures and temperature variations. These properties of the soil mainly depend upon its type, mineralogy, particle size and gradational characteristics, density and water content. In this context, earlier researchers have determined thermal conductivity of soils by employing a thermal probe (a line heat source), which works on the principle of transient method (TM) of heat conduction. However, this methodology cannot be employed for establishing the heat flow (read thermal regime) through the soil. Hence, development of an alternate technique, which facilitates quantification of temporal and spatial variation of the heat flux and temperature in the soil mass, becomes essential. With this in mind, a methodology to determine thermal conductivity of soils by employing the concept of thermal flux measurement (TFM) has been developed and its details are presented in this paper. Results obtained from the TM and TFM have also been critically evaluated for the sake of validation and generating more confidence in the proposed methodology. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to empirically assess institutional aspects shaping fishers’ behavior leading to unsustainable resource use, by using the example of destructive drag-net fishing in Zanzibar, Tanzania. A broad institutional approach was used to specifically assess institutional factors influencing the fishers’ reasons for the current use of destructive drag-nets as well as their willingness- and economic capacity to change to less destructive gears. Different regulative, normative, cultural-cognitive and economic factors (tradition, group-belonging, social acceptance, common practice, identity of drag-net users and weak economic capacity) were identified as critical elements influencing the current use of destructive gears, as well as obstructing changes to other gears. Hence, the importance of addressing all of these factors, matching to the different contexts, rather than focusing on fast-moving regulative measures, is emphasized to increase chances of management success. More promising approaches would be resource allocations to more sustainable fishing gears, well-managed gear exchange programs, as well as alterations of slow-moving normative and cultural factors, e.g. awareness raising on the advantages of more sustainable fishing gears, their traditional and cultural values, information on the actual income they generate, as well as education and an exchange of traditional knowledge on how to use them. 相似文献

高温是海水贝类度夏死亡的环境诱因之一。本研究应用一种非损伤性的心率检测方法,检测两个皱纹盘鲍养殖群体在高温胁迫条件下心率等生理指标的变化,尝试以心率变化指标比较这两个群体高温耐受能力。由于高温胁迫下皱纹盘鲍的心率随温度变化的关系符合阿伦尼乌斯(Arrhenius)公式,且心率随温度上升呈先上升后下降趋势,该研究通过计算两者直线拟合拐点即阿伦尼乌斯拐点温度(ABT,Arrhenius break temperatures)指标,用以指示皱纹盘鲍温度耐受程度。以此法对皱纹盘鲍两个群体(高温耐性,对照)各17个个体进行了测定分析,结果表明:两个群体间的ABT存在显著差异,高温耐性组的皱纹盘鲍的ABT显著高于对照组(P0.05);个体ABT指标的高低与测定个体的壳高呈正相关(P0.05)。本研究首次将探讨了高温胁迫下皱纹盘鲍心率变化规律,并以ABT为指标分析比较了两个皱纹盘鲍养殖群体间高温耐受能力,结果对研究皱纹盘鲍和其它贝类温度胁迫下生理响应及抗逆选育具一定借鉴意义。 相似文献

The ecological and economic values of coral reef communities have encouraged efforts to implement periodic visual survey programs to secure their conservation. To date, visual monitoring‐based approaches have detected bleaching events weeks or months after the initial onset. An evaluation of the stress response of coral colonies, as well as their ability to resist and recover from the stress events, may increase our understanding of the physiological processes underling the stress and/or acclimation responses. Coral bleaching events, caused primarily by abnormally high temperatures, are continuously affecting coral communities worldwide. To evaluate the stress and recovery responses of the reef‐building coral Pocillopora verrucosa, a laboratory study was conducted herein. Coral nubbins were exposed to high temperatures to induce bleaching, and their ability to resist and recover from bleaching was subsequently monitored after returning the corals to ambient temperature. Lipid and chlorophyll concentrations, as well as Symbiodinium spp. density, decreased in samples exposed to nearly 31°C, slowly recovering to near‐control levels upon return to non‐stressful conditions. The present data set allows for an assessment of the vulnerability and ability of this common species to resist sub‐optimal environmental conditions, particularly the thermal stress events that will occur more commonly in their habitats as global seawater temperatures continue to rise. 相似文献

胶州湾沉积物-海水界面硅的交换速率及其影响因素探讨 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
采用实验室培养法在原位温度和溶氧条件下测定了胶州湾沉积物-海水界面硅的交换速率,并探讨了相关环境因子对界面交换速率的影响机制。结果表明,胶州湾沉积物-海水界面硅的交换表现为从沉积物向水体释放,其交换速率在947~4 889 μmol/(m2·d)范围内,平均速率为1 819 μmol/(m2·d)。表层沉积物中叶绿素a(Chl a)和总有机碳(TOC)是影响胶州湾沉积物-海水界面硅交换速率的主要环境因子,同时表层沉积物的含水率(φ)、生源硅(BSi)和粘土含量以及间隙水中溶解硅酸盐(DSi)对沉积物-海水界面硅的交换也有重要影响。由此可推知,胶州湾沉积物-海水界面硅的交换速率主要受生物活动和溶解-扩散双重过程调控,而表层沉积物粒度与底层水体中DSi对胶州湾硅的释放影响较小。 相似文献

文章在阐述柴达木盆地北缘砂岩型铀矿成矿地质特征的基础上,以磷灰石裂变径迹特征分析为依据,系统研究了该地区中新生代热演化及其与砂岩型铀矿成矿作用的关系。资料显示,区内中侏罗统具备较好的铀成矿条件,成矿类型以层间氧化带型和潜水氧化带型为主。磷灰石裂变径迹分析结果表明,样品的平均径迹长度为(11.71±0.17)μm±1σ~(12.58±0.18)μm±1σ,说明均经历过退火作用;样品的表观年龄为64.4~85Ma,说明区内构造活动具有多期、多阶段特点;基于裂变径迹的t-T曲线模拟结果表明,自120Ma以来,该地区的构造演化可以分为挤压隆升、断陷沉降、快速抬升3个阶段。因此,认为区内砂岩型铀矿主体应是早白垩世早期-古新世早期挤压隆升阶段形成的古矿体。现今的找矿方向,应是在活动强度相对较弱的构造活化区中寻找残留铀矿体,同时注重深部找矿。 相似文献
