小叶锦鸡儿离体叶片分别经25、30、35、40、45、50、55℃等7个温度处理60min后, 测定了其光系统Ⅱ最大量子效率(Fv/Fm)和脯氨酸含量的响应。结果表明, 25~40℃的温度对Fv/Fm没有明显影响; 温度高于40℃, 首先使光合作用通过光系统Ⅱ的电子传递受到不同程度的阻抑; 当温度高于50℃, 使叶片光系统Ⅱ反应中心失活或破坏, 即小叶锦鸡儿叶片光系统Ⅱ反应中心可耐受的最高温度为50℃, 温度再高, 将对叶片造成高温伤害。另外, 在耐受范围内, 叶片中的脯氨酸含量可能表征了叶片遭受温度胁迫的程度。 相似文献

Aquatic dance flies (Empididae; Clinocerinae and Hemerodromiinae) are important components of freshwater assemblages, especially in running waters. They are predators as larvae and adults and thus essential for understanding aquatic food webs. This study was conducted in Plitvice lakes National Park (Croatia) representing a wide variety of freshwater habitats (springs, streams, lakes and tufa barriers). Adults were collected monthly from March 2007 until March 2009 using pyramid-type emergence traps at 13 locations. A total of 3865 specimens comprising 18 species were collected. The dominant genus was Chelifera, while the most abundant species was Hemerodromia unilineata. All species were univoltine except Chelifera precabunda, Chelifera pyrenaica and Chelifera stigmatica that were bivoltine. Considerable differences in composition and structure of aquatic dance flies assemblages were recorded along a longitudinal gradient of studied sites, primarily related to differences in physical and chemical parameters of water. Water temperature was the main factor influencing the timing of emergence. Hemerodromia species preferred variable water temperature throughout the year while the majority of the Chelifera species preferred stable water temperature characteristic of spring sites. Furthermore, discharge affected assemblage composition of aquatic dance flies. The highest abundance of aquatic dance flies was recorded in lotic habitats with fast water current over substrates of moss, gravel and particulate tufa with detritus. We demonstrate that the luminosity function of the recently detected population of actively star-forming galaxies at redshift z = 3 and the B -band luminosity function of quasi-stellar objects (QSOs) at the same redshift can both be matched with the mass function of dark matter haloes predicted by standard variants of hierarchical cosmogonies for lifetimes of optically bright QSOs anywhere in the range 106 to 108 yr. There is a strong correlation between the lifetime and the required degree of non-linearity in the relation between black hole and halo mass. We suggest that the mass of supermassive black holes may be limited by the back-reaction of the emitted energy on the accretion flow in a self-gravitating disc. This would imply a relation of black hole to halo mass of the form M bh ∝ v 5 halo ∝ M 5/3 halo and a typical duration of the optically bright QSO phase of a few times 107 yr. The high integrated mass density of black holes inferred from recent black hole mass estimates in nearby galaxies may indicate that the overall efficiency of supermassive black holes for producing blue light is smaller than previously assumed. We discuss three possible accretion modes with low optical emission efficiency: (i) accretion at far above the Eddington rate, (ii) accretion obscured by dust, and (iii) accretion below the critical rate leading to an advection-dominated accretion flow lasting for a Hubble time. We further argue that accretion with low optical efficiency might be closely related to the origin of the hard X-ray background and that the ionizing background might be progressively dominated by stars rather than QSOs at higher redshift. 相似文献

研究气温对植被覆盖度和ET (Evapotranspiration,ET)的影响,对干旱区应对气候变化、维系生态系统稳定具有重要意义。基于阿勒泰地区及周边7个气象站,CRU数据集中的气温数据及MODIS ET数据,采用Mann-Kendall非参数检验、植被盖度反演等方法,对阿勒泰地区气温变化对植被覆盖度及ET的影响进行了研究。结果表明:(1)在1901—2016年过去的116 a间,阿勒泰地区年平均气温以0.18 ℃·(10 a)-1速率增加,在1982年由突变前的2.2 ℃增加到突变后的3.5 ℃。(2)2000—2017年阿勒泰地区植被覆盖度变化的空间差异明显,植被覆盖度增加的面积与降低的面积总体相当;全区66.71%的区域植被覆盖度变化与气温呈负相关,而呈正相关的比例仅占18.55%,且全区气温变暖而盖度降低区域的占比达31.71%。(3)2000—2016年阿勒泰地区ET总体呈降低趋势,整个区域61.65%的面积温度降低、ET降低,而19.92%的区域表现为温度增加而植被ET降低。 相似文献

冕洞的研究在近二十多年里取得了丰硕的成果。本文回顾了冕洞的发现及观测历史,系统阐述了冕洞的结构特征、形成及演化规律,讨论了冕洞对日地空间产生的影响,冕洞与超级活动区的关系以及冕洞在太阳活动预报中所起的作用,在此基础上利用1970—1995年的冕洞资料对冕洞的时空分布和磁极性演化规律与太阳活动周的关系,以及冕洞与太阳风速度、地磁扰动等方面进行分析研究,得出以下结论:(1)冕洞在南北半球的分布在形态上基本是对称的,但在冕洞数量上北半球稍占优势;(2)冕洞的盛衰演化呈周期性,表现为赤道冕洞周期与黑子周期是完全一致的,极冕洞周期与黑子周期相位相差180°;(3)赤道冕洞的纬度分布随太阳活动周上升而上升,当太阳活动周达到极大值时,它也达到极大,然后再随太阳活动周下降而下降,极冕洞的纬度延伸方向演化与赤道冕洞相反;(4)极冕洞的极场呈11年周期性,并且极场反转出现在太阳活动峰年期间;(5)太阳风和地磁扰动与冕洞的演化有着密切的关系 相似文献

We analysed a 42 cm long sediment record from Lej da la Tscheppa, a high-altitude lake (2,616 m a.s.l.) in the Upper Engadine
valley (Switzerland) for subfossil diatoms, chironomids and pollen. The chronology of the top 21 cm of the record was established
using 210Pb analysis using a constant-rate-of-supply model, and validated with 137Cs measurements and the content of spheroidal carbonaceous particles. A tentative chronology for the lower part of the core
was obtained through extrapolation of the sedimentation rates in the uppermost part of the record. Pollen assemblages in the
record reflect regional changes in forestation and land-use patterns in the Upper Engadine valley and show no evidence of
significant local human activity in the lake’s catchment. Diatom assemblages record a distinct increase in planktonic taxa
since the early 19th century, suggesting a decrease in the duration of ice-cover. In contrast, chironomid assemblages remained
stable during a large part of the record. We applied an established chironomid-based July air temperature transfer function
and a newly developed diatom-based spring air temperature transfer function to reconstruct past seasonal air temperature changes
at Lej da la Tscheppa. The reconstructions indicate a diatom-inferred warming trend in spring temperatures during the past
ca. 400 years, whereas chironomid-inferred summer temperatures suggest a slight cooling trend. These biota-based reconstructions
are in good agreement with the centennial-scale temperature trend in an independent reconstruction of regional temperatures
in the Upper Engadine region based on instrumental records and documentary proxy evidence from the Alps. Our results suggest
that, in high-altitude lakes, independent chironomid- and diatom-based seasonal temperature reconstruction is possible and

Measurements of winter balance (bw) and summer balance (bs) have been carried out at Storbreen since 1949. Here we apply a simple mass balance model to study the climate sensitivity and to reconstruct the mass balance series priorto 1949. The model is calibrated and validated with data from an automatic weather station (AWS) operating in the ablation zone of Storbreen since 2001. Regression analysis revealed that bw was best modelled using precipitation data southwest of the glacier. Results from the model compared well with reported mass balance values for the period 1949–2006, obtained correlations (r) for bw and bs varied between 0.83 and 0.87 depending on model set up. Reconstruction of the mass balance series for the period 1924/1925–1948/1949 suggested a cumulative mass deficit of c. 30 m w.e. mainly due to highly negative summer balances, but also lower bwthan the average for 1949–2006. Calculated change in specific mass balance for a ±1°C change in air temperature was ±0.55 m w.e., whereas a ±10 % increase in precipitation represented a change of ±0.20 m w.e. Model results further indicated that for a 2°C warming, the ablation season will be extended by c. 30 days and that the period of ice melt at the AWS location will increase from c. 40 to c. 80 days. 相似文献

Runoff coefficients of the source regions of the Huanghe River in 1956–2000 were analyzed in this paper. In the 1990s runoff of Tangnaihai Hydrologic Station of the Huanghe River experienced a serious decrease, which had at- tracted considerable attention. Climate changes have important impact on the water resources availability. From the view of water cycling, runoff coefficients are important indexes of water resources in a particular catchment. Kalinin baseflow separation technique was improved based on the characteristics of precipitation and streamflow. After the separation of runoff coefficient (R/P), baseflow coefficient (Br/P) and direct runoff coefficient (Dr/P) were estimated. Statistic analyses were applied to assessing the impact of precipitation and temperature on runoff coefficients (including Dr/P, Br/P and R/P). The results show that in the source regions of the Huanghe River, mean annual baseflow coefficient was higher than mean annual direct runoff coefficient. Annual runoff coefficients were in direct proportion to annual pre- cipitation and in inverse proportion to annual mean temperature. The decrease of runoff coefficients in the 1990s was closely related to the decrease in precipitation and increase in temperature in the same period. Over different sub-basins of the source regions of the Huanghe River, runoff coefficients responded differently to precipitation and temperature. In the area above Jimai Hydrologic Station where annual mean temperature is –3.9oC, temperature is the main factor in- fluencing the runoff coefficients. Runoff coefficients were in inverse relation to temperature, and precipitation had nearly no impact on runoff coefficients. In subbasin between Jimai and Maqu Hydrologic Station Dr/P was mainly affected by precipitation while R/P and Br/P were both significantly influenced by precipitation and temperature. In the area be-tween Maqu and Tangnaihai hydrologic stations all the three runoff coefficients increased with the rising of annual precipitation, while direct runoff coefficient was inversely proportional to temperature. In the source regions of the Huanghe River with the increase of average annual temperature, the impacts of temperature on runoff coefficients be-come insignificant. 相似文献
