以黑龙江省塔河县二十一站河矿区为例,采用元素富集度优选土壤异常,在此基础上定量评估异常找矿意义.矿区内随地质构造背景的变化,元素次生晕异常呈现出规律性的分布,元素的富集度也具有明显的规律性变化.因此可根据物化探综合异常分区的地表原岩金属量,统计其元素富集度,通过绝对富集度和相对富集度的排序,优选出寻找金矿的最有利异常,并通过与已知矿异常的比较,定量地解释推断异常见矿可能性. 相似文献

The shallow subtidal macrobenthos at Port Valdez, Alaska, was examined to assess faunal adjustment following disposal of dredged sediments over a three-year period. Prior to sediment disposal, the infauna consisted of a relatively species-rich assemblage dominated by sessile polychaetes and bivalves. Six months after disposal, virtually all taxa present prior to dredging and disposal were rare or absent with opportunistic taxa dominant. Surveys performed 1.5 years after sediment disposal indicated faunal adjustment was in progress; large, sessile polychaetes and bivalves were still present in low numbers after 2.5 years. At one station, increasing organic enrichment by fish-wastes from adjacent processing plants resulted in a shift to a highly disturbed benthic assemblage. The trends in the faunal assemblage suggest that environmental conditions were still in a state of flux 2.5 years after the dredging event. 相似文献

study. The genomic DNA of sea cucumber was digested with HaeIII and size-selected DNA fragments (250–700 bp) were ligated to an adaptor. Microsatellite-containing sequences were captured
by using a combination of GA and CA probes, which were attached to a nylon membrane. The microsatellite enrichment library
constructed in this study consisted of approximately 700 clones. Two hundred and thirty-two clones reacted positively after
the library screening procedure. Of the 50 clones sequenced, all contained at least one microsatellite and one duplicate clone

To study the correlation between nutrient enrichment derived from fish farming activities and changes in macrobenthic assemblages, a one-year field study was conducted in Kau Sai Bay marine fish culture zone of Hong Kong. Bimonthly sediment samples were collected at six stations: two at the fish cages, two near the boundary of the fish culture area, and two reference sites further away from the culture area. Sediment physico-chemical characteristics in terms of silt/clay fraction, moisture content, total organic carbon (TOC), total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN) and total phosphorus (TP) were analyzed. The macrobenthos (>0.5 mm) present in the sediment were sorted, identified and enumerated. On average, TOC, TKN and TP levels at the fish cage stations were 82.8%, 128.5% and 1315.7% higher than those at the reference stations, respectively. As a result, the N:P molar ratio was greatly reduced from 8.75 at the reference stations to 1.83 at the fish cage stations. Univariate and multivariate analyses revealed that diversity of macrofauna was significantly reduced and community structure differed at the fish cage stations relative to the reference sites. The intermediary stations near the fish culture area showed a transitional state of disturbance. Faunal diversity was negatively correlated with nutrient level, reflecting the adverse impacts of nutrient enrichment derived from fish farming activities on the benthic assemblages. Whilst in subtropical Asia-Pacific trash fish is the major feed for fish culture resulting in a higher nutrient loading and nutrient ratio accumulated in the sediment beneath the fish rafts, the effects of nutrient enrichment on macrobenthic assemblages are comparable to that in temperate waters owing to relatively high sediment metabolism rate and smaller fish culture scale in Hong Kong. 相似文献

Magmatic mineralization and hydrothermal enrichment of the High Grade Zone at the Lac des Iles palladium mine, northern Ontario, Canada 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The economic mineralization of Pd at the Lac des Iles mine occurs in the gabbroic rocks of the Mine Block Intrusion in the 2.69 Ga Lac des Iles Intrusive Complex. The complex intruded the tonalitic rocks of the Lac des Iles greenstone belt in the Wabigoon Subprovince of the Superior Province of Canada. We conducted a detailed study on the Pd mineralization in the southern Roby Zone and the Twilight Zone. Sulphide minerals commonly display exsolution textures where pentlandite and chalcopyrite are exsolved from pyrrhotite. Sulphur contents from these zones display positive correlations with the contents of platinum group elements (PGE), Se, and Te, suggesting a magmatic origin of the mineralization where PGE were concentrated in immiscible sulphide melt in the parental magmas. The average ratios of Se/S (703±192×10–6) and Te/S (192±104×10–6) in the two zones are higher than the primitive mantle values of ~300×10–6 and ~48×10–6, respectively. The high ratios are consistent with the derivation of their parental magmas from a depleted mantle source. The High Grade Zone forms a narrow northwest-trending zone in the margin of the Roby Zone, and is hosted by an intensely altered clinopyroxenite/melanogabbroic unit. It contains two mineral assemblages; millerite + siegenite ± chalcopyrite ± pyrite co-existing with hornblende + plagioclase ± quartz ± carbonate, and pyrite ± chalcopyrite with chlorite + actinolite ± albite ± quartz ± carbonate. The ore is high in Pd (mean Pd/Pt ratio of 16.5; up to 25) compared to the southern Roby Zone and Twilight Zone where the Pd/Pt ratios are ~8. It shows positive correlations between Se and Te and between Se and immobile metals, such as Ni and Co. The data suggest a primary magmatic origin of mineralization of the High Grade Zone, but there is substantial scatter on diagrams involving S, such as the plot between S and Se. The evidence suggests that the primary magmatic mineralization was followed by hydrothermal transport of mobile elements. Using the relationships between Se and metals, the ore most likely had 0.8–2 ppm Pt and 8–21 ppm Pd during the primary mineralization. The subsequent hydrothermal activity resulted in the enrichment of Pd by up to 40 ppm. The lack of fluid pathways in the High Grade Zone and the distribution of the zone are consistent with magmatic-hydrothermal activity by aqueous fluids exsolved from the parental magmas of the Roby Zone and High Grade Zone. Sulphide minerals from the southern Roby Zone, Twilight Zone, and High Grade Zone have similar 34S values, ranging from 0.0 to +1.5. The data are consistent with the derivation of S from the mantle. In individual samples from the southern Roby Zone and High Grade Zone, pyrite shows lower 34S than chalcopyrite, suggesting isotopic disequilibrium of S. The focus of this study is to determine the concentrations and the distributions of elements of prime environmental concern (As, Cd, Cr, Cu Hg, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se and V) and other elements of environmental interest (B, Ba, Be, Co, Mn, U) in milled coals, power plant ashes, and stack-emitted materials from a Western Canadian power plant using bituminous coal. The concentrations of elements were determined using neutron activation analysis (NAA), Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectroscopy (ICPES), and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS) for most elements, Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption (GFAA) for Pb, and Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption (CVAA) for Hg. The result of the study shows that the total rate of input is 423.5 kg/d for elements of prime environmental concern and 280 kg/d for elements of environmental interest. The concentrations of most elements in milled coal are low as compared to world coals and other Canadian milled coals. The total output of these two groups of elements is 2.9 kg/d and 110.4 kg/d, respectively. This indicates that only a small amount of the total input elements from the milled coal is emitted. Most of it is captured by the bottom and ESP ashes with the exception of the highly volatile As Hg, F, Br, and Cl. The element with highest rate of emission for elements of prime environmental concern is Se (0.73 kg/d) and B (95 kg/d) for the elements of some environmental interest. 相似文献

Since 1976 high arsenic coal in Xingren County, Guizhou Province, has attracted more and more attention because of coal-burning-type arsenic poisoning, There are many studies on enrichment of arsenic in high-arsenic coal and they come from difference materials: organic matter, authigenic pyrite, epigenetic pyrite, authigenic clay mineral and epigenetic clay mineral. In this paper, fourteen samples were examined by proximate analysis. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the trace element contents of thirty-six samples in high-arsenic coal, As was determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). SEM-EDX was used to analyze the contents of As, Sb, Tl and Se in sample XR-8 from Xingren, Guizhou, and we analyzed the petrographic compositions of the same sample. 相似文献
